Boy, KSC is really bland, no VAB, bad texturing, even after SU5, is there a addon that helps this ?

As said in the title when i want to start my flight from FlyTampa Copenhagen (with the latest updated version of Copenhagen) after hitting fly, the flysim stops (not responding in the task manager).I tried to go from EKBI to EKCH and all went well. Deleted FlyTampa from content manager to get the default ekch, but the ground went pink? Why does that happen! Keld

We have seen this so many times before...the hype campaign about the "huge performance enhancement” which is just another in the long line of graphics downgrades that try to present that illusion. We have seen the broken features which we are advised simply not to use e.g. AI traffic, multiplayer. We are advised which files to dig out and edit so that our changes in settings will actually be saved. I am not a software expert but I realise that on every update sim starts with some problems but after a few restart of the MSFS , it comes to a sort of stability and some of the problems disappears. This is like new mechanical parts such as a car.When you buy it, mechanical parts need to comform each other and then it runs smooth. Is this a case for a software , also ?

This issue has been apparent since release. When you're at a distance from bridges you can clearly see that they aren't transparent underneath. There appears to be some sort of thin lines or artifacts, but as you fly closer they're gone. This really makes the bridges look ugly and I really hope they're aware of this and fix this. It's been there since day 1.

So I cant pan around the cockpit after SU5. My custom views work, but when I try to rightclick or middle mouse click to pan, nothing happens. I've tried changing to legacy mode for the mouse, but it doesnt make any difference. What am I missing? In the outside view, the pan works fine.

So, starting SU5 there's something weird happening to the Altitude (A) and how it is influenced at least by the value of Temperature (T), for a constant pressure setting in the barometric altimeters - haven't checked with radio altimeters. With MFS's latest update if you use manually set weather, define the QNH for the situation, place your aircraft say at the threshold of one of the runways at a given airfield and set the mean sea level T to it's ISA value ( 15 ºC ), you can then read the correct altitude of that point in your barometric altimeter, but if you vary T up or down from ISA, you will see your altitude varying as well in your altimeter 😕 Whazzzz…

I have a problem with my TBM 930 when using the above version (latest) of the aircraft improvement mod in the latest update of MSFS. The windows look most unusual, and the interior is completely missing, and the transparency of the fuselage varies depending on the angle of view - as can be seen in the image below. This is not the case with the mod removed. Is anyone else having this problem, and if so, does anyone know if the author is planning an immediate update to the mod for the latest version of MSFS? Is there a way to slow down how fast the camera pans when switching between saved views. For example I have a custom panel on the MCDU on airbus, also one for the overhead. Switched between them pans so fast and causes fps loss and stutter. Manually panning around is smooth but when switching camera views it pans too fast causing studdering and fps drop for a second or so. Anywhere in a config file or somewhere to be able to change this? Thanks

Hello, I posted this also in the NaviGraph froum,but seems not so active ... as I fly these days the DC-6 a lot I’d like to have just VOR/DME routes only. In little navmap this is easily possible, however I’d like to skip this step. Is there any way to modify the DC-6 simbrief profile so that simbrief only uses VORs/DMEs? Or is there any other setting I can make? many thanks Günter

I am following a thread on MSFS forum and am also experiencing this issue. It appears that SU5 broke the ability to pan and receive joystick inputs. So for example if I’m turning. Adjusting my joystick for pitch or any other joystick movement and am using the Right click mouse to pan the view it freezes the controls. This update fixed a long of things but it sure broke a lot of things Link.

I am unable to change tail number, or airline, or flight number anymore. It’s stuck on United 594 which was the last flight I took pre SU5. Anyone else? I tried logging off the account, no bueno.

Not sure how to phrase this, but the latest update caused some weird things to happen. One example is the Airbus 320. Before the update you could select "Managed Speed" or "Selected Speed" by the arrows, and it would say which one it was. After the update you can still select it but it does not tell you which is which. I have checked all the notification options I know to check. Anyone else notice this? I, of course, turned off the new default "Lock" setting and went back to "Legacy" but even that does not help. Similar issues on the controls with the Citation CJ4

Not sure if anyone else has this issue but since the last update the only quick views that work still are the 90 degree left and right, the 45 and 120 degree left/right do nothing albeit still mapped in controls when I check them by input, getting this on every plane. This is on a Thrustmaster warthog hotas flightstick in my case.

What it has right now is amazing (when it works), but weather IRL is extremely dynamic and way more variable and complex than in the sim currently. I hope after the current updates in the pipeline, they can focus back on the expanding the weather modeling. This is a central part of the ecosystem they are creating that only they can update. Hurricanes, tornadoes, cirrus clouds plus the many other types of clouds that exist IRL. Also, would be cool to have a custom weather simulation (not live weather) with more precise fog and visibility settings. I have tried so many different ways to install the FBW 320NX, no matter which version, stable, development, and experimental, using the auto installer or manual. it will causing CTD error. After removing the FBW A320, the game runs fine. What is the issue, any one knows?

Firstly sorry if this should be posted elsewhere. Has anyone noticed that since the latest update (in the past 2 days and around 40Gb) that the Airport history doesn't work anymore? I have flown 2 flights from and to different airports and when I start a new flight and select departure and arrival airports NONE of my previous airports selected display in the 'history' (of previously used airports OR is there some trick to make this work? I'm starting to get sick from the view constantly moving in cockpit- on PC, it won't stop I feel like I'm drunk and world is spinning, haven't had a dink in a week! I've always used an older x-box controller, left stick for aileron/yoke, and right stick for moving the eyepoint view in cockpit. After the update, the view keeps moving around I cannot stop it from panning. Tried to recalibrate xbox controller, its almost like there should be setting for deadzones but there never has been a setting like that. Went from legacy to lock mode and back that isn't it. Anyone else using a similar set up having this issue? I need a barf bag!

ok just a quick takeoff in the CJ4 I notice it is very smooth, however how does one get back the mouse cursor to click on the mcp panel etc to change heading altitude. it doesn't work after the update.
