  1. I've always loved it, right from the start. There is another update due in a few weeks but it has always been a special aircraft in MSFS.
  2. If the decision is too challenging and potentially life changing for you, then just stick with 2020 and be happy. Life is too short to worry about it that much. Both give you access to good airplanes, both look pretty good, neither is anything like flying for real. Let us know what you decide, maybe in another 12 months?
  3. The short answer is, those who have 32 are going to say 32 is enough, those who have 64 are going to say that 64 is better. 64 is better 😉
  4. My wife already gifts me aircraft via Paypal. No need for her to have MSFS too and then shout upstairs -'which one was it again?'
  5. 95% GA which is everything from the C172 to the C750. Occasionally the RJ or the F28. I did buy and try the 737-600 but didn't keep it.
  6. Trust me if you had included FSX in the discussion there would still be those who would argue that it was better than 2020 and 2024 combined. A lot of people will swear blind that what they have is the best sim when they are ultimately just intimidated by the idea of change. People like what they like and you just have to take the plunge and see for yourself. Or not. What are you going to do - let the thread run for a week or so and then tally up the numbers before deciding?
  7. You aren't seeing the tons of threads saying how mind numbingly amazing it is? As I've said a million times since 2024, I switched on hour one of day one and have never given MSFS2020 a second thought since. But it was never something I was going to particularly agonize over to be honest. Don't forget, it's not an irreversible decision like getting your cat neutered. Try it. If you don't like it, uninstall it. Simple.
  8. I'm glad that 2020 users are being used as beta testers for the rest of us 🙂
  9. I'm 100% reserving judgement until this is released. 'Looks promising' is as enthusiastic as I'm going to get at this stage.
  10. I wouldn't say mine feels heavy. Feels about right actually. It is super stable and a bit too easy to fly to keep it interesting for very long but, I wouldn't say it is particularly heavy.
  11. Yes, I tried this the other day. Like a cross between the Zenith and the A-32.
