Hi again. This question is for anyone familiar with the built-in training lessons. I just started them today. The first two were easy. I started the third one. At one point the instructor shows how to make a proper right turn. Then she says 'now it's your turn' and control is turned over to me. I begin to make a turn but as soon as control is turned over to me the plane begins to lose power no matter what I do. Eventually the plane can't stay in the air and it crashes. I have tried this session three times now and no matter what I do I can't seem to control the engine power. The throttle seems to have no effect. Are the controls different during a training session? Hello all, I am rather new to MSFS having being a user of P3D. I’ve noticed on FlightSim.to some of the PMDG 737 liveries available have some awesome cockpit decals such as CAT III LAND etc. I was just wondering if I wanted to add some myself is it easy to do? I did try a few weeks back and failed miserably. If someone could outline how to do it that would be great. Thanks, Jonathan.

Hello all! I decided to do some testing with my i9-9900k as I've been getting some stutters on the ground with the Fenix A320. I turned Hyperthreading OFF in the BIOS and it seems a lot smoother and gives me higher FPS. Is that expected, any reason why I SHOULDN'T keep Hyperthreading off?

737NG Driver takes a look at the graphical progress MSFS has made post SU14. I'm not sure what the changes to clouds did but I'm often very impressed by them lately. They're definitely the best in the business. Of course, Asobo has more work to do and I do hope they can squeeze the cloud opacity fix into SU15.

The US Thanksgiving and Christmas period as always been a time for potential significant releases. Any thoughts on what we'll see this year? Fenix V2 we will almost certainly see (*but who knows). Apart from that, I am really hoping for the FBW A380.

In older FS's when tune to an active ILS freq you could hear the Morse code sound of that ILS freq. Is there a way to do this in MSFS.?

I have a 1TB SSD and 4TB HD, which has just failed. I don't think I have ever used much of the capacity of the 4TB HD. and AFIK have never exceeded the capacity of the SSD. I will replace the HD. Any recommendations for how much storage I should buy? Thanks

I need your help here. It would be really kind if others would test something on their end. I have found out, that at my end, using Stock or Addon Planes, which rely on Asobo/MSFS Avionics displays (TBM, CIRRUS, 787-10) create significant stutters when you are in the insight view (Cockpit). When you are flying, and turning the knobs on any ND display, so the display is changing and gathering loading data (like ICAO, Weather, Terrain, WPT, etc.) the higher you turn the range, the more the “CoherentGTUIThread” is creating spikes and this is resulting in FPS spikes as well. When flying around in live weather it is like I can see to the end of the world, when weather is clear or in between clouds. There does not seem to be any limit to the visibility when at some altitude. Is there any way to add some haze or reduce visibility somewhat in live weather? Some tweak or mod? Would be great if anyone could help!

Has this one gone under the radar? This is the best aircraft I have bought for a while and it is an absolute delight to fly, with lots of features. Not very expensive either! It was a trainer aircraft for the Australian air force many moons ago. The name Winjeel means young eagle in native Australian apparently. The flight model is superb, and it has lots of features, liveries, and is very customisable from an EFB that can be stowed. Hello, I am now flying with the Cessna 414 and have two tablets on which I run the standalone TDS GTN750 and GTN650. It works like a charm and is very immersive! Only problem whenever I touch the screen the focus goes from the game to my tablets, and out of the game window. (The game does not respond anymore to inputs) So everytime I touched something on my GTN I need to hover the mouse back two screens cursor to my main game window to refocus. My question: Does somebody know if there is a way to auto refocus MSFS? Gr. Robert

I've been flying this plane a lately and trying to get a better understanding of its capabilities. So far as I can tell, this plane is different from a lot of other planes in that you don't use the APR button when on an RNAV approach. Rather, one uses VNV for the entire approach. Is that correct? The APR button is only used for ILS approaches?

I used the sim for several hours earlier today with no problems. Before I quit the sim - I checked Content Manager to verify there was nothing new to download. Now - when I try to start the sim - "Checking Updates" tells me I have a Mandatory Update and shows Release Notes for 1.35.21.0. But, the top line on the screen shows I am running 1.35.21.0 Isn't that the latest update we all struggled with on December 5 or after - also known as SU 14? I have flown about 20-hours since I installed that update.
