have the 700 and 800. love flying them as they are what you expect from PMDG. After the tablet arrived I thought after the great wait, they would not only fix breakfast, but also walk my dog,but I digress.... the mystery is, after I downloaded the update for both planes the tablet was installed and operating as advertised , now dont show up in either model. Have deleted and re installed but no luck..any one else see this or am I the lucky one? Any clue to find them would be great.

Hi there, Immerse yourself with advanced navigational capabilities as we introduce vertical navigation to Stable Version 0.11.0 of the A32NX. We have refined various crucial flight instruments, bolstered the FMS with comprehensive updates, and introduced new realistic simulations of systems involving cross bleed engine starts and air conditioning. We're also excited to introduce updates to the flyPadOS with more reliable weather data from NOAA, new functionality, and cosmetic upgrades. Please read before flying: https://docs.flybywiresim.com/latest-release/ Note: Throttle calibration is now required. Guide: https://docs.flybywiresim.com/t…

I am trying to launch MSFS for the first time since late July approximately. Upon launch, I get an error message saying "Check Your Account. MSFS Not currently available in your account. Make sure you are signed in. 0x803F8001". I checked the MS Store and I was signed in. Anyone know what this is or how to fix it? This has never happened before.

I have been running MSFS for just about a year and performance (smoothness of motion) has been quite good with most sliders all the way or almost all the way to the right. The one area where I have some challenges is when I am landing at an airport where the scenery on both the left and right sides of the airport has a high density of trees (KHPN RWY 16 is an example). I have moved the slider for GRAPHICS options TREES and GRASSES AND BUSHES a couple of notches to the left, I see an improvement but I am not there yet. I don't have this problem when landing on islands or in airports near urban areas with a high density of buildings. Other than the two settings abo…

Ok, hear me out... Speaking strictly about he Microsoft Flight Sim saga (yes P3D, that includes you too), the freeware community was nowhere near as active. Yes, there were AI traffic liveries, plane liveries, POSKY, and some sceneries, but they were mostly from reputable developers (Orbx). I can't think of a single freeware project that aimed to create such high fidelity planes. And when we got a freeware item, there were very few updates, if any at all. This has been so incredible for the flight sim community, and has allowed folks from all walks of life to dip their toes into experiencing flight...BUT... It feels like we've been trapped in Beta world when it …

I don't know what's happened in the last few days but MSFS is now a major stutter-fest, especially on takeoff and landing. My system is an older one and I've always been careful not to push it too far. Over the last few years FS has actually run well on it. In fact, I didn't have any issues until the last few days. In cruise I'm now running at around 19-20 fps (over farm land). On take-off and approach she's dropping to 14-17 fps and even freezing, making it basically uncontrollable. This is especially surprising since I've flown into heavy areas such as NYC under storm conditions and still maintained a solid 30 fps and the sim was smooth. Testing on my system …

Hello every one I am thinking of making a G3X stand alone device (3d printed) with a touchscreen behind. Working title team has created a nice mod i recommend to everybody. Now the big question (before i sepend some money in a touchscreen) here is, has anyone tryied to use a touch screen with the G3X or any other touch screen based GPS or avionics system?, is it working with MSFS2020? I am a taliking about a simple screen connected to the graphics card running as an additional screen, not an ipad or tablet connected via "SPACEDESK" (recommended software by the way) expecting your comments and experiences kind regards Enrique

Still trying to create a full overhead view. When i start zooming, or scrolling with the mouse to get the lower and EFIS view the screen rolls over and I can never lock in on the view I want. Trying to set a view number that will show the lower panel all the way up to the EFIS knobs. Anyone have luck with that yet? And if you did, How? Thanks Walt

Question.... I have been on about a 3 month hiatus waiting to get my Throttletek flight box repaired. I should be receiving it today so I am looking forward to getting back into the sim. My question is, what is the application/website that you can log into to keep track of all your flights (to/from, landing rates, most flown routes, etc.)? I thought I had it saved as a favorite or as a desktop app but apparently i didn't and I can't remember the name of it. Thanks!

"Microsoft is seeking a Pilot to join the team and provide guidance to create the industry's most realistic flight simulator." Jorg is out for that blood lol.

Hey all, I recently reinstalled MSFS after a 7 month break. I've found that the map screen will do anything to reset my starting point to a runway, even when I've set it to a gate. So it goes something like this; I set the starting point as a gate. I change weather or flight plan or the aircraft and when I return to the main map, it's set back to a runway start. It's driving me nuts! I have to keep checking at every stage to make sure that it stays on the gate start. I think (but can't be sure) that it's even put me on the runway a couple of times, when the map page said a gate start, right before I pressed "Fly". Is anyone else seeing this? Is there …

I posted about this a while back and at that time apparently it wasn't thought to be possible. And yet for me, every once in a while it DOES stay resized despite restarting MSFS after a reboot. I can't tell if it's something I've done, or not. The catch is if I touch/resize it again, it goes back to full size next restart. Typically I will just change the height of the window, but yesterday I moved it's width very slightly shorter, and this morning voila, it stayed resized. Any new insights on this? I don't want to touch it again because I think it will stay the ideal size it is now and am reluctant to lose that in case yesterday's maneuver actually was respon…

Hi, when I try to import my FP from Simbrief I get a' Simbrief Error' or ' No FP Loaded'. I have my correct ID and a generated FP. I can import the FP via the FMC ok. Could it be due to my AIRAC cycle being out of date? Do I need to subscribe to Navigraph? Hope someone can advise me of a possible solution. Baz

Seems there is a new build of this fantastic tool out that boasts "AI separation". Has anyone played around with this and seen the results? And does it react to the user aircraft? I've lost track of the amount of times I have had an aircraft cut in front of me or overtake me on final. It's 2023 and I really hope we don't have to wait until Beyond ATC to stop this from happening. So does the separation apply to our AC as well?

Today's update is going to focus only on a single topic: the upcoming introduction of the PMDG Universal Flight Tablet into the 737 fleet. I want to direct your attention right here at the beginning to the naming convention: This is not an "EFB (Electronic Flight Bag.)" An E…

First time ever that I bother sharing my humble opinion about anything related to FS. I am, as I write performing a flight (SAWH-SAZS), using FSHUD 1.3103 beta version, FSLTL and the unavoidable A320 Fenix, and so far, it's a charm. On ground comms with AI work totally fine. I have seen a few complaints about voices on the forum. Well, indeed some of them do not sound like you and me, but I sense the FSHUD is exploring new options and that the ones that they will choose to keep in the future will be fine tuned later on. So, Bravo, keep up the good job and don't mind the chronically unsatisfied who just need attention. The background noise options work …
