GSX: Anyone tried the gate to gate towing feature?
Noticed this as well. Sometimes there is a delay for certain actions to happen (possibly an attempt at recreating RL?) where nothing happens in an instant but there are times that an action has to be requested more than once. Best to post these issues in their forum as Umberto is actively involved.

Flybywire a320 bad performance in MSFS 2024
One is a NEO (FBW) the other is a CEO (Fenix). If it's just the Airbus experience you want then, yes, the Fenix will do the job nicely. If it's a NEO you are after the only game currently in town is the FSLabs A21N. However it's only available as an A321. I can't say I've had a poor experience with the FBW A20N but hen again I'm on MSFS2020. The FBW A380 is a different kettle of fish entirely as it (even the 4K version) absolutely hammers my computer.

GSX: Major update 3.8.7 out
There's always been a lot of snickering and finger-pointing at GSX's quirks and vagaries over the years but one cannot but admire, fully support and thank Umberto and his team for pushing out improvement after improvement and a multitude of features without charging a [insert your choice of minimum value of your local currency]. 👍

Why Did I Wait So Long...
I was not aware of that. Still on 2020 here. Thanks for the heads up 👍

Why Did I Wait So Long...
There is also a script available (cannot remember where I got it from, probably flightsim.to) that allows you to lower the default 4K resolution of the FSLTL aircraft to much more manageable and less memory-intensive sizes. You do, naturally, give up clarity and detail but flightsim has always been a balance of visual quality v/s frame rate. Pick your poison.

EGLL - Managing the Descent Between ETVAX and BIG
Note the MAX 250KIAS. You can't exceed that but you can certainly go slower which makes energy management a lot simpler.

FSLABS A321NEO CTD
Yes, open a ticket and they'll get back to you requesting certain logs.

More on the solid state bike battery.
We have a 2020 RAV4 with that misunderstood e-CVT. It's been bulletproof so far. The drone while accelerating can be annoying but one gets used to it.

More on the solid state bike battery.
Moving on... Pity but he'd actually called bull**** from the get-go (his first report).

I grew up with The Hardy Boys. The hardcover editions with those amazing illustrations.

Giant 98.81GB update...
Devon got it right. 👍 At least I have the Steam version which simplifies things. A couple of clicks to verify the files in Steam, trashed the "new" installation which parked itself on C:\ almost filling it up, renamed the Community folder for a final check and we're back in business. All good now. Thanks, guys!

5 year old LG 32" monitor failing. What next?
speedyTC replied to longhaul747's topic in Video Hardware: Monitors | Multi-Monitors | Video Cards | Drivers etcI have an el cheapo MSI 34" UW panel. Yes, it's curved but I barely notice that any more. Happy with it after a year plus of use. Great for simming and good enough for any other daily tasks. If I wanted it for photo/video editing that would be a different story but those years are behind me now. As an interim solution I'd go with the generic brand and save some money until your full build later this year. Edit: "Gaming" seems to be the key word that unlocks the "I can charge anything for it" (whatever the 'it' may be) for manufacturers.

The Teslabot looks like the ground crew walking in GSX.
