My PMS yearly subscription is nearing an end so I am evaluating whether to upgrade my licence to lifetime for 30 Euros or should I get TDS version. The reason why got PMS originally at the time was because of lack of updatable navigational database for TDI. But since now TDI supports full navigraph support - I am struggling to make up my mind whether I should get that instead. PMS so far has functioned reasonably in all of my addon aircraft but I understand TDI uses real garmin trainer software to run the actual GPS unit. Hi fellow simmers, What is your experience with this Graphic setting particular in MSFS2020 ? I have had it all time at ULTRA but i have had to give it a notch down for the A350. I just did a test with the iFly 737 Max 8 and noticed a 1GB VRAM differents at Flytampa EKCH. What is your verdict ? Also with High End PC´s (This year at last i will build a new one 🙂 Michael Moe

Do any of the Back Square aircraft feature a fast startup eg press CTRL E to automatically start the engine(s) or have a 'mode' such as the PMDG 737 via the 'tablet' where you can set the startup 'type' such as cold and dark, ready to taxi etc etc

The Kodiak just had a major update a few days ago, and I hadn't flown it in a very long time. Took me about a day to get comfortable again, and the new G1000 is great, and the Kodiak is now flying much better than it did the last time I flew it. I decided to try BATC again, because last time a month or two ago, fllying a GA aircraft I was disappointed in the way BATC worked with low altitude, GA flights. Since then BATC has had many updates, and today on a flight from KTEB to KMVY, the controlling was perfect. Quick question if I have rolling cache turned off from the beginning - does deleting rolling cache makes any difference?

For those that use Stream Decks has anyone had trouble recently connecting to FS2024. I am on the latest beta. I tried restarting the sim as well as my computer but they are still not communicating with the sim. They worked when I used the sim a couple days ago. I've noticed my "current time" in the sim is off by about 3 hours. Is there a way to set the correct time in settings?

Just installed the beta and it seems the default view in the Vision Jet is completely different. Is this some sort of new feature or something? I am sitting at a different angle than before, looking up a bit. I use BATC and have the BATC window aligned to a certain part of the cockpit but the alignment is totally different now. It just looks different and wrong. Should I reset something?

Hi, I really a pointer to install 2024 Beta Just moved house so PC was out of bounds for a few weeks. Now back but the information I found to join the Beta does not work. It says to use xboxInsider but I get no further than Manage Tried Xbox app, just opens 2024 original I hope this is ok to post here as I can find nowhere else. Regards David

Hey 🙂 Either i am doing something wrong or have a bug. I am trying to use the auto throttle of the vision jet but it seems it is not following the "profile" For example just before take off i push auto throttle and fms mod, i see on the pdf that the magenta speed is set to 190 kts. Passed 500ft i activate autopilot and FLC but magenta kts doesnt Change, i have to force it manually in the vnav page. When i check the profile for climb it is clearly state 165kts Same for decent, i put 245kts for career mode to avoid losing some point if i go over 250 But nothing change, it is not following the profile. I don't like the way reflections a done on the windshield for some aircraft like the TBM 950. Currently they crawl up from the bottom to the top in a sort of wave which I find disturbing. I watched quite a bit of live video's from the pilot's point of view and in real life it doesn't exist. Problem is that windshield reflections and rain are in one combined setting (it would be nice if this setting together with some others would be separated) and only have medium or high setting as an option. Is there are possibility to get rid of the reflections but keep the rain drops?

I'm looking for the JP Logistics C152 and it's supposed to be on FS.to, but apparently it has been removed and directs me to Discord, BUT I'm nota fan of Discord, since I find it's difficult to navigate and find anything there. I just got the Fenix A320 and discovered it requires a separate app of their making to be running in the background while MSFS20 is also running. If the FenixSim A320 app is not running, then use of the A320 in MSFS20 is problematic to say the least. Has anyone noticed if while running the FenixSim A320 app, any conflicts with other MSFS20 aircraft? I think (??) I may have in regards to the T6Adv by BlackBird. While the FenixSim A320 app is running at the same time then starting a flight with the T6Adv results in a situation where it cannot be started at all. I see a forum for FSX scenery creation, but not for 2020?

When SU1 first came out there was an issue where if your MSFS2024 is installed in the default directory, some (if not all) will have an issue where it will reinstall every time you start the sim. Is that still the case?

I really liked MSFS 2020 and liked watching it evolve and now the infant MSFS 2024 has a few tricks that hooked me up to it quickly: 1) Performance - my 5900x / 3060ti are now perfectly matched for a great 60fps VSYNC experience. 2) Installation - requires at best 1/2 hour as opposed to 1 or more days to install all my airports. Only the HJET for planes. 3) Landings - realistic and factoring in x-winds they can be exciting. Note that the HJET does not use the new SDK handling features yet. 4) Menus - clean, elegant, efficient and versatile. salasnet already had the same problem but I can't find solution I have noticed that when I go to outside view on some planes, the interior is missing unless I zoom in real close. It seems to be an LOD problem, as I can go into Developer mode and force the LOD to 0 and the interior pops up. In third party planes, like the 337, the interior is completely missing, in a default plane from 2020 (like the DA40 improvement mod), the interior is visible, but only at a low LOD level.
