Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020/2024)

In general I'm very pleased with Seasons BUT. I frquently use Orbx Stapleford EGSG and Orbx have made a pretty good rendition. Part of the airport in real life there is a row of half a dozen cypress trees. In fact they are something of a feature that you spot from the air. Orbx did their best by putting fir trees there. At least they were tall ans 'thinish' Bijan saw fit to remove them and replace them with these.. My beef is, how do you get to replace other people's work? Pity.

Have the Fenix A320. My mouse is not letting me Pull or Push the knobs on the Glare shield. Does anyone know what the mouse settings I need to assign for this? Thank You Walt

The FV Trim wheel pro is set up as an axis (-16383 to 16383 range) with a small knob to adjust the trim sensitivity. For hand flying, this works really well- however I have noticed that after disconnecting the autopilot, even a slight touch to the trim wheel causes an unusual attitude pitched up or down... I thought that setting the axis in MSFS 2020 to X+ as trim up, and X- as trim down would work (basically axis as a button)... But it causes runaway trim in the direction I turn it. I do have Axes and Ohs as well as FSUIPC- and I'm sure there's a way to turn an axis into a buton press/event send...just trying to figure out how.

Wondering if anyone has any experience with IniScene Airports? I see that they have released KSAT in San Antonio Texas (my home). Screen shots look exceptional on their website. Would love to purchase it, and it seems very reasonably priced. Details include interior modeling. I am concerned about how their sceneries affect performance. Thoughts? Thanks!

I got it right the 1st time, but not subsequently. Setting up a STARS ILS flight via the FMC, I then set a Top of Climb Altitude in the AP that matches the FMC ALT, & check the FMC Legs for discontinuity & so on, & that the Waypoint altitudes are reasonable. Save the flight & Execute Flight Plan ok in the FMC. Take off & go on to the AP, running VNAV, LNAV. The 600 climbs to TOC ok, but further into the flight, when it is passing waypoints where it should be losing altitude as part of the descent process, it holds TOC altitude. I am trying to figure out if I have missed a step in the FMC as regards triggering the descent from TOC? …

Doing the japan tour, and with like 20 nm left b4 touch down, my right mouse click starts acting weird. It zooms instead of enabling me to pan. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hello All, A couple days ago, after finishing a flight, I tried to load another flight but the loading screen hung at around 75%. No matter what I did, I could not load a flight. I eventually went to the options page and switched to offline and I was able to load flights, but I am missing the features of on-line flights. Does anyone have any advice? I can surf the internet fine on the computer, so I know I am connected. I tried turning off different online features but still could only load a flight if I switched the Data mode to offline. Any help would be appreciated! -Jody Pombrio

I’m in the mood to try something new and would like to try to fly the 737-600 into the old kai tak airport. Can anyone recommend a Kai tak scenery, as I’m extremely unfamiliar with this area of the world, can someone also recommend where I should depart from (looking for something within an hour ish. After reinstalling SU9 after SU10 Beta I got, after restarting the sim some times, an empty Profile and Options Menu. To the left of my screen I see a tiny part of the pictures of the Profile Page. Does anyone know how to get it back?

Just looking at Content Manager Is list World Updates VI (Germany,Austria..) I know there are a few more tat have been release? What do I do to get them Also I see a bunch of contents that have FS logo says by Asobo Studio. Is that standard?

Using the Bravo TQ. No matter what slot the #1 throttle and mixture are in, they jump back to cutoff (not together). Even on a 2 engine jet with the #1 throttle in the second slot (speed brake in slot#1) same thing happens. The prop levers never do that nor do the #2 throttle and mixture. In the controls option page the white bars are solid and steady. In other words the slots in the tq seem to be ok - just the #1 throttle and #1 mixture selection. I'm in the beta mode now but due to not much flying prior to beta I can't be sure if the problem existed or not but I don't think so. Any ideas? Thanks. Jim

However, after saying that I am getting more and more frustrated at the size and the method of theses updates. This is my quick story... For various reasons I had not touched my Sim for about a long while. Hi, After updating my Nvidia drivers noticied that when panning fast, inside or outside view, MSFS hangs, the image is freezed, rest of the system is responding fine. When looking at event viewer, Win10 says that: "The nvlddmkm display driver stopped responding and has successfully recovered." I tried to revert to the old version, I did a clean driver uninstall from DDU driver uninstaller, I did a stress test to my GTX 1080 without failures. It seems related to a driver issue, but I can't revert back to the normal behavior. Now my nvidia driver is at 512.59. Any thoughts?
