I had problems w/ the new NV driver which contains the latest DLSS files within it so was unable to go the route prescribed in the other thread, DLSS4 Definitive Guide. This guide is aimed at helping you configure what needs to be configured to make this work without the need to obtain the DLSS4 files and drop then into the folder to which they belong. And ultimately if and when it works for everyone will be the best option because it should keep up with updates of those DLSS files and automatically keep your sims up to date, I believe. I wasn’t expecting this, just found it was released yesterday. To those of you of a certain age will remember KCMI Willard as the true home to early flight simulation. Yes Meigs became its home base in later releases, but in those early days of the Commodore 64 flight sim on cassette our world was based at KCMI and ended at Kankakee in the North. It's been a while since we heard anything from the wonderful guys at FSLTL. The last I remember is that they were trying to get it compatible with MSFS2024. Are they managing to make any progress? It would be great if we had this in 2024 and I'm sure many of us are missing it. Default MSFS2024 AI traffic is pretty awful.

Hello Since this morning no external light works (beacon, strobe, taxi and landing, navigation lights) while I put the switches on on the upper. i fly with the tca thrusmaster but no key is assigned for the lights. i recently installed activesky but I don't see why this would concern it. I have been trying to figure out why I am having so much trouble getting interior lights on in the above aircraft. I am still very new to all of this. I read that in addition to turning on the lights, you also have to turn up the potentiometers for the brightness. So I finally found where the potentiometers were in the cockpit to turn up various lights. However, two of them won't turn up. Something is fighting them. I have tried looking but I don't know how to find what's going on. I know how to find basic control binding issues but I can't even find what binding entries are associated with those knobs. I've looked everywhere I can think of. Need some help.…

Hi fellow simmers, trying to dial down with most of my settings set to high not Ultra these quick little spikes where my CPU would reach about 80% and my audio would make a sound like the sim is goiong to lock up, but then it would contune like normal. Most of the times this would happen when I change view, like to check out the wings views. Turned off Game Mode to see if that would fix the issue, and even adjusted my Auto Frame app to have the max LOD be 200 instead of 300 when at higher altutude to see if that would make a difference the issue was still there. MSFS2020 never had these issues and I just tried it to see if it would happend with 2020 but ran just fine. …

I have the KORD by FSDT and Asobo KATL. I keep running into issues with AI traffic getting stuck with BATC and FSHud. Is there anything I can do to help solve these issues? I’ve looked for AFCAD files for these airports and nothing shows up.

Started FS2024 today and loaded in several aircraft - all of them unflyable owing to dreadful frame rates, sound drop outs and a stutter fest. This is very early morning UK and likely US and most of Europe is asleep. Will try later but once loaded I don't get why this sim is so ridiculously varied in performance with exactly the same scenery, detail and aircraft. By contrast FS2020 is as smooth as butter and with Lossless Scaling amazingly smooth. It seems it's a lottery from one day to another. I do wish Asobo will get on with allowing local storage of user favourite aircraft or even locations. It is so tiresome running such a hit and miss sim.

Hi everyone, I recently bought the Thrustmaster TPR rudder and now have the problem that it interferes with my honeycomb bravo. That means the TPR rudder moves also my thrusters... In the MSFS2020 controls options the TPR brake-axis and the second left thrust axis on my honeycomb Bravo are both called "Joystick L-Axis X", so that the thrust of the engine on that slider goes back to zero when I not push down the brakes. Same goes for the honeycombs Flaps axis, which is also moved by the rudder-axis, as both are "Joystick L-AxisZ" for MSFS... Any Ideas on how I can fix that? I definitively need all six axes on the honeycomb, so just forget about these two axis won…

I quit flying into KDFW several months ago due to the runway centerlines and such being blurry. Thought I'd try it again and am seeing that it's still there. Anyone else noticing this? Thanks

Hey there! With a busy life with work and family I dont have that much time to play nowadays. I still like to fly long haul routes, but lately its been quite difficult. Before I could use the awesome "VFRmap Plugin" https://www.msfsaddons.org/freeware/plugin-vfrmap to teleport myself just before TOD, but its been offline the last couple of months. I've tried the in game teleport feature, but I just cant get it to work (added the flightplan in game and tried both direct/VOR and High/low altitude airways) So question is, how does people with limited playing time do the long haul stuff? Is there any nice teleport add-on available? …

For those that have the scenery in MSFS2024...? Do you also have trees at some weird places around the airport? I know it's not 2024 officially compatible yet, but maybe there is a quick fix? Thanks

On my system, the latest RV14 release results in the registration in the cockpit being displayed as black on black.. The previous release was white on black... Suggest you keep a copy of the previous release if you want to try the update! 🙂

Systems and Progress

Is there anyone out there with a VrInsight II (Boeing) that has it working in MSFS 2020 or 2024. This would be with Fenix, PMDG, IniBuilds, iFly ? I have tried with LINDA but have had very mixed results. I see lots of other panels out there that work so it must be possible with the right software, I just have no clue how to get it to work. Hi all. I have a question regarding the Optimize feature in the Graphics section of the NVIDIA app. 1. When you click Optimize, is it supposed to change the actual values of those parameters that changed? I don't see any change in the actual flight simulator settings. 2. Should MSFS be up or down when you do it? 3. Anyone know if the suggested settings represent a good starting place?

I have been using MSFS 2024 since day one and now it gives me an error message and then shuts down to the desktop, The error message says I have a 16-bit system and it is not supported. I am running Windows 11 which is 64-bit and it has always opened in the past. Anyone had this error? Do I need to uninstall/reinstall? Roy

Hello, I have MS 2024 on Steam, and added in the Community folder different liveries, bought some enhanced airports too. They seem to be recognized in the Marketplace Installed library, however I cannot find them back (airplanes) nor do the enhances airports are visible in the game. Anyone can help me please? I tried Chatgpt help, but it doesnt know. Thank you
