Are there any graphics options that you believe look better on Low or Medium, rather than High or Ultra?

I seem to be the only one who is troubled by these two issues: The white spiraling spinner on the lower right part of the displaying presumably logging seminal events throughout all flights, to greater or lesser degrees, and for me almost always associated w/ a brief stutter. When ATC speech starts there can be a brief stutter, not always, but significantly often. This was solved in part by ATC Stuttering Fix, however it was suboptimal in that it trimmed history to the most recent 4 lines of text/speech, plus is wasn't 100% perfect,. but anyway it was apparently not compatible w/ SU7 anyway. #1 has an easy workaround, which is to simply toggle Dev Mode on…

Here I sit in front of my computer as frustrated as Elizabeth Taylor's eighth husband on their wedding night...I have been trying to set up some exterior views to no avail...Here's what I have been trying to accomplish: Starting out simply, I want to program a key on the keyboard to give me the cycle of views that the "S" key used to provide on FSX and before: Cycle through Left Exterior, Right Exterior, Rear Exterior and Front Exterior...I can get more complex later...Can someone give me the step by step directions to accomplish this? Probably once I become familiar with how to do this simple process I will be able to build on it and go from there...I really appreciate a…

Anyone have any idea why half the RNAV approaches I shoot never capture the GP but start descending down to the runway like it is captured? Thanks for any input!

Is there a “Pause” command anywhere that will not bring up the Menu with it? I just want to be able to pause and see what’s out the window and not be taken to a menu screen…Thanks a lot! Steve in Kansas

I was getting some CTDs and decided to remove everything from my Community folder. That solved the problem, and I’ve been slowly adding scenery back in, bit by bit. The strange thing is, I seem to have lost a small function of the G1000. It used to give vertical guidance from the FAF down to the runway but now it doesn’t. VNAV works perfectly, right up to that point, then it holds me at the last step down. Can anyone think of why this would be happening? When I was getting the CTDs, I could rely on the unit to give a vertical path down to the threshold.

Do we have such an editor available? Getting more and more add-ons and tweaks like "remove static aircraft of XXXX" it becomes necessary to adjust the priority of add-ons. As far as I understood, the lower the entry of an add-on in the content.xml, the higher is its priority. As I have read on a Flightbeam support page, some of their add-ons require such adjustments.

Hello guys, I don't mean to be boring, but I'm creating this thread to discuss a bug that's really annoying: When are planes going to stop behaving like a boat in a storm during the takeoff run? I ask because it hasn't been fixed until today is a bit embarrassing. Well, I pray every day for planes start to behave like planes in these conditions. Please, Asobo/Microsoft, fix that!!

Hello all! I have just spent the last hour and a half doing touch 'n goes at Miramar MCAS, California and a neighboring airport KMYF. I must have done at least 7 or so but the logbook only counts two landings. I kept getting Go Arounds at KMYF because someone wouldn't clear the runway so I landed and parked at Miramar. I took off again and did the touch and goes at KMYF and then full stopped. So the logbook only recorded my two full stop landings. I don't recall it being this way before. Is this new? How has it been for anyone else? I generally don't experience quirks like this.

One of the best features I've discovered thus far in the just-released public beta is that flickering of the ground scenery, especially around buildings, now appears to be almost entirely gone. I made no adjustments to my settings, so I'm ascribing the vast improvement to the quality of the update. I didn't realize what a difference this would make to immersion. But it does. Good job, Asobo. Elsewhere I've posted about the cloud-altitude problem. But I felt the positive news -- and there's much of it -- deserves a thread of its own.

This video seems to be saying that upscaling and sharpening along the lines of what DLSS could do for MSFS can be available to us without Microsoft offering explicit support which they have not shown much enthusiasm for.

I’m looking for something to help me improve my flying skills in MSFS. Better circuits would be one thing and some VOR nav challenges. Is FSFlyingSchool any good for this? Any feedback on this software and any good alternatives would be welcome. https://www.fsflyingschool.com I fly VR only btw.

Are I sure someone in the forum has had the same problem as me and has a solution... I cannot get any of the ILS runways to show up in VHHH.. The FMS is correct and shows ILS7R as an example but no ILS approach... I have removed Navigraph and tested no difference I have reinstalled Navigraph, I have delete content.xml and recreated I have checked the priority still no ILS Thanks Andrew

I recently complained loudly about the high temperature at FL240 and above and that we are constantly used as beta testers. I guess it was a bit too loud, because the thread got locked. But the bug got fixed _over_the_weekend_. I am impressed and thank you, whoever is responsible. I must admit, no other developer has ever done such quick fixes! Kudos!

I need help with 787 capturing the approach... I am not sure what is happening but I get never get the 787 to show the approach. The arrival is set to eg 16R in the FMS . The FMS screen states 16R but when I turn for the approach nothing is on screen.. I am using Navigraph. One of the suggestion was to uninstall navigraph and delete the content.xml.. Start FS (which creates a new content.xml) and then reinstall Navigraph.) This did not help...FBW Airbus works fine everytime. Regards, Andrew

I love that in the f18 you can pitch craft up and it will stay there without trimming it. Same for turns. It just makes sense to me that input stays the same until you change it.
