This post is for anyone using a 4KTV for display with MSFS. Perhaps this works if you are using more than 1 TV. The main thing is that the TV has built in Frame interpolation. If you are using a monitor chances are your not 30hz compatible and your Monitor is not capable of frame interpolation. Anyone with a 4KTV that has Frame interpolation in there home can use the file I'm going to link to at least see on screen the results. I use a Samsung 4K 55" NU6900 as my flight sim display. I was wondering if there is anything that FSUIPC can do over and above the MSFS controller settings (axis, sensitivities etc). Is there anything it does that makes things easier or adds features. There are a lot of options in it that I may be missing out on. I have the registered FSUIPC7 and following controllers; Thrustmaster Airbus TCA Sidestick Airbus Edition Thrustmaster TCA Quadrant Airbus Edition For instance - the quadrant has a known issue with the Boeing reversers engaging, which I slightly need to move the levers forward and back again on touchdown to engage REV, which just distracts from my focus on the rollout briefly.

Dear Santa, here's my updated newbie friendly, not-a-pilot, not-a-dev wishlist: 1. Ability to name and save CUSTOM waypoints and POI 2. Printer-friendly printing of Navlog, VFR map, checklist 3. Windshield wipers and graphic effects ON the plane 4. REALLY simple built-in instant replay which goes like this: a. Press short-cut key or go to menu b. Press OK c. Done (last 60 seconds replayed) 5. Keyboard short-cut for toggling the yoke 6. PCL (Pilot Controlled Lighting) And, not a new feature but a fix that really bugs me: fix the dark lines that show up on the water.

I have just noticed that there is an FSDG addon available for Rhodes Diagoras airport that apparently also covers the entire island. I would be interested to hear what other AVSIM members think of this package. Is it worth considering?

I saw something about this over on the FlightSim official forums but I was curious if any DX12 users are experiencing ground texture bleed through. It seems the fix is to switch back to DX11 but then I can’t use Frame Generation with the 4090. Seems to happen more at third part and Asobo handcrafted airports. I can live with it for now as DX12 still has work to be done. Just seeing if others are seeing this as I have seen it mentioned much here as it is on the MS forums.

Now that my CYYJ Victoria is released, I'm once again looking for feedback on what airport to do next. Please let me know if you are aware of other developers working on Canadian airports, what is expected to release soon, what is missing, and cast your vote for what you would like to see next. I Would like to identify airport targets that would be in demand, that are either not done or being worked on by anyone else, or exists in much inferior quality - and definitely not anything that's already available on MSFS Marketplace. I'm probably a bit late to the party finding out that this was in the works, but it's out now. If you have his CYOW release you already know the high quality of scenery he's been putting out. Haven't tried this one yet, hopefully a bit easier on frames than YOW.

Hello fellow flight sim enthusiasts, I'm just reaching out for some guidance regarding an issue I've been having with one of the Garmin systems in my flight simulator setup. I frequently use planes that are equipped with both the Garmin G430 and G530 systems. While the G430 operates flawlessly, displaying all the usual information, I've encountered a peculiar problem with the G530. The issue specifically pertains to the display of airports. Unlike the G430, the G530's screen simply suddenly stopped showing airport data. Anyone know how to fix this issue. Seem every time a SU is installed two things seem to happen. 1) Weather turns off. 2) Data turns off and I get the data limit exceeded message. I have managed to get the weather turned back on to LIVE and save but turning the data back online works only for the current flight. Even though I save the next flight it is turned back off again.

I got notification yesterday of an update that was available for the SWS Pilatus PC12. I have now downloaded and installed. During the download, I have selected PMS GTN compatibility, which is exactly what I did with the original download. Previously it worked fine, and now after the update, it no longer displays the PMS50 GTN. Anyone else had this issue? or can I advise what to do to rectify it. Hi Today I startet AI Manager. There was a red button to update the models Sim objects Update required-There are outstanding updates for your simObjects. I applied it. After that I noticed, that all AI Planes in MSFS have either no landing gear or strane animations. I re-opened the AI Manager again and the Messeage to update re-appeared. Each time I apply the update and colse the program after completion, the Update message reappears. It's very sad to see now this strange animations. Haven't been simming in awhile, and my subscription to the PMS 50 expired. I had some gripes with it when it was unlocked and I'm wondering if it's gotten any better. One of the major gripes I had with it was you were not able to go DIRECT to an airport, and select an approach from the PROC menu. You had to create a "flight plan." when doing multiple approaches to various airports, it would then not load any approaches after awhile. Wondering if that all has been fixed. Wasn't a huge fan of the TDS even though I own that one as well. I like having the MSFS database, and up-to-date nav data.

Not sure what's going on. Every other airport I operate out of, including NY is fine. But CYYZ just kills my performance. I also get a lot of video driver crashes. Frame rates are single digit whereas everywhere else I'm in the 40s. Including NY. Any ideas?

Hi everyone, I hope you doing all well. I've recently built a new system to run msfs2020 smooth and on high settings. Everything is good, except for one thing. The graphics are not smooth or clear enough. Its like there are planty of small dots creating the image giving a "sandy" image. I have all maxed out, Dx11 and Dlss on quality. Ive tryied several settings but nothing helped. I hope you can help me to find a solution with my sim. If the image below is not clear enough to show you what I mean, please let me know. I'm one of those guys who are generally happy with default airports and don't purchase many payware airports and NEVER care about airport interiors. But then I purchased KSYR by verticalsim and love it. Are there other payware airports with well done interiors in the continental US similar to that? Thanks, Dave

Not a newbie to FSX, but still one to MSFS. I have a subscription to Navigraph, which I've used for years for FSX I've not seen mention of specific aircraft in MSFS that 'use' Navigraph data in lieu of the default navigation data. Do all aircraft in MSFS use the Navigraph data if you install it? Thanks..

Today, Started FS2020 as usual. Loaded a previously created Flight Plan. I noticed that navigation no longer followed the FMS plan as it had done several other times. I tried another plan that had worked before also. Didn't follow this one either. Switched to heading no problem. I made no changes to the system since the last time these worked. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks to all who respond. Bill McCracken
