Some people reported not working AP with GNS530 in the Just Flight Arrows. I own them too so tried it: I tested the 530 in the Arrow. I got it working but not as it is supposed to work: I started with a loaded PLN, which showed up nicely in the Garmin. But the planes goes in spiral dive when putting AP in NAV mode while CDI is in GPS mode and NAV-GPS switch is in GPS position. Quickly turned off AP and manually leveling off. Then tried some things. What worked for me: in the tablet switch to no GPS but radios. AP off and all switches GPS off (dont know if that is necessary but its what I did). Then on the tablet choose GNS530 again. Just got pinged for SU5 hotfix 2 when I launched the sim. Here we go...

Yesterday while in MP mode, we noticed that other MP planes did not show on either the MFD, VFR Map or on LittleNavMap. Has anyone else experienced this or is there an option to turn this on/off?

According to MSFS development roadmap on their site, opening up live weather to 3rd party devs is not currently planned. It may come in the future, who knows. Some features are planned for this year and some for next year, as many of you already know. Not 3rd party weather though, even though it's highly ranked in simmers' "Top Wishes" list. The CRJ updates for compatibility issues with Sim Update 5 have been completed and are being readied for release as we speak. They should become available in the next couple of days. The nice folks at Asobo were able to identify and fix an issue in the WASM runtime (which is part of the SDK, but open source, so it's not made by either Asobo or us) and by this, to put the airspeed indicator in the CRJ back in action, without requiring a hotfix for Flight Simulator itself. After SU5, the V1 callout on all airliners seem to be broken. It no longer works at around 135kts during the T/O roll. Now, it sometimes sounds out after you've been in the air a couple of minutes and are doing 230-250kts. Anyone else seen this on their sim?Thanks.

Yes you saw it right... Grravel! For anyone who hasn't tried these customised bush aircraft yet, they are from a very committed developer, and they are a blast to fly! They have now had their flight dynamics tweaked for things such as adverse yaw and flap deployment behaviour etc. Many other tweaks. This may or may not work for those having ctd's or other graphical issues. I'm just putting it out there in hopes it may help some. If we have a baseline of what works in some systems, perhaps we can narrow down the cause of the ctd's or graphical glitches. I've been running Nvidia Driver 456.71 since 9/29 of last year- about when it was released. Anyone have the same issue, waiting for take off on any rwy my flaps are pre-set, once up and at level flying I try to retract the flaps only for them to extend by them selves, this happens a few time before things settled down. Also on take of and at level selecting AP my Cessna doesn't respond to the flight plan I had in. This is since the last update by the way.

Start is in EDNY with 50 FPS on approach and after landing in LEIB it is only 30 FPS. I locked the FPS to 30, but after landing I reach a maximum of 18-30 FPS Is this a common problem in MSFS 2020, or can the problem be minimized? The current Nvidia driver 471.41 is installed.

Since the recent "update" I have noticed that the key I used to deploy the spoilers no longer has an effect. I have checked the assignments, and it is still listed, but if I use it, I can see the spoiler lever jiggle a little but doesn't actually move. Any thoughts?

Anyone else experiencing problems with this? I've been using this option since release and it's seemingly become worse for me recently. IE: right now, if I file an IFR plan, my copilot will do all the clearances and whatnot when I switch on the battery, but then that's it. It used to work fine and when I was airborne, he'd tune and call whatever freq was appropriate and continue handling calls. But now, that no longer happens and I have to handle all radio myself now if I want ATC. I have no idea why, and it's not specific to this new patch, as it's happened before that. Any ideas? Could it be something a mod is causing?

Getting a horrible framrate and stutterfest with the FBW A320 at ground on Airport ( Runway ) About 8 frames and bad stuttering ( seen on Asobo stock LIRF ) with the Asobo 787-10 i get 17 to 21 ( what is more normal for me using 4K ) Anyone else experience something like this - so in short words totally unusable at the moment.. ( latest mod from today ) ?? 🤔 I used a working livery ( new .cfg file and reseted with a newly generated layout.json file.. cheers 😉

Since the update I have no approaches listed anywhere. (World map, G1000, G3000, GTN750, ETC. I also have no moving AI planes. Plenty of parked ones but nothing flying of taxiing. Also ATC treats all airports like un-towered airports. No option to talk to tower and request landing. Just pick your runway. No option to listen to approach traffic either. I saw the list of the fixes that are coming but none of these issues were listed. Is anyone else experiencing these or does anyone have a solution?

Was flying today in Alaska with practically zero visibility, when I noticed something in the distance and to the left of the aircraft. Interesting, but I didn't pay any more attention to it. After several miles, I noticed that...hey, that's the same formation of...dust on my monitor... 😀😀

Just after SU5 released, I bought a new SSD exclusively for MSFS 2020. I did a complete reinstall and after it finished and I went into PROFILE, it showed the bridge was not installed, I tried to install it, but it would not install. I tried downloading from Aerosoft and Honeycomb, but it will not download from there as well. Any help appreciated.

I have followed some tutorials on YouTube but cannot get them to look exactly like the default Asobo thumbnails for my planes. For reference, the default thumbnail should look exactly like the picture attached. But for some reason, mine is saving it with a slightly darker background and a different aspect ratio.

As I did not get this resolved, also not by using the default profiles for all input devices, I seek advice here: Does anybody have the slightest idea why it shows such strange key bindings? Of course I checked and "joystick button 2" is not bound to "esc" or something similar and the "keys" for zooming in and out do not even exist. How can I get the original stuff back?

I have been using Flight Recorder to record and replay my flights within Microsoft Flight Simulator and it works great. In the demo video Flight Recorder for Microsoft Flight Simulator it shows a view from inside the plane looking over the wing(0:26). I was wondering when I am watching a replay how do I switch to that view looking over the wing?

Last week I was very frustrated about the last SU5 update. Today I took the CJ4 WT out of the hangar and had a flight from ESSA to ENGM. It was a very nice flight and everything work just fine. I had 60FPS and a butter smooth journey through the superb ASOBO virtual world. I guess last weeks flights were bad mostly to the very heavy loads on the server with all the new XBOX users in the air. Today it almost felt like another version I was flying in. When ASOBO gets the remaining CTD bugs and other issues solved, this flight simulator is just superb. No other flight simulators come even close to MSFS.

I apologize if I should have placed this in the Peripheral Hardware page. I would like to know if anyone can recommend a G1000 set of hardware (PFD, MFD and Audio Panel) that is compliant with: (1) MSFS 2020; and/or (2) P3d (v5,1)? Thanks, Brian
