Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020/2024)

I wish that Asobo or who ever could make using the Winwing hardware as easy to use in MSFS2024 as it is in Xplane. I just tried it out in XP 12.0 and it worked flawless.(737 and A330) I just cant take the graphics. Just plug and play. It works as well in 2020. I do not know the issue with MSFS2024 but the Fenix MCDU works but the other 737 FCU and MCP do not. It would seem even though two different platforms the connection logic would be similar. Tried a few Mobiflight profiles but not too great so far. I am sure it will work soon.

Hai, does anyone know how to make the Ini MFDs interactable with the mouse cursor when popped out? I have dedicated touch screens for MCDU and the flight ops screen, but in order to click them i have to still move the freaking cursor inside where the the screen in the main 3D cockpit screen. it is making popping them out pointless. For example, with FBW A380 it works as intended.

Hello everyone. Last weekend I decided to give MSFS2024 a try using GamePass, and now I'm liking it, despite my 3060Ti and its 8 GB VRAM. I'll definitely purchase. Two questions: 1) Any advantages of purchasing 2024 at Steam instead of Xbox store? My 2020 is from Steam. 2) I usually fly airliners in South America and sometimes Europe, with a bit of VFR. I already have MSFS2020 Premium Deluxe. This means I should already have the 787, LEMD, EDDF and EGLL for 2024. Any advantages of going with 2024 Premium Deluxe instead of Standard (apart from a lighter wallet)?

Anyone using Just flight's arrow/turbo arrow know how I can hide passenger/co pilot on my right hand side? I am using their latest update which allows you to configure weight and balance via their tablet but doing so puts a visual passenger/co pilot on right seat. I appreciate what they have done but just like in real life - when flying VFR I prefer to have maximum visibility. Any suggestions - There is nothing in tablet which allows passenger to show/hide...etc.

MSFS2020 Hi everyone! I'm a layman on the subject. I have a Navgraph subscription and the software for FMS and HUB updates. The FMS to update Little NavMap and the HUB to update MSFS2020, PMDG aircraft and ACTIVE SKY 2020. All working well in the updates. However, I notice that when using aircraft that only have the option of using one GPS model, in this case a GTN430 or GTN530, I see that the approaches, navigation data and other information are not correct, as in the GTN750 (free version). I know that the GTN430 and 530 GPS have their limitations, but when I use them at airports (third-party scenarios) here in Brazil they work well with the Autopilot on appro…

I use Navigraph Charts and Stream Deck with both FS2020 and FS2024, and both apps start automatically when either of the sims start. However, neither of these apps are shown as being enabled to start in the Win11 startup list, and neither of these apps are in the sim's exe.XML files. So I'm just curious how these apps are being started when the sims start. Some kind of Registry setting, perhaps? By SimConnect? Magic? 🤔 Thx, Al

Hi, I just updated the firmware to 1.03 so this might have solved some screen /button freeze during flight. If i restart SimAppPro inflight the buttons do work but not the display. Another weird one: I have 2 MCDU in the software and not one PFP-3N AND one MCDU . I have to unplug the MCDU and restart SimAppPro then it will show the PFP-3N . This i how i noticed the firmware update. I also think the software uses quite some CPU ressources . I will try the lates profile for mobiflight and see if its better Thanks Michael Moe

Hi all, stumbled on this setting recently under Audio and idiotically changed it. Now I do no longer know which setting was originally set. I use a simple stereo speaker setup, does anyone know which setting is the most suitable one? I guess it is not «surround»...

I am wondering if this is a problem for anyone else. The nose and main gear of the AI aircraft (regardless of the model) is not visible from a certain distance, which looks really odd and sort of breaks the immersion.

I keep seeing where folks have got both the 3N PAP MAG and PFP 3N to work in 2024 and was wondering if any were native or Mobiflight? I went into 2024 tonight using FSIpanel for 2024 and noted that it was attached and that the FO would be used to program to stop any errant characters. Neither light up using the SimAppPro in 2024 for me.

After selecting the airport to start yur carreer in the mode, nothing to select or to go. Is there anyone who can proceed to the next page ? Thanks.

One of the problems of getting older is the inability to remember things, or should I say, the ability to forget things I have been having a lot of issues with the PMDG 738 in relation to VC freezes etc, so I decided to do a full reinstall of the aircraft. I also removed all the panel state files too. In doing so, I removed whatever I did years ago that allowed me to start the aircraft in a true cold & dark state. By true state, I mean when I start the flight, the cockpit has no electrical power on and is truly cold and dark. I'm using the Longitude quite a bit but would like to bump up to best possible biz jet on a par with airliners from PMDG & Fenix & etc. Anything yet or pending for 2024?

Taking a chance this is happening to others and may know what is going on or maybe even a sol;ution Only since SU went live. I was on Beta and it was perfect. Cant use Beta 3 as it closes the sim or worse. Everything is fine until I take off. At about 500 feet. The sim stutters and freezes and I get like a motion blur effect. Then puff, everything is fine again until I land. Landing, around 500 or so the same thing happens until I land. Making it almost or completely impossible to land. The rest of the flight is uneventful.

In my understanding, unlike PMDG aircrafts or IniBuilds A350, it is not possible to update the navadata of the Fenix A320 through the in-game tablet or CDU. It is mandatory to download and install the Navigraph Hub software. Is that correct?
