Ever since FS2024 was released I have been searching for an option to fully disable 2024's "native" ATC. Unfortunately I couldn't find this option and am now hoping that one (or more) of you gentlemen can shed some light on this issue.

My PC is an ASUS ROG Maximus XIII Extreme, i7 11700k CPU, 32GB DDR4, RTX380 GPU, 10GB. I have been trying to get the best possible placement of the image displayed on the Monitors to the left and right of the central monitor. I did not do a perfect, but a tolerable positioning, so that in sum I had the benefit of the immersion effect, and this with tolerable FPS between 30 and 35 FPS. Now, recently, I experimented with spanning the single windowed view over those 3 monitors. While loading MSFS 2024, the video stream saw the benefit of pursuing this single window approach. Does anyone have crazy micro stutters on Approach that were introduced with SU16? Its the terrain loading. I think SU16 messed with LOD's. I have the same settings as I did in Su15 and that version ran much better, though SU16 is much smoother but has more micro stutters on approach and landing. Asobo seems to ignore this problem and only focusing on 2024

Since SU2 in FS2024 I cannot find the keyboard button to access the passenger wingviews. Prior to SU2 when using the legacy 2020 keyboard profile I could click on the [Insert] button which would enter the drone camera and from there hit the [End] button to access these wingviews and others ([A] and [SHIFT][A] to cycle between them) Now the [End] button takes me back to the cockpit view again. Does anyone know what i am doing wrong or should change? Thanks

Has anybody downloaded this profile and used it. I had and it seemed working okay. Efis was working okay to Been away from simming for about 5 months, now I see some of the efis knobs for range and pdf view don't work. Not sure what changed. Even tried to go believe to his website www.captainsmollett.com and seems it gone. Just trying to keep my goflight hardwar still working.

Inspired by a post here about SU3, here's a list of things that should have been fixed by now with the release of SU3. These are four immersion killers which I don't think any 3rd party add-on can or will ever be able to fix. Posted March 2024 (before MSFS 2024 was released on Nov 19, 2024): 1. Dark lines on the water. To check for yourself take-off from KSFO, fly north to San Francisco and fly around the city. 2. Ground personnel walking through parked aircraft. 3. Non-functional windshield wipers. Toggle Windshield Effects in Settings, turn-on precipitation and launch the King Air 350. 4. No pilot-controlled lighting (PCL).

How does one permanently delete an old controller preset? I've used the delete option but next time I fly they are all back 🤔. Please help. This is in MSFS 2024.

I dont think i ever saw such behavior and censorship in the flight sim community, or any other community TBH, as in the official MSFS forums. I am considering deleting my account there.

I am playing around with settings. I am using Quest 3, Virtual Desktop, and the C172 G1000. For grins I am starting TLOD at 400. But I am getting all sorts of scenery popping, even close to where I am, not off in the distance. I certainly thought that with a TLOD of 400 I would not see that. Thoughts?

MSFS 2024 supposedly has better optimization compared to MSFS 2020. However, I'm getting poor graphic performance in MSFS 2024 (first picture) when compared to MSFS 2020 (2nd picture). Anyone else having issues with parking brakes turning on frequently during taxying? I checked all my control bindings, no conflicts but using the iFly MAX yesterday, it was impossible to taxi. Very strange.

I’m looking to upgrade my traffic and looking for something easy to install and doesn’t suffer much frame rate loss. So how is FS Traffic working now with its own injector, and what, if any, is the performance hit? If I pick this up, I’ll be looking to add BeyondATC in the not too distant furure as it looks as if these two work very well together. Appreciate any feedback.

Works great on the PMDG 737 MSFS2020. Can it be used on the PMDG 777 in MS 202O or do I have to buy another cdu for the triple7? Gnacino

So it seems like the overwhelming majority of the feedback I have read on SU3 has been positive. There are still people with issues with SU3, so it's not like MSFS 2024 works very well for everyone, but for most people, MSFS 2024 works quite well now. Basically, we are at the point right now, where MSFS 2024 Free Flight is stable enough for most people, and where 3rd party developers have had enough time to react and make changes to their products to make it compatible with MSFS 2024. At the release of MSFS 2024, a lot of 3rd party developers still hadn't had enough time to make their products compatible to MSFS 2024 - for example, Fenix did not have access to the SDK…

Hi All. I'm guessing it's just me but since applying SU3 I don't see any background airport service vehicles operating. I know some of the MS Options reset/changed in SU3, but I've been through them all and can't see anything obvious. Anyone got any thoughts please? Thanks

But I have seen when some pepole change the came view from cockpit to cabin, the sound change as well to cabin sound. Since nVidia smooth motion was released, I have tried to use it on my 4090 card coupled with Frame Generation, I noticed a noticeable improvement in stutter (and slightly higher FPS), but not fully eliminated at large airports, but the drew back was screen flickering all the time, very annoying. tried every possible combinations of V-Sync and other settings with no avail. Today I switched from nVidia FG to FSR3 (for testing), screen flickering gone, stutter was reduced, FPS was about 20-30% higher, and overall smoothness around large airports improved. I took a flight from EBBR (aerosoft) to EGLL (default) in Fenix 320, with BATC full traffic (AIG + FSLTL)…

I know this must be a simple thing but I am having the hardest time with it. I don't have any problem getting out of the plane. But I have the 3rd person option turned on and I can never find myself anywhere once outside the plane. I don't know where I am. I hit various keyboard keys to move around and the scene perspective changes but 1) I cannot find myself anywhere, and 2) I can't seem to do any of the walkaround stuff like the pitot cover and the chocks, etc. I seem to be near them but nothing works.
