Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020/2024)

I installed the payware version of WSSS (Changi , Singapore) and while on the ground , configuring the FMS , everything stays steady at around 58-60 FPS. Taxi and and takeoff plunges the FPS to 8-12 FPS. It never recovers the whole flight. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this, but I have tried this flight with 2 different variations of the A340 and also at night and during the day with live weather . My MSFS 2024 is installed via Steam onto a SD drive, which has about 175 GB remaining before it is full. Be interested to know if anyone else is experiencing this

Is there an updated list of aircraft that are compatible with the Winwing FCU? Is it compatible with the default inibuilds A321 and A330 specifically? Also is the FCU compatible with AXIS and OHS yet? Thanks.

Any thoughts about what this is supposed to do and what it actually does? - All I seem to get whenever I try this is a mixture of underscore, dash and gobbledegook.

The Boeing TC A-Yoke is working, but I haven't found a way to adjust the TCA quadrant (engines). Sometimes the alarm goes off while I'm configuring the aircraft for flight. This only happens with the Ifly 737; it doesn't happen with other models. Thanks for your help.

I've finally managed to get MSfs2024 up and running (flying :-) ) but I find it reeeaaaally difficult to programme my Thrustmaster TCA joystick and throttle system. I have watched a lot of yt videos, but still get it messed up so nothing of it works. Is there a way to export the settings and for others (me) to import it into msfs2024? As far as I can see there's no such profiles / settings on flightsim.tx, so I'm hoping someone knows the answer to it. Oops, found one on xxxxxxxx.to, gonna try it and see it it solves the mystery,

Greetngs! I'm trying to use the Marketplace for the first time to purchase the IniBuilds A340. For some reason when I click on the amount of coins I need to make the purchase, my wallet balance stays a zero. Clicking on other payment options doesn't do anything, either. What am I missing? Thanks, Scott Edit: Got it sorted out. Signed out of Xbox and signed back in. Then when I launched MSFS 2024 I did the regular launch - not as an administrator. I was then able to fill my wallet and purchase the A340.

I see that Orbx and Simmarket are now selling a version of KBJC (Rocky Mountain Metropolitan - nee Jeffco Airport) from a developer called Propair. They appear to have done a handful of airports, but none I've ever tried so I'm not familiar with these folks at all. Anyone have any familiarity with any of their work? MSFS 2024. Has anyone managed to install Just Flight Arrow in Addon Linker. During the installation you cannot choose the installation folder, it happens automatically. The file cannot be moved from the 2024 Community folder without an error message saying that it is not allowed. Is there a way to get around this so that you can put the file in the Addon linker folder?

Hello everyone, I have FSLTL basic models and injector installed. It works fine with some default airports like KJFK, RJTT etc. Unfortunately, with a third party airport like WF Scenery VHHH, AI planes keep disappearing while departing or landing on the runways. Any suggestions or comments to resolve this issue? Many thanks.

As I understand it, you place custom camera state.cfg files into the appropriate ... Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\SimObjects\Airplane file. But there is sometimes (or usually) already a state.cfg there. So, do you overwrite the already existing state.cfg file or delete it before putting new file in ? Dave Hinson

More info released on the addons announced with the PS5 edition: BlackBird nee MilViz has finally brought their excellent T-38A Talon to MSFS! I’m sad the Charlie model hasn’t gotten the nod yet, but this A model should definitely scratch some itches! Their original versions for P3D were/are used by the USAF/USN IRL training program, and hopefully the High Fidelity has come over, too. the P3D versions had external “CFD” flight models and handled well in the sim (VERY challenging flight characteristics). As the title says. I am trying to watch a video about setting sensitivities for helicopter controls. When I open the curve display, there is a dot that moves when I use that controller axis, but there is no curve line. There is nothing visual when I am adjusting the curve settings. Can anyone help? I've been giving Beyond ATC a go. Here are my problems with it... - really poor vectoring to arrival runways at EGLL. It basically keeps me way too high and then clears me to land way too far out. - during taxi told me to wait for "crossing traffic" so I waited, and waited for 15 minutes. In the end I ignored it and just taxied out myself. - not enough arriving and departing traffic...PSXT has so much more.
