Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020/2024)

My apologies, I am sure this is answered somewhere, but I have tried to search with no luck. For some reasons my taxiway signage is blank at all airports in both 2020 and 2024. My graphics look great but my signs are blank. Is there a setting I need to adjust? Thanks.

probably a simple issue but neither of the turn buttons of the G1000 (both PFD and MFD) don't work for me the clickable buttons do work anyone?

I can't , no matter how I try, control it's engine. Spawning at any airport with the engine working, as I add power it quits ?

My 'go to' plane is the PMDG 738, which I adore! My question is... when setting up a flightplan in Simbrief and once it is generated, it provides a CI value, which can vary depending on the airline, my question is... is it necessary to change the CI value in the setup page in the CDU (via the Menu, which, unless I'm mistaken, is set at 18 by default) in addition to inputting the Simbrief CI into the performance page? I hope I have explained this properly.

Is anyone else seeing bright green terrain textures popping into existence after departing from runway 05 at EHLE Lelystad (MSFS 2020)? I have departed on this runway previously (using the Papa Hotel airport addon), but I turned west shortly after departure, so maybe I missed this texture problem at that time? I maintained the departure heading when climbing out this morning, and shortly after that I noticed that the terrain textures were really bright green. Then I noticed that the terrain textures in the distance were a more normal colour, and that the bright green textures were "popping into existence" as I moved closer. For the last 30 minutes, I haven't been able to get into MSFS 2020. It says it needs to do a 0GB update, then says "connection lost", then crashes to desktop after saying connection has been established again. Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi folks, Hope you had a wonderful Christmas 🎉. Discord and me, we are not very good friends. So I really hope one of you can help me with this sudden issue which prevents me from using BeyondATC. For a couple of days now "Initializing Traffic..." stucks at 90% while the green connecting dot flickers and after 5 minutes I get an error message saying that traffic data failed to load. Any idea?

Can someone answer this question: I have 50 airports installed in MSFS2020. Some were purchased thru Marketplace and others thru developers, or SimMarket/Orbx. Some airports show in my Community Folder in 2020, most do not. I presume the ones bought thru Marketplace never go to my community folder. So, how would I install those 2020 airports into 2024???? ( BTW - For those in my 2020 community folder, I just cut and paste to my MSFS Community 2024 folder and they seem to work fine)

Hello, I recently purchased a new PC primarily to run MSFS 2024 (replacing current PC running X-Plane 11). The new PC (Dell Alienware) has an Intel i9-14900KF processor. I was not aware before I purchased the PC of the Intel 13th and 14th Gen CPU instability issues (my bad). Intel has provided three BIOS fix updates which they represent solves the instability problem (primarily over-voltage). Hi all, Just a heads up that the FSS team has released an experimental 2024 version of the 727 that can be downloaded on their Discord. For sure, it's not without issues - GPU doesn't work, there are some cockpit lighting bugs, and you can't start an "on GPU" or "on APU" states, it loads into the sim menu with engine sound running, but I did complete a full flight with it from C&D yesterday. It's probably best to not use the Automated Flight Engineer right now. I started the APU pre-flight OK, but had him do After Landing procedures and those never completed properly, the APU didn't run and I wasn't able to start it. It’s certainly basic for pros but I’m stucked and here’s my SOS. I want to make compatible my MSFS2020 scenery. For example, Ramona KRNM. When just putting my MSFS2020 scenery build into the MSFS2024 community folder, everything is fine except the control tower of the default MSFS2024 airport which is still visible. I encountered this issue in my Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. I’m using the PMDG 777, and the navigation data has been updated, but on all the ramps, there is no data displayed on the PFD or NAV, and I can’t use the ADIRU calibration. However, everything works fine if I start on the runway. Can anyone explain what might be the cause of this?

Ii purchased the premium edition of MSFS 2024 so as to get certain extra birds. They don't seem to be available to me. Suggestions please.

I have found on several of the aircraft I have flown in FS2024 that have the Garmin GNS 530 GPS that the Button/Dial on the bottom left of the unit is not switching between Coms & Vloc when you push the small dial in. It appears to be stuck on Coms. Is there a fix or work around for this? T45

Hi, I've noticed I'm unable to use my mouse to move around the cockpit like I used to? This is something new and I'm unable to rectify it. Has anoyone any suggestions on what might be the cause? I did install Flow pro and thought it was that but its still the same. My camera for the cockpit is showing camera type (Fixed Lock) think thats what it was on before THanks Jason

Wondering if anyone knows how to configure the Caravan to make tighter turns when taxing. Right now it doesn't turn at all tight when heading to park making real wide turns. Any help would be great. Thx

I don't use the built in ATC in FS2024 but for whatever reason it opened up last night when I was preparing the take off in Vision Jet. I was in VR but even after exiting to 2D I couldn't get the window either closed or moved. I restarted the flight and the ATC window still there open, unable to close/move. I was only able to get rid of it by restarting the FS2024. Anyone has this problem too? A side question but maybe strangely related ATC window: how do you turn on/off the cockpit light in Vision Jet? At the same time when ATC window popped up the cockpit/interior lights also turned on. I couldn't a way to turn it off either. Just like the ATC window, the lights st…

I was wondering if those who own it, can give their views on whether the Cockspur Phenom 100 is any good? I know it's not "study level" and have a realistic expectation around it. The WT avionics are obviously a good point in itself... but just wondering how it flies, sounds, etc? It's on sale for £16 (about $19) hence the question.

I realize that with all of the issues occurring with the new sim that this one is a pretty small one to ask about. As the title states though, is KFNT fixed in 2024? In 2020 there were jetways but no terminal for the entire 4 years even though it was reported in 2020. There were also many other buildings missing.
