I have to say that with all the relevant mods installed I'm enjoying the Cessna Citation Longitude more and more. Obviously, there is only so much modders can do due to files being encrypted, still, it pretty much now flies "by the book". So three thumbs up to the mod community. Anyone else have this problem? Before the patch I could use my saitek x52 throttle with the CRJ just fine. After updating the airplane it no longer is picked up by the EFB configurator. Whenever I try to set a value (ie, idle) it jumps to -99999. The number value does not move when I move the throttle. Ive tried uninstalling the addon and then reinstalling it using the latest build, but that didnt help. I also tried assigning my throttle via FSUIPC, but that didn't help either.

I've been pretty upset at the "nerfing" graphically of MSFS, presumably to get things into line for the XBox release, or because they can't afford us all to be streaming high quality terrain at altitude.. I found very poor resolution on terrain textures above 18,000 feet. It's really bad, so bad for me that I'm installing X-Plane again to see if Ortho4XP is as disappointing (I don't remember it being) However, I have been playing around with the "texture resolution" setting, and it doesn't make a lot of difference to terrain textures. Do I have to link to Navigraph every time I start a new flight to get access to the charts?

I really want this aircraft and I am guessing it will be $15.00 - $25.00 probably maybe $20.00? But we won't know till it is released. Anyone interested in it? After the usual reviews and such, by Chock, etc... and other people! I think it will be priced right. Whatever that means? What price would you pay?

The app has been successfully downloaded, but failed to install the software and I cannot run MSFS as a result of it. Has anyone faced something like this in a recent few days? Last time the Gaming Services was updated was on 05/21. I have googled for solutions, but most of them are the registry hacks that I'd prefer to avoid. This is MS App within MS Store on the MS OS for a Christ sake!!! The solution should be more simplistic and straight forward. Would appreciate any ideas Thanks Dmitriy

A friend who runs a P3D installation for a volunteer real world pilot association wants to install and use MSFS. They have the computer power but I test their internet connection at less than 15Mb/sec. My connection is >300 Mb/sec so I have no idea what MSFS is like with a slow connection. The physical location of their training facility prevents any upgrade to the internet connection. They use the sim for pilot training for specific low speed / low level VFR missions. I'm stoked because I'm able to fly this wonderment with great performance, visuals, after some recent troubles. Right now there is only one consistent source of brief stutter and that is when the whirling dirvish does its thing in the lower right corner of the display. This varies hugely for me--sometimes every 10 seconds for a while, and other times more than a minute between activations of it. I don't know what it's truly indicating, but it does create a brief stutter everytime so if there is a way to minimize it w/o paying a significant cost in some other aspect it would be desireable. Access time here is always 27 to 32ms, but about 3h ago or so it's maxed at 250ms (must be >=), and the West European is 249ms. East Coast is around 82ms. Just checking if it's my ISP (Xfinity) in Northern California, or if the server is actually on holiday. Tried rebooting my router, Win 10, etc no joy. It appears to be back ;o)

Hi everyone Lately my autopilot have not been working properly in the airbus 320 when landing with ILS. The altitude simply does not change what so ever when i try landing using an ILS. I have both approach phase and approach mode active, and still nothing happens. Altitude, speed and heading is also set to managed mode. The weird part is just, that sometimes it does work perfectly, and other times it just simply doesnt. I have a personal checklist, so i am almost 100% sure i do all the same things every time. I have noticed that when it doesnt work, G/S light blue in stead of green on the PFD. Is there anyone that would know what my problem is? Thanks

This is something that I've been dealing with from the beginning - I thought I'd see if I was the only one. I don't have any issues receiving the glide slope with any instrumented aircraft, but there has been a consistent inaccuracy when doing a coupled approach. In almost all cases, the AP follows the slope about a dot low. It doesn't matter if it is an ILS or an RNAV w/GS, if I activate the AP for the approach, she's always a little low. This has never kept me from making a safe approach, though it's certainly not what you want when shooting to minimums. Today 27th of may, there seems to have been a new update on FS2020. I think I've missed some points, I tried to start FS2020 which is on my system already a few months and it always worked well, and now it does no longer start. I only see an new image, a fighter jet, it shows a few seconds and disappears... and nothing happens any more. I don't know what happened. Can anybody try to explain what could have happened? Lots of chatter w/ Southwest, Frontier, United, etc while I'm in flight, and 'Generic' as well. Where is this coming from? Also, are there any known traffic AI packages which do utilize actual airline liveries? Right now this is the main addon I would like to have.

So it's almost been 24 hours since the release of SU4 and so far, from what I have read, it seems to be a pretty good patch. Maybe it's one of the best patches that has ever come out for MSFS. The patch has been mostly stable and I haven't read of any wide spread severe "show stopping" bug so far. The most impressive part of this patch is that Asobo jammed so many changes into this patch, but the patch came out pretty good after all the changes they made. I just updated my Arrow - Seneca and Seminole in MSFS and noticed that they will utilize something almost identical to the GTN 750 - and the Carenado site and shows the following is available for their aircraft The product is from GPS for MSFS2020 (pms50.com) Has anyone tried this yet?

ok this has bugged me for a while, on my system from one day to the next sometimes the sim will load to the World Map screen in about 4 mins, other days it can take 12-13 mins? There seems to be no rhyme or reason to it, I understand addons in the community folder might play a part but I see this behaviour when I haven't downloaded, updated or added anything new for days. Seems really random, anyone else?

Hi all - Is anyone else having problems with their saved controller settings getting messed up? For example, I usually set up profiles for each aircraft type for my Honeycomb yoke and throttle (multi-piston, complex single, jet, etc). I noticed after this update, all of my profiles are messed up and I have to redo all of them. For example, my single engine profile now is set with 2 throttles instead of 1. It has happened before but cannot recall if it was after an update or not. I also wonder if FSUIPC fixes this and offers saved settings for each aircraft. I was a long-time FSUIPC user in P3D and have not purchased for MSFS as of yet. If anyone has any ideas to rem…

Hey Guys. I have been dabbling with MSFS since the alpha but still not using it a ton. I had noticed when they had the Microsoft update (Think it was #2) they made ATL real nice. But then a future update really knocked performance back to unacceptable levels. I also read a thread on the official MS forum about this, but it appeared to be a problem faced by others but without a solution. So I'm wondering if you guys figured a way to fix this or if we are all in the same boat? If not fixable, is getting imaginsim's version the answer?
