Hello, as noted in the thread linked below, twice when I captured the localizer for EGLC 09 the RJ100 turned away from the airport. The first time there were EFIS indications of a backcourse but not the second. I see from the charts there is a shared ILS frequency for both runways at EGLC but I don't understand why it would have grabbed the backcourse instead of the proper localizer, any thoughts? I was inbound from EHAM, flew the XAMAN1C arrival, ODLEG1J transition. I had the ILS frequency of 111.5 manually dialed in and CRS of 092. Another person mentioned they had the same thing happen in another aircraft, so I broke it out of the Just Flight RJ thread. …

I know there's a list of compatible add-ons for 2024, but I wondered what general aviation fans are flying in 2024? A lot of my aircraft are purchased off the marketplace and are disabled for now. What are people having fun flying? Default or payware? I'll start with the FSReborn Sting S4. Flies very well in 2024. The ground handling is a little twitchy, but nothing crazy (guessing that just needs updated to the new sim). It is a great hand flier in 2024. I find release notes for V1.1.10.0 in the sim but I have not seen the update screen tell me it is uploading the update. I probably missed the message but I now can find no way to have the sim tell me what level of maintenance / updates / release number it is running at. I've tried all the places that seem likely but cannot get the really basic info. What am I missing when I try to determine release/update/history for MSFS 2024?

As I know the DEV frequents here, and I do not see any recent update on the REX Fora- any idea of the 2024 timeline please? With all the scenery issues, it would be lovely to have replacement textures for the default airports, allowing time before updating to truly compatible 2024 pay ware. Ta- C

In the past the App caused issues for many people. So up to now I used Geforce Experience. And could use the freestyle filters. As I miss the freestyle filters I was wondering if the app is now stable enough so I could use the freestyle filters that come with it. Anyone using the App without issues ?

I had the Black Square King Air installed and working fine pre-SU2. After SU2, when starting a flight, only the seats and part of the cabin appear. The rest of the plane is missing. When entering the cockpit, I have strange pink boxes over the side and center pannel. I haven't changed any configuration, or other settings. I simply loaded into the sim like normal, SU2 updated automatically, and this is now happening. After, I updated my Nvidia driver to the latest, and cleared all cache etc. Same result. Any ideas? Some Black Square Aircraft have trouble in 2024 SU2. A useful fix. As you know, four of the excellent Black Square aircraft rely on pieces from the Asobo default aircraft. This includes the C208B Caravan, Bonanza, and King Air for many parts. And the TBM 850 for sounds. These can be made to work in MSFS2024 by installing the Black Square aircraft in 2020 and copying the aircraft into the MSFS2024 Community folder. And then copying the Asobo default aircraft into the MSFS2024 Community folder. (Note that until SU2, those Asobo default aircraft could be copied to the MSFS2024 Official2020/OneStore folder. Hey all, Was just testing SU2 and noticed that Cape Town International appears to be suffering from vegetation growing through the taxiways and runway. This was not the case previously. Any one else have this issue? This is with the base sim, but I do have the premium version with FACT as a modelled airport. Not sure if it’s a me issue or a sim issue! Could anyone else check? I just installed the 777-200 and installed 2 liveries (American and United) but they don't show up in the sim. The Operation Center says they are installed but don't see them. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Time acceleration in this sim doesn't seem to change the world time....it did in FS2020. It's not a huge deal, just a minor annoyance more than anything. I could be missing something/doing something wrong. Has anyone else experienced this or found a work around?

Hello. This is strange. Steam is unable to start both sims. When I click play, it goes back to play after a minute or so.

On the default Vision Jet, the AT turns itself back on when I'm about to land. Plane is fully configured for landing. Speed is controlled manually. No idea why this is happening. Same flight with the FlighFX version - no issues.

Please provide help and guidance with this scenario. I'm creating a blank controller profile for a peripheral. After that, I assign respective axes and key bindings, save, and apply to all aircraft and as the default. Quit to desktop, restart the computer, and run MSFS2024. After a restart, loading a different airplane(s), each time the profile I saved as a default for all will not load. This is a tutorial I also used, but with no success.
