Hi!, I can not fly the FlyBywire A320 neo with the default A320 neo control. In most cases the controls do not response when I click on them for example when I want altitude -decend or claim in a selected or managed mode it does not work -no response similarly when I want to use selected or managed mode for heading or air speed it does not work I have gone through the online MANUAL published by FlyBuwire Team I did not find anywhere about how to use the controls or actually how to fly it. If any body can tell me please how to control these particular actions CLAIM, DESCEND, AIRSPEED BY SELECTED OR MANAGED MODE in Autopilot Mode. Thanks.

I stumbled across this and it looks interesting. FSProjects.eu.. I was curious if anyone knew if this is an all in type solution or do you need to have the Warthog stick already and this goes with it. Anyone know?

How do you change the altitude requirements for each leg in the G1000 NXi?

I've noticed that as of the last release when I am at a higher altitude, the Bing or Google data graphics look great if I am looking straight down or right around the plane, but in the distance, it looks like FSX and then a block of scenery gets into the sim and it looks good close to the plane again. Is there a setting to stop this? It is almost like a scenery popup such as a building, but instead is terrain. My LOD is 200 if that makes a difference. Thanks

I tried to import a plan from Simbrief KLAX-PHNL today and it inserts the SID and STAR correctly, but drops all of the other waypoints over the Pacific. If I build the same route manually in the planner (which is a pain in itself) it works fine. Is there a trick to it?

The MS thread requesting FFB support has now past 200 votes. We do have XPForce but it has limited functionality due to a lack of in game support. Anyone using or thinking of using an FFB device (FFB2, Brunner, whatever) should vote if they have not already. https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/force-feedback-support/248760/39

Im currently trying xpforce for msfs, you can try it, it has a 10 minute demo.....it is supposed to automatically start msfs, but doesn't at present, so start xpforce, then msfs . Using a sidewinder ffb2 stick, the runway vibrations are there, and much greater control, and springback force helps a great deal....and the trim button is marvelous........try the free demo, and adjust settings to suit.....hope this helps.......

I can't tell you very much about this aircraft and (to my shame) I can't read much of the website the module is hosted on but it doesn't take very much to find the "ICI" link to download and there's an English readme file in the download file. The plane looks great inside and out and first impressions of flying are of an interesting and suitably challenging flight model (though obviously I can't speak to it's accuracy) http://restauravia.fr

After ignoring this feature for a long time, in their last Q&A they asked for some feedback regarding the use of historic weather. You can participate and vote here: https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/why-is-historic-weather-important/405140 It has been requested several times before. So to repeat and sum up, why is historic weather important: - It has been a familiar feature in other sims (provided for example by Active Sky) for ages. I used it all the time and considered it a matter of course in a flightsim. It's a shame that the current state of the art flight simulator lacks this feature. - Historic weather offers an…

I had read that each of the 10 Jets were modelled from real world Reno Racers and the final design was approved by each owner. What I missed was just how much the interior buildout/panel/avionics varies among the group. Some are equipped to very high standards, others so so and some very minimal. There is almost no specific information available about model numbers, but most seem to be the popular L-39C model. Same for the exact engine - I'm sure some have the American upgrades to Williams' engines along with the western gauges and avionics. I'm guessing that Microsoft/Asobo cut a deal with Lotus and got the better end of it. It would be great if we could find s…

I have been pottering around Europe for the last couple of weeks in my little Piper and today it was time for my return to Britain and one of the longest legs of the trip. Shortly after departing Cologne/Bonn and destined for the famous White Cliffs and Biggin Hill I encountered the work of a drunkered. I say drunkered because a gallon of schnapps can be the only explanation for such a wreckless proposal. My German is not great but that looks like a mariage proposal to me. I'm sure the fellow had quite the hangover. I wonder what the story is here? Who are they asking and what are they doing in the sky? Do they have any idea that old nerds like me are flying ove…

Hello! Brand new to Microsoft Flight Simulator. I just installed the game and honestly it is unplayable. Clicking on items in the menu screen takes forever and when I finally get through and into a flight the game is insanely choppy and not responsive. It seems like the FPS is really slow - commands to bring up menus take forever. I keep going into settings and lowering detail to low and changing resolution but nothing seems to help. Any suggestions? I am running it on a newer PC - AMD Ryzen 7 5800x 8 Core 3.80 GHZ, 32 GB Memory, with a 3080TI video card and a Samsung G9 Ultrawide Monitor. the game is literally unplayable so something is not right. I have updated…

I've struggled with MSFS - especially getting my Saitek Yoke and throttles set up the way I want. For example, I have always used the hat switch to move my viewpoint around the cockpit and outside views of my aircraft. I can't find an appropriate function in the MSFS controller setup, and was wondering if FSUIPC is a better way to go? Are there any tutorials on how to use it? Thanks in advance

So apparently, getting free look in the cockpit to function as I want it, is the proving difficult. - Pre-SU6 (I think it was?) I was using middle-click on the mouse. One click, I was in free look, could zoom, do what I needed and then mid-click to use my POV axis again. I used Mouse 4 + Mouse Wheel to zoom, so I didn't accidentally zoom when turning dials with mouse wheel. Worked great. - Post-SU6 they did something, so every time you went out of free-look, it would unzoom. So if I zoomed in on the FMS to type something in and mid-clicked to get my mouse cursor, it would just zoom back out. I decided to use hold right-click to look around, that worked. -…

I just attempted a flight with the 208B for the first time after SU7 - I am unable to apply reverse thrust anymore (both a modded version and unmodded). I reset the bindings to my throttle controls and still no reverse thrust. The same control settings are still functioning properly for other aircraft, but I cannot get the C208B prop to reverse with any setting. Is anyone else experiencing this or is there a new control procedure now necessary?
