Hello fliers, I’m back after a long absence from flight sims. I was very active here several years ago but as we know life happens and now going to get back to flying sims again. Just wonted to say hello and I have a lot of updating to do on my sim gear.

What do you think of their scenery quality wise and are they reliable on support? They've an discount going on, and I am wondering if I should grap one of their best airports available. What are these in your opinion?

Hello, When I use the brakes on the ground I have a latency before the aircraft reacts which makes guiding and stopping by Marshaller difficult. Is this a problem with the aircraft or did I do something wrong? Thanks in advance for your opinions. NB: I asked the question on the discord but no answer.

Just installed 2024 and after getting basic controls set up remain mystified about some very basic stuff so have not even been able to do a walk around so as to remove the covers on the jet intakes in the Longitude, so have yet to be able to do a flight in it. I really need a good quality tutorial at this point and suggestions will be looked at for sure. Thanks

Just started using this for 2020 and have some questions. How do you get it to spawn custom liveries on GA? What do you do for example "LGRP from JustSim has no ground aircraft" to get some traffic. Also how do you stop getting the plain white livery to spawn on the airliner? I can post photos if necessary.

AzurPoly OV-10 json says it is 2024 Compatible and I have flown it several times with good results Now - it appears in the My Library Official 2020 Library as installed but does not appear in the InGame selection list. The same thing happens when I put it in the 2024 Community folder. I've tried a complete re-install of the plane but still not in the list I've read a lot of posts about this problem but no clear cut solution - what do I do?

I have to say that after a few sims and decades that ASOB finally got PAJN, Juneau AK right. From the snow cover, glacier and airport it just looks right this time. Also, you can practice your water landings there. dd

So I've rage-quit FS20 for a while... I can't go through the tedious FS20 control-mapping process again, but I believe there are a couple of tools that can do the mappings external to MSFS, does anybody have comments particularly * ability to save mappings * ability to print mappings * ability to edit mappings in text files * ability to import mappings into FS24 Thanks Keith

I have run MAFS2024 for 254.9 hours and now for the past two or three weeks it won't load. I have made post here and tried all the suggestions and uninstalled and reinstalled four times. It still opens the splash screen then crashes. I've changed drivers to new and old with no luck. Changed drives to different drives. Nothing solves the problem. Can someone please help me? Roy

Dear All, I foolishly bought the ATR42/72 package for MSFS202 recently, thinking that by now the aircraft would have been sorted out. Apparently I was wrong as I cannot engage the autopilot - as soon as I try to, it immediately disengages. May I ask if anyone else has had this problem and if you did, how did you fix it? Can someone enlighten me as to why I can't configure any external switch to the parking brake in the COWS DA-40XLS, no FSUIPC,no MSFS and no A&Ohs? I downloaded, what I understand to be an update today, which I thought included a fix for this issue. Or am I missing something?

Hello, I love Sky Dolly's simplicity for recording flights, but with the PMDG (and presumably Fenix), it cannot record things like flaps, spoilers, reverses, lights, etc. Is there anything better out there? I bought Flight Control Replay a while ago but never got along with it. It would often crash the sim when replayed. Many thanks, Mike

I am currently trying to learn how to fly the JustFlight Avro RJ Professional (I say trying because getting out of PMDG 737 mode is rather difficult for me, and adjusting to change is not one of my strengths). I have managed to get airborne after programming a simple circuit on the FMS, but the aircraft starts to pitch up and down as I slow down and descend. I assume that this must be because I am doing something wrong, but I do not know how to resolve it. Can anyone help?

Hi Everybody, I started working on MS2020 now that X-Plane 12 is all set up for Windows 11 Pro. I visit the following areas, New Jersey, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Miami. I must say that the performance with all the data that is being pushed out (including photogrammetry) is simply amazing. Sliders are now full right! By updating my operating system from Windows 10 pro to Windows 11 pro and by adding DLSS4 into the mix, it has made a tremendous improvement in the overall flight sim experience. I very rarely fly at night and I like to avoid shadows on my panel when I start a flight on a runway. So how do I set the sim so that it will always start at 9 am local time regardless of the aircraft I select to fly?

Just two days into 2024, finally got my controllers and everything else setup. What I did for my maiden full flight from KBJC>KTEX in the Longitude is this: Created a typical plan in Simbrief. Downloaded it to the Win 11 Downloads folder. Put the Longitude on a ramp for departure at KBJC in the world map. Very thankful that now show type (small/med/large/heavy) by hovering Opened EFB, scrolled to bottom and used the Load/Save Plan option, and found the .pln in Downloads.
