Are there any recommendations for dependable voices for pilot2atc or should I just use the default robotic voice?

Like or don't like turbulence. Here is something to help figure out whats going on with turbulence in the U.S. at least. https://www.aviationweather.gov/turbulence/gtg I can't seem to find anything world related though when it comes to detailed turbulence. Except using Windy weather and just spotting the thermals https://www.windy.com/-Thermals-ccl?ccl,38.101,-85.957,4 So I usually stick to Windy or AWC. Any suggestions on other sources that don't require you to swipe a card lol heck internet alone is costing enough ;) Happy Landings

So in Houston, we've been windy blustery out of the SE which means in all planes, you get jostled around a bit, especially in single engine planes. But none of the planes I've tried in real weather show any unusual movement in these weather conditions. Am I missing a real weather setting or a realism setting in the aircraft model?

My developer mode window in the upper right-hand corner is missing since SU12. The one that normally appears when selecting developer mode. I must be doing something wrong. Did the procedure change? Lee

In general, although the FS2020 FM has been improved, it just isn't as organic and representative of flight as it could be in several areas. A few IRL pilots have pointed this out for several of the big commercial birds in particular where that "heavy" feeling of inertia just isn't there as it should be making landings feel off. Does anyone know how much work Asobo is devoting to a continuing improvement of the FMs?

I have been on a long hiatus from the sim (other than for updates). Previously, all simple flights started at ground level by default. Now all flights start at altitude and I can't determine how to change it. I found one post that said to go into the flight log to change it there, but I found no means to implement the change there either. I just want to place an aircraft on a field and fly from there locally. How do I do that now? Thanks

Some liveries allow custom numbers but would it be possible to just have the custom number on the cockpit panel for liveries that have a painted on number on the fuselage? I use an N number that I used to fly IRL with on all my planes when the liveries allow it but I would like to see my N number in the cockpit all the time, regardless of livery. Hope that makes sense. I am looking for a list of upcoming airports for msfs, but couldn't find one. Is there a list, or could we just collect them here? I know that Gaya is working on: LOWI, EDDM, EGSS, LSZA, SBGL, LEBL MK-Studios: EIDW update Flytampa: EHAM I am especially awaiting for Gaya EDDM and LEBL but is has been anounced like 2 years ago, but we haven't even seen any screenshots or don't know if the projects is still worked on. Just was given a gf MCP-PRO and EFIS hardware MCP-PRO sort of working using the fsxdev.exe and goflight driver Everything is recognized EFIS no Is there anyway to program the hardware using other softwre or any other solution I wish somebody could have picked up he goflightflight tool Any suggestions

I've basically confirmed af this point that random fps drops n stutter are caused by my dedicated NVMe for msfs, I use all NVMe, my is and d drive are also this exact same SSD. Generally around 3400 mbps performance I used the same barebones setup on two different NVMe and on the other no issues The weird thing is that both drives are identical both on my msi unify x mb I run on win 11 and cant really figure out what's different. Both report good health n have been trimmed. I have the ms store version Anyone ever ran into this?

Like the title says, I set Rolling cache to on and 16GB then apply and save. After restart or when starting MSFS again, it is reset to OFF. Is that normal?

Just getting started with FSLTL. Liking what I see but confused about a few parts of it. I understand that it gets its source from Flightradar24, but that doesn't seem to be a good thing. For example, it shows just four planes at KPHL right now and I know there are way more than that. I'm also not seeing some major traffic creators (airlines) there at all and wondering why that is. No Republic. No Piedmont, but I see Amerijet there, which is a rarity at KPHL. I see a total of 28 planes on the ground at noon. Should be a LOT more. My settings are 120,40,10,120,150,50. If i turn on Real Live Traffic then Asobo LOADS KPHL and I see virtually all the missing airline…

I'm having pitch control problems with the Carenado 337. At rotation speed it pitches up and no amount of forward pressure on the yoke will force the nose down. Both engines operating normally, full prop pitch and mixture, autopilot off, Trim is checked at takeoff setting, 1/2 tank of fuel, cg in limits Yoke assignment checked, elevator appears to be working in outside view All other aircraft, including Carenado, are working normally Any suggestions would be most welcome

Hello everyone, I am learning how to fly the fantastic Daher TBM 930 and have noticed that the two small AS1000 panels (ATTITUDEBACKUP and SPEEDBACKUP) do not light up. I know it's not a must, as the information also appears on the larger panels, but I must be doing something wrong because I can't get them to light up. Hello! As I'm editing GATB right now I saw installations on the ground typically used for an ILS on runway 07, the glideslope antenna (with shadow) left of the runway and the localizer at the end of the runway. Both objects can be seen on Google as well as Bing images. There is no information coming from the Sim Nav database, unfortunately the Navigraph charts are outdated (2017) and Chartfox as well as Airmate provide charts from 2018 for the RNAV approaches but none for an ILS approach. About 2 years ago, the night lighting screenshots in some of the alpha/beta builds before MSFS got released was the best they could be according to a majority of the people. Now, fast forward 2 years later. Do you guys feel that the night lighting has improved and is better now than it has ever been?

I read these posts about low rez MSFS clouds but at the high setting at FL 280 they look SO good. These are the best looking clouds that I've seen in any sim. Please tell me what I am missing. Ok the Cirrus clouds are MIA but this post is not about that. Cheers sp

Hello, i noticed that when i fly the drone far out and leave up somewhere, the ground textures stay blurry when i switch back to cockpit camera. It seems that the ground texture resolution is dependant on the drone camera position. I really would like to switch between an airport overview and my cockpit while having appropriate texture resolutions in both cameras. Please examine pictures: Nr. 1: Drone camera in default postion, close to airplane -> sharp ground texures Nr. 2: Drone camera up high, far from airplane -> blurry ground textures
