Hi guys Unless I've not searched hard enough there seems to be a distinct lack of GA Airfields in the North of England, I'm talking from Manchester upwards. The only decent one I have is EGCB (Barton), beyond that I've got the usual Manchester/Liverpool/Newcastle/Teeside but these aren't GA. Whilst I'm thinking I don't seem to see many for Scotland either, with its beautiful terrain this is a shame (although I do have a number of them in Shetland Isles) so I'm talking mainland Scotland. Recommendations?? Cheers

With the release of my KONT , I'd like to figure out a new U.S. airport do to along with my main project KPBI while it's in production. Preferably not one that's not being worked on already, or has a subpar counterpart. A lot of stuff has released within in the year, so I'd figured "wants" have changed compared to a year ago. I'm willing to take anything from KALB/DSM size, to regional airports (CRJ, ERJ, some 320/737s), to some cool GA airports. I was considering GEG & DSM, however both are undergoing terminal expansions. Currently what's known in development by other devs: KJAX - Fly2High KMDT - Sierrasim Let me know what'd you guys like me to do ;)

Hello, I really like the flight reports of A Pilots Life, but at hoping to find something a little less prescriptive where I can dictate the ac type, airline, route and get a report at the end. Going to try My MS Flights in a bit… Any other recommendations? Thanks!

Can someone explain the benefit or value of using sim brief vs the world map flight planner? I’ve been using the world map for all my IFR flights… I usually pick a parking spot on both ends and let ATC assign me a runway for departure and a runway and approach on arrival, and the world map provides all the way points in between. What am I missing? Thanks.

Is there a way to enable Live Weather as a default, so that it is turned on automatically at the beginning of every flight? (New to MSFS, thanks.)

Others may have different experiences, but for me, the best part is not having to look at the "XBox has landed" message every time I start MSFS 🙂

hi there, Using TrackIR with the new Comanche and having trouble tuning in the radials and GPS and so forth. Is there a way to do this with a keyboard command. There must be. how else would people using VR do it. Thank for any and all hope. Hopefully this is not something that should be obvious. Ron

I am not sure if it’s me or the settings of my pedals, but I find it quite difficult to stay centered on the runway during take-off. I have to keep correcting the rudder pedals continuously and sooner or later I overcorrect, and I start some kind of zigzagging along the runway. I have tried to play a bit with the sensibility curve, but I haven’t found yet a good result. I would like to ask to someone that does not have this problem to share the pedals settings. Thank you. Genuine question. I'm now 45 minutes in to trying to convince the Navigraph Hub that I have a subscription after SSO kicked me out. I've restarted it several times, restarted my computer, killed the process, etc., and I'm just rewarded with a blank blue screen. SSO kicked me out of Simlink the other day - I haven't gone through the 5 minute tedium of click click click and then restart the program a few times yet. Still haven't figured out how to remind it P3D is no longer installed, because while it knows P3D v5 is gone, it's still looking for P3D v1. Simlink is easily the most annoying of all of the programs. Charts kicks me out seemingly completely at random. …

I Make these for myself but I am happy to share. This is taken from my old FSL Walk through. But this is all Colour coded for the Fenix EFB and also Colour coded for all your MCDU work. A lot of changers also to hopfully make this easy to follow and use. If you want to bring out the best in the aircraft I hope this helps you. If new to a A320 or like me, you know it well. Well i know we have had this one up before but it does make a differents manually changing LOD Terrain from 100 to 300 at FL150 or greater. FPS wise it is still great above with crisper terrain. The catch is i seems to have issues with changing things in the menu on some aircrafts . The PMDG 737 does not get upset going to the ESC menu. Its the dynamic functional of LOD Terrain we need :-) Thanks Michael Moe (SU9)

So I took the plunge and bought the Fenix A320. I have the Thrustmaster Airbus sidestick and thrust levers (no flap or spoilers...yet!). MSFS can see the levers and they are assigned to the Throttle 1 (Joystick L-Axis Y) and Throttle 2 (Joystick L-Axis X axis.) Howewver once I'm in the A320, moving the actuak thrust levers does not move them in the flight deck and if I go in the MCDU to calibrate them it can't see the movement. Can anyone help? Thanks

All, This is probably a "me" problem rather than a "Fenix A320" problem. (I've had same issue with V1 and recent upgrade to V2). I run through the checklists, import flight plan from SimBrief, load aircraft via EFB, set performance as per EFB etc.. On take off, using TOGA, I am unable to keep the nose down despite full forward stick resulting in tailstrike and scenario closure. Initially, I thought it was because I was overloading the aircraft beyond MTOW but this is even happening on short flights. All controls are calibrate and working fine. Any clues what I doing wrong ? I'm currently experiencing white flashes over the screen, as can be seen in these two videos: https://imgur.com/a/P0UPa8e I've changed two things over the weekend: - updated Fenix A320 - updated to latest NVIDIA drivers However, I noticed that this only happens while FSLTL is running. When I stop the programme, the flashes go away. When running FSLTL it seems to happen much more on the ground than in the air (I'm assuming because of the proximity of FSLTL traffic). Any idea on how I can stop this? B

I searched for the solution for my error i using it, but when starting a flight on the runway with the aircraft running (comanche, Piper arrow, JPS C152), the GPS is active. If I start the plane at parking spot, and need to start up, the GTN starts with VLOC1 and I cannot switch it to GPS. It flashes from VLOC1 to GPS and back on VLCO1. My community folder is empty now except for the pms and comanche. Thank you. I am using the free version.

Hey, So I've been eyeing (pun intended) the Tobii Eye Tracker for quite some time but I'm having a hard time making up my mind. I do currently own a Track IR 5 set that I bought many years ago, that has seen sporadic use. I think the biggest drawback of Track IR for me is having to wear something, especially that TrackClip Pro with an extra wire I find highly annoying for every day use. But the thing is reliable, accurate and works as intended. I If i recall there was a new installation where MSFS (The store version) does not lock or protect the installation directory ? I deleted an engine effects file from my AIG installation and the recycle bin will not put the file back telling me i need permission. Added to the frustration of the present beta and the need to uninstall and reinstall PMDG's products due to their botched update and my original "Hybrid Installation" of installing on the C drive then used the move option to D i think i want to cut my losses and start over. Can someone please refresh my memory of how to leave the beta properly and how to use the new installation process where it does not…
