Released on Simmarket today, hopefully I'll manage to get a review of this done this weekend after finishing up the two I'm already working on lol, but in the interim this is a fun vintage aeroplane to thrash around in. Quirky and not that easy to fly with that long nose and rear cockpit view making forward visibility pretty difficult, but very entertaining to get the hand of and beautifully modeled:

I've been working on this new scenery but unlike my freeware scenery at flightsim.to, this will be payware. Don't worry, though, the cost won't be much so hopefully more people will like to use it. So here's some latest screenshots:https://imgur.com/a/MhI5MHM and here's a link to my discord where you can ask questions or chat, or whatever happens happens 🙂https://discord.gg/mHwGkwHf I will be releasing my scenery at the cost of $12.99. Remember, it covers the entire country of New Zealand and alot of work has been put in to try and represent it in the best way possible. You can purchase here: https://gum.co/nz-flora-and-water

I've been using the long winded way to exit the sim which is tedious, because Alt+F4 exits the sim so quickly, I wonder if it's doing it "properly", saving all the settings etc? Could be it's just the screen that goes quickly and the "under the bonnet" stuff carries on in the background? Do many use Alt+F4 without any consequences? Thanks Eugene

According to SU 4 changelog we should see contrails: Contrails are now displayed for applicable AI traffic planes I didn't notice any of them. Do you? Funny to say, during my last flight from BOS to DCA, i watched (from FL360) contrails from aircrafts which were very low in final approaches to JFK and Baltimore?? Strange...

I've purchased two Carenado aircraft through MSFS, the M20R Ovation and the recently released PA44 Seminole and I can't find where MS puts the manuals. Can someone point me in the right direction to find them. Thanks Don

Hey guys as in Aerosoft CRJ forums moderator stated, CRJ Patch was already sent to Microsoft and will be added to sim upon their approval. I personally stopped flying CRJ cause of it's bugs and just cant wait to get back to it once it's out. Do you guys have any idea how long this process might take?

Yesterday, after updates and reboot, I had the new start up screen. Today I restarted my computer, and the new startup screen no longer appears. I have rebooted, updated windows, but no help. Any ideas what could cause this?

It is not clear to me at what folder level mods in the Community folder have to be? For example, can I put the folder workingtitle-g3000-v0.7.1 in the Community folder (which I prefer since it clearly indicates the update version), or do I need to 'dig down' in this folder and put the folder workingtitle-g3000 in to the Community folder. I know you can't put a zip file directly in the Community folder. And I have the same question if using the Add-Ons Linker app. Can the Add-On linker 'work with' the workingtitle-g3000-v0.7.1 folder when setting up the shortcuts in the Community folder, or does the Add-On linker need the lower level workingtitle-g3000 folder as a st…

I keep going back and forth on this. On one hand, live traffic is ideal and I can see how they increased the density with the last update. On the other hand, the planes disappear just as they come to a stop on the runway, so the immersion can be somewhat broken on the ground---for example, you'll never really encounter one taxing as you taxi yourself. With AI traffic you can adjust the density to your heart's content and you will see them on the ground, taking off, landing etc. But then then it's harder on the frames than live traffic---and of course not totally "true to life". What have you guys settled on and why?

This is a bit odd...I just purchased the Premium Deluxe Version outright and installed it yesterday. I would assume it would include all the previous updates. However, if I look at the Marketplace, it indicates I need to purchase (for free) and download World Update III: United Kingdom & Ireland. Shouldn't that already be included? Is it just going to reinstall updates I already have, or did the newly-purchased version for some reason leave them out? It's pretty confusing.

I cleared the community folder prior to the last update and after successful update, reinstalled the very excellent cj4 mod back into the community folder. I noticed immediately that there was an issue with the RNAV editing prior to flight. So I restarted the sim, picked a different route and RNAV approach and began the flight. But now, I have no airspeed or altitude readout on the screen. I'm not quite sure what to do. Has anyone else seen this? Should I wait and see if a new updated cj4 mod shows up after this last overall flight sim update? Jim

https://fselite.net/reviews/head-to-head-orbx-innsbruck-and-msfs-hand-crafted-airport/ Basically the "premium" airport has buildings etc. in the right locations, but appears to be created using a lot of the sim's generic assets with a few bespoke touches. On the other hand, the OrbX version goes all-in on the very fine details. I'm sure people who own it already know all of this haha, but it's interesting to see the direct comparison screenshots and stuff.

Not so short video (12 minutes) taking off from MSFS SBGV Governador Valdares, Brazil, in the Piaggio P149 to check out the hang gliders. For the impatient the hang gliding starts at around 5:35 . This is a roughly $US5 addon airport so pretty good value for what you get.
