I know there are similar threads on the forum on the king air, but wanted a dedicated discussion on king air feathering, post SU8.. I'm not able to get the props to feather on the ground after engine shut down.. I'm not using my bravo for this.. deleted my bravo prop controls and just trying to do with mouse.. i see the levers go in the feather region but physically the props are not feathering on the ground.. They do feather perfectly during flight, but never on the ground.. when i load cold and dark, they are feathered.. but once i touch that prop lever, it unfeathers and never ever goes back to feathering no matter what you do,.. this is not the case with C2…

Hi folks. As far as I can tell, I installed and set up AIG the correct way. I downloaded and installed something around 1250 flightplans. I installed the AIG Traffic Controller software as well. I believe I pointed everything correctly to the library. However, when I set up a flight and go to the traffic controller and inject, I don't see much happening. I don't see any additional planes appearing, I don't see any plane movement on the ground. No taxiing, no planes taking off or landing. I have reviewed the instructions for installation and operation and I don't see anything that I am doing wrong. Can I get some advice from some of you AIG users on w…

Think its quite good, you need to read the instructions or the engines will die on you, fs2002-fs2004 visual external quality, but, the sound is ok, it has a decent cockpit. Hello all! I have a 144hz Asus Monitor and my FPS are locked to 45 and stable but for some reason when I pan around there seems to be like a lag or tear. It's a bit hard to describe but its a bit weird when I pan around. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for the help!

Anyone know of a place that sells laminated checklists for the various aircraft we fly in MSFS? I'd really like to find one for the TBM 930. I was able to download a few pdfs, and also the actual POH, so I guess I could DIY something, but was curious.

I was making a video a couple of days ago. When I tried to add more video I noticed the plane was accelerating uncontrollably, It would not slow down, instead it was taxiing all over the field. I also noticed all instrument displays were showing up on all four corners of my screen. I was able to remove them, but I had my doubts if I did it correctly, so I decided to record an approach into Maui airport (PHOG) and more unusual displays showed up. This is the video: Is there a way to remove them? what are the right steps? By chance, is there a RESET button? Thanks to all the experts out there who may know of some great tricks!

The Extremity Dead Zone slider will not hold for any axis in any profile. You can set the slider and yes it will take effect immediately and correctly, but switch to another profile and then back and you will find that the slider will be reset to 0 and there will no longer be a dead zone on the two extremities of that controller's axis. This issue was not present before, the settings would all hold before. An Asobo update broke that which used to work perfectly. Therefore I am using Lorby Axis and Ohs now to govern the Axis now. Hi does anyone know how to get the fuel on the Logitude to balence out automatically? I get a fuel imbalance warning on the display. The dial has left, tranfer off , right

So this has been driving me batty all night. When I bring back my throttles to the idle detent on the bravo, I am in full reverse. I have calibrated with the EFB but it does not use the detent as idle. In the EFB it doesn't show any throttle travel at all from full reverse back to the detent. It only show travel after the detent to their preconfigured idle. I have set all the detents in the EFB but not having the physical idle detent that I can feel before throwing it in reverse just doesn/t feel right. What am I missing? Thank you all in advance for the advice.

I’m looking at getting an Xbox controller to control the drone camera, looking on Amazon they have aftermarket controllers (not an Xbox labelled controller, but looks exactly the same) does anyone have an aftermarket controller? and does it work properly (there are some decent cost savings by going this route)

hi all, I got a new 3080 via a friend the day before yesterday. I tried it yesterday and noticed some stuttering every 5 seconds or so, Even on my old well performing settings. But, even after the SU8 update. it still exists, even on the lowest settings, with all add-ons disabled, rolling cache removed. Any tips? cheers victor

So, Im new, not new to flight sims, I go back as far as the dos version of Dam Busters. I started back flying on MSFS back about two weeks ago after about 10 plus year break. Flying the supercub at first getting to know the program and what not. Now to the question. Last night, I took the TMB930 out for a GPS flight. I set the flight plan in the main map screen, got the plane fired up and put in way-points into the little screen below the MDF. Not a problem. Took off and a way we went. New PC. How to install the sim? Both Windows store and Xbox app say MSFS is installed but it is not. There are a few files on my disk drive like the root folder etc. The blue bar on the windows store basically froze and didn't move at all. I've tried logging out of xbox and windows store app as well. Going to try to "uninstall" it reboot and install again... Is anyone prepared to undertake the Take Off Challenge? The task is to take off from Runway 16 at HEAJ in any plane (not helicopter) of your choice. It’s a wide, tarmac runway, not some little dirt-track jobbie. If anyone manages to get airborne, and clear of the airport, I’d love to know what plane you chose, and how you managed it. PS: Dialling the headwind right up would be cheating.

I noticed from a tutorial on the G530 on Youtube that they showed airfield information missing on the waypoint pages section among other things lacking in the GPS pages.Has Asobo said when they'll add this feature to the sim and fix it.

Greetings all, So while perusing the marketplace in MSFS, I stumbled upon a new KSLC scenery package from none other than "gulp", Bredock3D.....at first I was excited that maybe someone took a crack at a new SLC scenery with our brand new (well, ok it's a year old now) Terminal, concourses, taxiways, etc., and maybe even the continued construction area....but no, it's just a update to the original blds...and some new markings, bridges.....sigh......some of the screenshots look ok, but, so sad it wasn't the shiny new airport. It is my observation that in SU8 it takes MSFS at least 5 minutes to settle on the weather. The clouds may give you the impression the real time weather is injected, but the air pressure takes a lot longer. When pressing 'b' to update the pressure it takes 5 minutes or longer in my case. Not sure about the winds, but I suspect the reading for the correct wind also takes that time. Which, when using ai traffic, means that the initially spawn ai traffic will taxi to the wrong runways. The same goes for arriving traffic. This is when using the FBW A320. So my advice is to set up all for departure first and then inject ai traffic only after you have ascertained that…

Hey all Anyone finding the click spots a little finicky in SU8? It’s the same in the FBW and CJ4, where the button isn’t “clickable” despite my mouse being directly overhead. Generally moving my view slightly with the arrow keys solves the problem. Cheers

It seems like we’re heading quickly toward a number of airline releases in the next while…maybe even “soon”. What do you figure the odds on favourite to be first is? In my mind the players are Fenix A320, PMDG 737, Leonardo MD-80, Just Flight BAe-146, and maybe as a sleeper pick the Inibuilds A310 (they said last month was going to be a very good month but clearly that hasn’t come to fruition yet). My money at this point is on the Maddog or BAe-146 being the next airliner release, based on both being streamed and Just Flight saying they see an April release as being very doable and the Maddog NDA being lifted.
