Hey, for the once who are using AI Traffic (online or offline): There is currently a known bug in MSFS 1.18.13.0 causing CTDs of the Sim. So far I was able to reproduce it 100% of the time. Did you notice that history of the last airports doesnt work now? I see still airports before SU5+HT, if I choose new airport, I can still see the old ones (in the selection window) even after finished flight.

Dear All, When I'm in the Showcase mode, the horizon doesn't stay static but it slowly rotates such that if I leave it alone, it can go vertical! This has started since the SU5 update. I use an Xbox controller to control the views in the Showcase mode. May I ask if anybody is having the same issue and if you have, how did you fix it? Best regards, Peterwk

Flying this evening in the Icon, I landed at a floatplane base on Canada's west coast and was told I'd crashed into the water...what?

In Controls Options there are no reaction when I click on items in the controls list. When I press on an item it blinks shortly, but does not open. Control Bars are working. I have not noticed this mentioned before and ask kindly if somebody have a solution/suggestion.

Co-pilot in the Just Flight Warrior.. Where is he? Co-pilot is selected in MSFS options & I've 'enabled' him/her using the button to the right of the Warrior's screen, but although adding his virtual weight is noticeable he doesn't actually appear in the seat. Am I missing a setting somewhere else?

I have noticed anybody else mentioning this but I use the automated ATC (let co-pilot take over) and when coming into land a few times I have noticed a landing instruction from ATC followed by an acknowledgement by the co-pilot, that seems to get stuck in a loop? Their tempers do not seem to increase but it is a bit monotonous listening to them looping the instruction/acknowledgement until one or the other exhausts their patience. I have only noticed this since SU5 and it is not at every landing.

Is anyone having difficulty with the Arrow after SU5? While all my other aircraft operate fine, I cannot control the aileron on the Arrow. There is a huge lag between the time I move the control and the response from the aircraft making it uncontrollable. All the other controls and axis seem to be ok.

I have all settings at maximum and get 60fps and more but I cannot see any foaming behind floats after touching down in the water. On the latest videos I have seen (AV AngelI with the Aviat) I can observe the splash vividly but nothing happens in my sim... I must be missing a key element here. It seems that with the latest World Update (5), one or more liveries from the famous "MegaPack Liveries" archive is causing FS2020 to get to the "Checking For Updates" screen and then it sits there until you kill the EXE. Is there a way to detect which liveries are at fault? How can I fix a livery which is at fault? Thanks.

Ever since SU5, switching to the Drone camera has brought in a "slow roll' effect. It doesn't happen instantly, but after each visit to the Drone I found that the image has rotated a few degrees clockwise. If I don't correct it, the aircraft (view) is eventually aimed at the ground. Initial Drone view: After several Drone views: Is anyone else getting this?

I am spoiled with A2A planes in FSX and P3D. Since there are no A2A planes for MSFS I am looking for alternatives. Which to buy if you want best quality and realism ? Also I prefer analogue instrument over glass cockpit like G1000. In the first hand it's prop plane I plan to buy.

I got used to sometimes reloading the airplane I am in (because of for example sudden AP problem) via the Dev mode Select Aircraft windows. But since SU5 that windows is too small and therefore I dont see the selectable aircrafts in the menu, and I cant slide the sidebar and I cant drag the window to get it bigger. Does someone have a clue?

Hi all. I'm noticing strange behaviour with my CH Pro pedals after SU5. When I steer left or right and pan my view into the direction I'm steering, the rudder remains locked in that position when I pan back to a front view, continuing to turn, even though the rudder had been centred. I have have to go heavy on the rudder in the opposite direction and suddenly the steering function snaps back and seems ok again until the next turn. It's almost like the focus is lost when I change views and then the rudder input is ignored. Not seeing any other reports of this, so I think it is an individual issue but all was well before SU5. Hello all, Reading all about the woes and complaints with SU5, I have decided to pass on my experiences. First of all, after renaming my Community folder and downloading the update, I found that I could not even access the programme. I could click on the Desktop Icon and it would start loading and then lock up. I then decided, given my last three updates required an uninstall and follow up re-install, that this would be the way to go. The first effort resulted in exactly the same problem and was rectified by the second re-install. No idea why. Having got through that (two days almost with the downloads etc) I then started putting my Community folder ba…

My 2nd flight with the Caravan since SU5 and the hotfix and my aircraft is extremely under powered. The pic shows the throttle and prop pinned, 0 flaps, straight and level at 14,000 and the top speed is only 143 knots. I used to have to pull the throttle back to 80% to prevent over speed.

Hey man, weren't we supposed to get some kinda particle effects in the SNAFU5 release that enabled smoke and stuff? I mean, like, I get the water wake effects on the floats of the Cessna 172 but I thought there'd be some smoke for the nice big radials on the DC-6 and when I also saw an update for the Carenado YMF-5 in the Marketplace I got my hopes up. But so far it seems to be a complete non-smoking section in this sim: No engine startup smoke for the updated PMDG DC-6 No engine startup smoke for the updated Carenado YMF-5 No smoke system effects for the Carenado Waco even though it has a working "Smoke System" button No smoke system effects…
