On the G3000(mod) rudder trim scale displayed on the MFD, there is a green tab to the right of the center position. Is this supposed to be the rudder trim setting for takeoff/climb to counter the engine/prop torque effect, and then you are expected to reset the rudder trim to approximately the center position for level flight? Hi all, what I haven't read or seen in the multiple videos or threads about the PMDG 737 is if the weather radar is somehow working in its current state. I saw an INOP sticker on the tilt up/down swith in one video. But I also saw a video where the WX radar was turned on on the nav display. But no weather/rain was shown on it, but it also was clear skies. Best regards Julian

Hi All, So, I just picked up the Big Radials P40 through Orbx since it is on sale, but the prop shows up as just a bunch of pink and white squares as if the textures are missing. Does anyone else see this issue? LouP

When using P3D, the ATC window automatically popped up when ATC called you. Is this possible in MSFS?

The HJet had an updated posted today. Looks like the autolights are screwed up now. They default to all 'ON' and do not change with the condition of the aircraft. Not sure if anything else is broken. I put it down for today after testing things out and doing a cross country in AUS. Didn't feel like dealing with a broken aircraft as other things could be faulty now.😐

I have the "leisure boats" slider set at 100% and I still don't see many in the sim. Not like FSX. It would be nice to see more of them especially during the summer here in NA.

Getting MSFS through Steam, after install, does one always have to start the sim though the Steam app or is there a standalone exe file to start MSFS with after you install it? Also, does the Steam app need to stay open during the sim session? I keep hearing about how purchasing it through Steam is a much better experience for updates down the line so want to go that route but have never used Steam before. Thank you

HI , i moved some folders with this software and others like Flightbeam has an option to move within there own software. Is anyone having succes with the above including all the liveries? Second thought. Fenix has symbolic link to liveries What about the Official folder in MSFS - its rather big , can we have symbolic link or more folders ? Thanks Michael Moe

I'm right now in a flight with the S22 at 11,000 feet over mid-Ontario, Canada. While flying, I still am quite thrilled and amazed, that with my 13 year old CPU and Motherboard (all original) with the only exception of putting in a GTX 1070 (non Ti) a few years ago, with all that MSFS does...and the demands on W10 (I'm not running W11), with constant data streaming, I can get stop and go free animation, and no stutter out of 27-32 FPS, while to this very day, I still will have stutter and some stop 'n load coming from my hard drives for the likes of P3D and XP11. OMG! It's exactly what it was when I first tried it and the server went down. The TC worked perfectly, but most importantly with the live feature it really shined. On a quick flight from TJSJ to TNCM I heard plenty of ATC chatter from Caribbean airlines and even saw a AA depart right after I landed at TNCM. Good morning, evening or night to all, For the last three weeks I have endured a significant problem with MSFS. The problem is that MSFS loads to the first part (ie where you select aircraft, airport etc) but after selecting a default (or any) aircraft and a departing airport, I click "fly" the blue bar goes rapidly to about 75 percent and then stops or locks up. This is happening with a vanilla install (renamed Comunity folder) which creates an empty Community folder. I have also used a back up "Official" folder, but nothing is working. Until now, everything were fine, I had custom views for all my planes. Yesterday I had to fully reinstall my pc. So I redownload FS2020 & install it. And now, when I want register some custom views, it doesn't work. The airplane file Simobject\Airplne\.. is empty, only the cfg file. Any ideas.

Pre caching allows for loading scenery/objects that are outside your view. In my WidevieW setup my left view client has a fixed view but when banking/turning the plane that view goes up/down real fast and I then see a few small stutters. As the pre cache feature is advised as a help when panning around, would it do anything at all in my situation? Have it at Ultra now. All suggestions are welcome

We start with no files deleted. Everything like Asobo wants it to be. We are at KMOD because the scenery is sparse but the town (Modesto, California) is an official photogrammetry Asobo city, in standard edition MSFS). I am locked V-Sync 30 fps in MSFS options. I was wondering ......... Please forgive my ignorance but is it possible to have your community folder on the or in the cloud? If they keep releasing these compulsory updates, SU's and WU's then my laptop is going to run out of storage space. Allowing that I have bought most sceneries from ORBX for Australia/NZ my folder is 130GB.

Hello, just bought this tonight and the first flight is going well so far. My only issue so far is that with the lights set to normal, they keep changing from on to off, and if I try manually set them to on, many will skip the on “button” and go to off or vice versa. Any idea what might be going on here? Thanks

Hi there, I paid and downloaded an addon Airport via the MSFS Market Place (PC) Only issue is, its installed version 1.0 which contains some texture issues, I read on the developers main webpage that this was fixed in version 1.2 which is now available to download. When I check my content manager it says version 1.0 is up to date, but on all other website its version 1.2, does anyone know why MSFS isn't updating this, I really do not want to pay AGAIN outside of the market place just to get an update Thanks Perry
