Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020/2024)

I have suddenly started having an issue with the approach button not activating the glidepath when flying an LPV capable RNAV approach. Normally when pushing the APPR button just before the IAF the status on the PFD will show GP in white and, when the glideslope is captured and the diamond moves down to the center, the GP changes from white to green in the status bar and down you go. For the last couple of days, not matter how many times I push the approach button during an active RNAV LPV approach, the GP will not arm (no GP indication whatsoever on the PFD). Hi folks. I already have a thread about not getting any ATC voices (or copilot voices) once I spawn into the cockpit (I get them before hitting the final FLY button. I have not been able to fix that problem. I have tried all kinds of settings and all kinds of aircraft but I have absolutely no ATC messages being spoken. Don't know what else to try. My question today however is that the ATC panel is not offering me any message suggestions to select like it used to. Can anyone tell me something I might need to do in order to get those ATC message choices displayed again?

I have tremendous issues with my fps after WU 14. Any one else? Is this a known issue? It's unflyable, and I use a RTX 3090 with 19-10850K CPU. This is not normal. It affects many airports.

I updated my Asobo Microsoft ATR 72/42-600 to the latest. Now I can't find my previous ATR liveries. Only ATR Highline livery is found. 1. Any help please? 2. Or, are new liveries required for the updated ATR? Where could I find them? Regards, Haseen Ahmad.

Hello, After leaving it, I took control of the A320 Fenix again. During the cruise phase, I fill in the PERF page: Qnh, temp, wind, alt (Radio or Baro) before the TOD and I notice after several flights that this engages the APPR (approach) mode. Is this normal? Looks like he didn't do that before. maybe I changed a setting. Would you have an opinion? Thanks in advance.

Hi there: After maybe more than a year without flying the fabulous FBW A320 I'm experiencing problems to taxi the aircraft using rudder inputs (no Tiller available here). It's difficult to keep the center line and to do the turns, and the aircraft moves without proper control. I'm using the stable version v0.10.1. Any hint that would help, please?

Hi folks, I'm hoping someone here may have some suggestions to get this plane working again for me. Everything was working fine with the plane until I performed a hardware upgrade (CPU, motherboard, and RAM). After the upgrade, and as expected The fenix app (fenix.exe) told me that my license was registered to other hardware. I went to the fenix site and had the license successfully transferred. But now when I try and use the plane all the display screens are black,no battery voltage is displayed on the overhead panel, and the battery switches don't work. on the EFB I get an orange triangle thats says no connection with the sim. then the regular…

Just found this Video today from flightdeck2sim (a real 737 Pilot) doing a full flight with a real 787 Pilot. Got lots and lots of useful Infos about flying the 787 (and the comparsion to the 737 / max). The Asobo 787 has more to offer and seems more lifelike than i thought (especially the HUD). Learning to fly the MSFS Boeing 787 with a Real 787 Pilot I should give the 787 another try.

I've just completed LHR-ATH-LHR with FSLTL providing AI traffic. Lots of traffic on departure from LHR and lots on arrival at ATH but when I returned to LHR there wasn't a single aircraft on the ground. But, there were still lots of aircraft in the sky and they were attempting to land at LHR but every time they executed a go around. Any ideas from anyone?

Anyone using this with a 2nd touch enabled display? I’m having a real struggle with it trying to use the Cessna Longitude console touch screen on either a small touch enabled monitor I have connected directly to my 4090 or my iPad (via Spacedesk). Both quickly become unresponsive and locks up the whole sim. This app seems to get such high praise I must be doing something wrong. 😞

I have a reverse thrust mechanism issue and hoping someone can help. If I start flight on runway and throw engines into reverse the mechanism opens on the engines. If I load up at the gate the mechanism doesn't open. If I start the flight from the gate, when the plane lands at the destination the mechanism doesn't open. Reverse thrust works as the plane slows down as it should just the mechanism doesn't open. If I start flight from runaway and land at destination mechanism opens. Anyone seen this before. Doesn't matter what livery I use including the FBW liveries. This is with a clean install of MSFS today, though issue was hapenning before the clean install. Thank…
