Great news, and how SteamVR PC app can improve in performance-compatibility etc. in the near future, and put it inside SteamOS, and the new SteamVR HMDs or others etc. Happy that Steam take care and improves the PCVR. Edit: Hope this is for SteamVR PC app also haha, there are rumours that the Steam Frame is standalone and without Display Port USB-C, and I am not interested in powerful wifis microwaves, thanks.

If you have the chance for to have a new fresh W10 with still updates in other OS partition only for MSFSs VR or games e.g., the G2 will thanks to you, WMR better noticeably than Oasis still.

The absolute disadvantage is that you can´t share them between Steam FS24 or MS FS24 in the future, nothing like external shops deals for me, and more fair in payments always.

And with the "new" update from some days, the online model is a complete disaster like before and the recorded video that I did, sad, and they touched some LODs (regarding changelog) but not those related to their online aircrafts. The borders of my both 24'-27' monitors irritate me more haha, and 25º of FOV hahaha, and 80%? people flight in them, yes I know, crazy More seriously, my opinion, not better or worse, if had to choose between clarity-smoothness vs FOV, clearly the first 100%, I will reduce the FOV in nowadays HMDs for gain smoothness-clarity than the other way around.

Have you got or someone VR to test SteamVR?, Monado and other Linux software can make run even the depreciated WMR HMDs. I just read a pair of days ago that Nvidia is planning to support more also Linux or so, even maybe with their own Linux OS, for the SteamOS success and based also in SteamOS I understood. And I just installed also a fresh W10 in other partition for FS24-20/games, I have some months still of Microsoft support, but I am watching to SteamOS in PC since years ago.

What about the built-in speakers?, or an upgrade to sell from Pimax?

Anyway, testing yesterday and already with the 25H2 and Oasis, the best for me in smooth..., is Nvidia Smooth Motion off and only the OpenXR Toolkit with foveated in wide-quality still. Maybe in a future Smooth Motion and FS24 foveated improves, I hope.

Yes, it is working with the Nvidia App, though in my case it works bad with fps limiters, and FS24 (OpenXR toolkit also I think) foveated methods, and the FS24 foveated isn´t well implemented still for its CPU charge and I didn´t use it anyway, compared to the Toolkik one. Smooth Motion has more or less the same performance or a bit more, in feelings haha, like with toolkit and foveated wide/quality settings, and stutters from time to time in the same way, though the Nvidia App performance overlay says ~100fps, I usually flown already at 60fps so 100 it is less noticeable the difference sure.

Is it recommended to delete rollingcache before or after city update?

Is this working with WMR, HP G2, W11 23H2?, I tried in NvidiaInspector and smooth motion setting in on, and HAGS off/on, and nothing, I didn,t note a difference. I am with a 50XX card and a X3D CPU, and last Nvidia Driver, and DLSS 4.5 in Quality, without Nvidia App installed, and not fps limiters.

With the default MS/Asobo online model selecting simplified for online matching models, it is ok, and the front gear missing I think is a fault from MS like in other default generic online model from them. Anyway I recommend really this aircraft despite this online planes haha that they will solve sure if they know that problem in the future, and in VR is a "wou", I don´t remember that superlative "wou" in FS20, maybe a notch down level "wou". Though I love on-flight spotting and I watch first this problems haha.
