Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020/2024)

Hi, I'm considering purchasing the Brunner Yoke (Not sure which one) and possibly the rudder pedals for MSFS 2020. I can't seem to find much information on how well they work (probably because they are so expensive, very few users have them). If anyone has them and are using them in the sim, are there any features that aren't working (i.e. yoke moves when aircraft is climbing/turning on A/P, realistic trimming (no pressure on yoke), wind/turbulence feel? I sold my CH Yoke/pedals a couple of months ago and have been waiting for MSFS 2020 to mature somewhat before buying it along with new flight controls. Hello, I really love flying out of KXTA/Area 51 especially at night, but in the sim the airport doesn't have any lights. So is there a mod that will add the lights to this airport? I remember seeing something that adds lights to a bunch of airport but forgot what it was called. Thanks

I fly a lot in West Virginia. There are no beacons at the airports KHTS and KCRW. Also, there are several buildings missing at KHTS. How do I get this to the attention of the programmers?

Anyone know a good source for FSRealistic Profiles? I am on my 14 day trial and I am enjoying the camera effects. However, taking off and landing in the C172 all the take off roll sounds seemed more like a jetliner than a single engine. Curious what other sounds or shakes might be of value and which effects don't below in certain types of planes. Also, anyone using it in VR? I would imagine some movements would be okay but others might create problems. I did notice it's in BETA for VR.

After I updated to SU9 I’ve noticed that I’ve lost around 5/6 FPS when on the ground. I run my monitor locked at 30FPS/30Hz, nothing in community folder during update, I don’t run cache and system specs in signature. Prior to SU9 I can fly into Imaginesim Atlanta, FT Boston and my system would hold 30 FPS. Now while on ground I’m seeing 24-29 FPS. Settings are the same. Flight : FBW A320 KBOS to KATL Vatsim, min traffic online.

Hello, Opened MSFS a few times this evening and upon every open, I'm directed to the 'accessibility / controls / graphics' etc routine. I don't want to lose all my current settings so I get scared and just hit alt+f4. How do I stop this loop and just open MSFS as per a few days ago? The only difference I've recently made is that I've been dabbling with VR mode. I may have left MSFS in VR mode on the last exit, however, on the current loads it's just in normal mode. I have a question regarding the trees in MSFS 2020. I notice in a lot of different places that there are trees in places where I know they shouldn't be, such as in the middle of the highway just outside of LAX. Also I have found that in other area's if I go low to check out the scenery I see the same thing, then when I pop up the 5-6000 feet they go away. I gather this is the photogrammetry but when I look it my setting it shows the cache as empty so I not sure if it's even working. ...as of this morning. Freelock (Right-Mouse Hold) no longer functions, so I'm unable to move my view freely for control or monitoring. To make matters worse, all Cockpit and External cameras are now slowly drifting down (providing views that slowly drift up). Has anybody who has this scenery from Gaya via Orbx had any luck with the hole in the ground at runway 23 ? It's a mess. On the Orbx forum after doing a search, it was mentioned by Dev from Gaya that they will fix it, but that was after SU5. The links to Gaya support no longer work, but that may have changed. Anybody had any luck fixing this issue ? it is unusable in its current state.

Hi, I'm coming from P3D using complex add-ons used mostly for airliner experience. I've listed some addons which I would define as a must have in order to get the experience in MSFS as well. FSRealistic - reminds me of Accufeel back in P3D days but was less suitable for big jets. Is this recommended for MSFS?
