Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020/2024)

I thought this would have been fixed by now but Asobo is letting this oversite site there without a fix. Am I the only one seeing legs hanging for AI Cessna 172's when they taxi on the ground in the sim?

Hi, I’m using the latest developer version of the FBW A320NX (not the custom version). And I’ve tried a few RNAV approaches and I keep flying over the runway at the last altitude I set to intercept the glide slope. It’s doing the correct horizontal guidance but not vertical. Ive watched A320 Sim Pilot’s video (on YouTube) and can’t figure out what I might be doing wrong. The approach is in the MCDU, it goes to that phase automatically on approach, I hit APPR on the AP, but it doesn’t start descending. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Boats in marinas and parked at docks are just 2 dimensional white shapes most of which appear to be under the water. Docks along the water on lakes and rivers also appear to be under water. Is this just the way it is or do I have some other problem I need to deal with. See the picture below. https://ibb.co/rbSShWv

Title says it. My monitor is 4K but not HDR capable (only DP1.2 and HDMI 1.4), yet the HDR10 setting in the sim options is showing ON and is greyed out. Anyone know if this is a bug or why? Is there a way to disable HDR10?

Hello all, noticed that PMDG teased a photo of their DC-6 for MSFS 2020! Really enjoyed it for P3D so I have big hopes for this! Hopefully it is released soon. My guess is this will be their first release for MSFS as it’s fairly simple compared to something like a 737. I don’t know about you but I’ve been waiting for an old classic like this so I am beyond excited!

Hello guys I need some advice. I used the A32NX mod without a hitch. I then changed my PC and did a full fresh install of everything (Win10, MSFS, etc). I downloaded the latest FBW Installer and choose to install the Stable v0.6.1 version. The installer correctly puts the MOD in the community folder BUT I simply can't fly the mod since it's not there!? When I pic the A320 neo, it is always loading the default Asobo and not the mod. I'm also missing the FBW Liveries from within the A320 Livery screen. Am I missing something? Moderators: Please delete this thread: dumb me did not get it that the Asobo and FBW one coexist now.

Hi Guys I'm looking to do the Project Sunrise trip this Monday from Heathrow to Sydney using the Boeing 787-10 in one hit (all 19-20 hours worth). I know it's not technically able to, however it's fuel economy seems to be no where near as bad as it should be so I feel it'll give me a pretty good chance. I often fly EHAM to the Caribbean and only use half of what it would normally be by flight sim which is about half the distance to Sydney. Has anyone attempted this at all? Are there any tips on how best to do this. I'm also trying to work out why do the airliners tend to stay at around 36-39k before moving up to max height. I've seen this on numerous flight plan…

After the last updateI've got to wait for a bit less than half an hour before the flight starts; In the beginning everything starts normally, than the sim starts checking for updates, a little circle circles as a good circle should, but not for long: it stops and nothing changes for some 15-20 minutes after which the loading process continues normally. The times are identical with Community folder emptied or loaded. (I use the linker app) Any ideas if there's anything else I should check/ change?

So I was flying with the FWB A320 and after takeoff I engage the autopilot like I always did and it always worked, this time the autopilot isnt even following the flightpath, it turned to a random direction and is just flying straight. Anyone know how to fix it?

What sources do you use to get weather for your flight planning? You can tell the direction of crosswinds like that: go to outside view and center behind the aircraft. Hey guys i apologize if this one is too obvious but I had veery bad stutter issues which drove me crazy. I got a technician who fully cleaned my pc and changed thermo paste and the difference is just unbelievable. The sim that i was super frustrated at is now giving me joy every single day of running veery good visulas. so might be too obvious but clean up your pc by professional if it has been more then 6 months since you have done so.

Has anyone found a fix for the fact selecting a Custom Camera alternates between two views, the one you have programmed and another view. When I program a cockpit view to a joystick button that's the only one I want to appear each time I press the button.

Hi there, i am wandering if i can run ivao altitude on x plane and on msfs or can i only run it on one, i don't understand vatsim that much so if i could have ivao for both these sims at one that would be great

I really like the default C152 in MSFS, but these guys have made some great mods for it, updated just today. Hopefully they can combine forces in future. Note, the big tyre bush mod shows as a separate plane, whereas the JPL shows under the default, but this is no problem as it only enhances the default - nothing missing. Hello friends 😃 So I just hammered the credit card and got the Premium Deluxe on Steam. Just wanna share first impressions & observations and also give feedback as a user with a low-spec PC. Installation from Steam went flawlessly. First off (no surprise here) the visuals are amazing 😲 - and this is coming from someone who has a dislike for photo scenery. I still cant help notice Google imagery is better in some places I've been too but I know the Bing imagery will be updated.
