Hi guys, Since today, I can no longer access market place...I have done everything I have been told to do including checking that my accounts on MSFS and on microsoft app store do match and they do. My online data in MSFS are on....it was working perfectly until now. Does anyone know what suddenly went wrong? Many thanks for your help. Martial

In Flight, you could take the Icon and go from land to water and vice versa, but I've never found a way to do that in MSFS. Is it possible?

I have just read the following on another MSFS page which might be useful if you initially experience CTDs with SU5: Even though Sim Update 5 increases the overall performance, the tricks on this page can be still used. The two last tricks on the list, disabling both ATC and trees, were removed though. One new trick is added: Disable Live Traffic due to it can decrease the frames-per-second a lot or even crash-to-desktop near large airports. This is a new issue with SU5 and is addressed in the future for sure.

Hi guys, after many years in P3D and some hold out on MSFS I finally took the switch. I invested quite heavily in a new machine (5900x, 3080 ti, LG OLED48CX) and bought MSFS. I am quite happy with the performance. And the visuals are stunning. Mods I already have: - A32NX - EDDM from the marketplace - Little Nav Map My question: What would you guys recommend for tubeline flying? I am not a GA person, I want to happily travel along at 40.000 feet and enjoy the flight attendants service :-) Thanks in advance and happy flying!

Hi all, In msfs’s current state, Is fsuipc 7 recommended, or rather would I see any benefit in having it? Anyone running this for msfs?

Hey guys make sure you clear out your community folder before the update tomorrow. Also, you might want to record some benchmarks before and after the update to see what type of performance improvement you see. I did three quick takeoffs from KJFK, KLAX and EGLL with the 787 at 12 noon local time, and the first thing I will do after the update is try the same three airports. I recorded the ram and vram usage, and fps while sitting on the runway, during takeoff, and then once fps stabilized in the air. You might also want to record your in-game settings just in case something gets reset or changed.

Hello, Is there an easier and faster way to fly through the Yosemite Valley than to take the almost 900 mile bush trip? There is an airport some miles from there but I can't seem to locate the heading needed to get to Yosemite. Any help would deeply appreciated. Best regards, Hans Groenewold

Hi, About CH Pro Rudder Pedals and its calibration: On the Y axis I can go from 0 to 255 but on the X axis I can only go from 157 to 255. Also the Y axis doesn't move at all but pedals are moving... It seems there could be something about cables inside. Two were damaged and now corrected. Any solution?

Hello Gang! Zinertek V2 textures are out. Which are better between Zinertek and REX textures? I am a little bit disappointed with REX's because of the runway skidmarks block nature of how they look which looks unrealistic - I'm talking about the blocks of skidmarks at the end of each runway.

First time I ever seen this pop up when launching MSFS just now. So I got curious and checked my Windows Defender Firewall to see what that entry is. The ones with a red circle icon points to D:3\flightsimulator.exe that location doesn't even exist. I've never seen this before.

Simvol has just announced its first project of aircraft for Flight Simulator 2020: Hatz Classic. The project is open source and available on GitHub: https://github.com/SimvolOrg/HatzClassic For now, only a partial 3D model in Collada format has been done. They are looking for volunteers on this project.

It’s currently sitting at 92% after 12 critic reviews at that time of this posting. Not sure how the remaining reviews will be, but so far, so good at Metacritic. Hello, I'm having difficulties trying to figure out camera views system in MSFS2020, particularly in VC. I have too many questions about cameras , cameras' operation and camera controls assignments so I'll start asking here in no particular order. Please note I'm trying to dig C172sp_classic so far and I have no interest of the external views yet, none of them. So I'll start with: 1) Why are there 2 Cameras.cfg files for each aircraft? What is the difference between them in each pair? 2) What are IFR PILOT VIEW RESET / SAVE and VFR PILOT VIEW RESET / SAVE controls? How do they work? I've noticed that since the last few updates the textures from the cockpit looking out in the distance are extremely blurry, almost as though they haven't fully loaded yet. The only time I get crisp textures are if I am in external view directly above the plane looking down. Does anyone else experience this? I tried logging out and logging back in and that didn't work. Bing data is on, but I am not using photogrammetry. All of this is in the CRJ, typically above 5000 feet and happens any location in the US.
