Hello sim pilots Here is what happened to me after ~ 2 hours flight, in reason I chose to fly across the north pole (no terrain at all) just to test how msfs su9 works after mid stress the CPU and GPU, so I started the flight with 146 professional, and the FPS was around 50 to 60 then the FPS begins to decrease. after 2 hours reached approximately 28 FPS(GPU temp under 70) (CPU temp under 60) after a while, FPS drop to 22 (GPU temp under 70) (CPU temp under 60). So every 15 minutes or so my passengers scream and I look up to see my altitude and speed way off from where it was moments ago. I don't remember this happening last time I did a real flight, a few months back, so I'm assuming it's a new thing that has to do with the new METAR system. Has anyone found a workaround? Are people flying with a weather preset now, and if so, do presets use the ASOBO dynamic weather engine where conditions realistically evolve over time? Are people using REX, and if so, does it have weather smoothing so you don't lose 40 knots in 2 seconds when the METAR updates? Just trying to figure out how you guys are getting around this issue. I downloaded the DC-6 from PMDG about six months ago, enjoy it tremendously and, like most others, I have experienced the typical GPS "coupling issues" with the AP. I've used the various workarounds until something more permanent is available. A few days ago, I took the ac out for the first time since SU9. Haven't noticed any issues reported like, loss of oil pressure, engines rolling back... nothing. bird handles normally. I went to load a FP in and wanted to "follow the magenta line"., but lo and behold, I can get no display on the GNS430. I purchased this for MSFS. It downloaded into my Community folder, and shows as installed in Content Manager. The jetway texture is there, but there is no drop down menu from the top, and zero documentation on how to use this add-on. Does anyone have this in MSFS? Would appreciate any info.

Hello: For some reason when landing I get multiple altitude callouts upon landing. in other words it will say 500 (twice), 400 (twice), and so on. I don't have any other addon running except PACX but that doesn't seem to provide altitude call outs so I don't think that is the issue. Is there something I can disable in either the FBW or MSFS to eliminate this? Thanks, Dave

I've got a very nasty problem with the Honeycomb Bravo Quadrant: Autopilot is forced on in all aircraft equipped with the KAP140. It's impossible to turn it off. Happens with the default C172, Milviz Porter, Milviz C310 and probably others. With the C310, I can pull the AP circuit breaker, but that's not a smart solution. I've searched a fix on various forums to no avail. Any idea? Thx!

Hey Guys. I (like most) prefer the handcrafted KATL over the Imaginsim version. One thing that was overlooked however was the terminal color. All of ATL's terminals are now the new black/gray look. However in the handcrafted airport a few of the concourses still have the old red/orange exterior. Do they every go back and update these things? Not complaining just curious. I realize they probably have bigger fish to fry.

Hi all, I am generally experiencing great performance with frames usually in the 40-60 region (FBWA320) however most of the time get several instances during cruise where the sim will almost seize up with stutters for about 20 seconds and then somehow recover and continue like nothing happened. Tonight the plane went into a wild barrell roll in one of these "seizures" but again it recovered perfectly and on I went. It's very odd really, just wondering if anyone else out there is having this issue. In the old days it was weather "re-loading" that usually did this but this time I'm not so sure about that. For an unknown reason the globe cannot now be rotated and/or zoomed by the mouse for selection of the departure and destination entries. Not sure what is causing this. Has been working before. Anyone have any ideas. Thanks.

Anyone using the H145 helo with TDS GTNxi? I'm on the fence with this thing - on one hand it's pretty fast for a helo and it looks very detailed in the cockpit. It's also pretty steep of a price - but I also know very little about it. And most importantly - how well is it integrated with the GTN xi from TDS? Also is there an autopilot or hover hold of sorts? For context I really enjoy the freeware R44 helicopter - it's so beautifully done - using Airland FS as well. Does AFS work with the 145? Thanks for opinions! I wouldn't mind a pic or two as well of the cockpit with TDS GTNs.

One has to ask the question I suppose. So I have seen some review on YouTube and both aircraft looks very nice indeed. They are more or less in the same price category and type of aircraft. For those of you that own both is there a one you prefer over the other and if so why ? Appreciate your though as I’m not sure I will buy both (or at least not just now)

I am new to sim world. work as pilot flying corporate jet. Bought a comp to use MSFS 2020 have briefly used it and get around ok. My father a retired MD80 pilot and got the Leanardo Maddog from sim market downloaded like the said to. Just keep running into some application error. does anyone know of any tutorials on adding a plane to 2020 the comp i have has windows 10 and only program is MSFS 2020 just down loaded 2020 and thats all I have done thanks in advance for any thoughts

Hi. I have the msfs installed ( I think so...) In two differents pc's (houses). Months ago I was be able to run msfs in my second location but only once. I try several times to do It but It is impossible. The last error show me is 0×8007001f. When I try to run It show me the following dialog: can not open this application. storage device may be missing or disconnected. I am going to try to upload a image. What is the wrigt way to run msfs in differents locations. Thanks.

Saw this video on overkill's YouTube channel, basically advocating installing a stripped down version of the Nvidia drivers, leaving out anything unnecessary for MSFS, to boost performance.
