I have ordered one. From Amazon. $229 + tax. Compared to buttkicker, the HF8: has fewer and more flexible cords making the chair easier to configure to roll around without hassle, needs no large amplifier box, gives off no audio sound, requires no splitting of audio channels, gives feedback app for controlling different aspects of flight separately, has 8 vibrating discs on chair seat and back. Drawback: you need a driver for each sim. He says MSFS and XP 11 and XP12 have been done. DCS has not been done yet. 13:25 "chair is alive"... reminds of Frankenstein...

I have honeycomb throttle quadrant. I’m in GA aircraft. If tried default controls and FSUIPC which I prefer more. The flaps will decrease and increase but when I let go of the toggle it drops back down. Is there any way to keep them in the notch I have them set? I’ve tried flaps cont inc etc, flaps up etc and flaps set and nothing stays. The center position is not a button so I don’t know why it’s acting this way

I accidently discovered a cheat/bug in career mode! Basically as many of us I struggled flying different missions in order to make money for advanced ratings. Well, finally after accumulating 20000 cr or so MSFS2024 offered me to open a company for jus 1000 cr. The only aircraft I could afford is a small helicopter for remaining 19000 cr. Oh well. No money but now I can fly freelance missions! With small helicopter in my hangar, I decided to look for freelance missions but there were none offered! Disappointed I decided to sell Cabri and to my surprised received 130000+cr back LOL Oh boy ! Sounds like a good investment to spend 20000 cr and get back over 130000 cr …

I'm seeing posts complaining about decreasing support for MSFS 2020, a year after MSFS 2024 was released. I'm not sure I see the problem here. Just got a new rig with RTX 5090 and using 2024 for the first time. I'm getting really bad screen tear...how can I stop this? Thanks

Hello 🙂 Always had a struggle in this areas. It is intensive but not the worst on the planet. but my CPU thinks it is My CPU always hit 100c in this area - any one else with experience? Thanks Michael Moe

I’ll post a video later, but color me impressed. Sure there are some issues, around fisherman’s wharf where the docks have water bars/separators that take a second or two to render correctly and issues with shadow/reflection rendering radius that is far too short. Ignore that and 3rd party can really make MSFS 2024 shine. On the default weather (no add-on), I must admit, I’ve never seen KSFO fog depiction as good as this in any flight simulator (with or without weather add-ons). It was extremely accurate to real world. I just flew into KOAK real world last month and MSFS 2024 produced incredibly accurate depiction.

I have tried many ways to try to change the limit of the rolling cache in ms2024 but the limit is 16gb and regardless on what I try I can't change it. The 16.0 gb seems fixed and I can't delete or place the cursor to change it. Hopefully can someone explain to me in steps how to do this? I have tried using the default cache file and my normal cache file on my fastest drive with no success.

I know yet another positive thread about 2024 yet I have 1 or 2. First is AMD FSR3 for my 3060ti and second is the more natural ATC phraseology. Nice job. dd

Is there a bug that you have to select Real Weather in Flow every time even though Real Weather is selected in 2020? Or am I missing something?

I just spent four hours over two days trying to figure out why the parking brake was not working in the FlySimware Lear35A which, is my favorite plane and one I have flown several hours a day for the last month. The Parking Brake indicator would blink on (sometimes) but not stay on. When I set the parking brake ON while taxiing the nose would dip for a second then nothing. The brake handle could not be pulled out. I verified the settings for my TA 320 were set properly and they were just as they had been for the last month or more. So there it is....my first and ever problem with MSFS since it's launch <- yes, this is correct! Last days I got plenty of "unable to sync" messages and it was always the XBOX Gaming App that logged me out. Looking in the Store Updates I saw the last days constant updates to the XBox gaming app and the Gaming services (just today again). So now I have my first stuck on Checking for updates screen. Nothing helps.... Anybody else having this?

The only CTDs I am getting with SU3 take place when instead of using BATC for ATC and injected FSHUD liveries I opt for flying with default ATC and AI Traffic. Almost 80% of the time and even with Traffic on low, the sim CTDs ...

I am finally making the move over to 2024..... Had done a couple of quick fights with the 777 but tried my first full one yesterday. Without chaseplane, I have really been trying to get camera views set up. (PLEASE HURRY TO 2024, CHASEPLANE!) Now any time I change a view, whether that be instrument views or custom views, the yoke goes full forward, AP disengages and i am descending at 6000 fpm. This only happens when I use the key commands on the keyboard.... if I use the camera menu and select an instrument view or showcase view, no issue.
