Hello, Folks! Maybe you can help me to resolve my problem. The thing is that I am using TrackIR 5. When I turn my head the movement on the display is smooth but during the motion the picture is jaggy. I don;t know how exactly to explain what I mean, but will try. Just recently I got a brand new comp. The specs are in the signature. Before that I had RTX3070, Z590, i7-11700K. In a default aircraft I was getting pretty much satisfiying results. Even in Fenix or PMDG in light custom sceneries the movement was silky smooth. In heavy airports I experienced that jagginess on head movement. I bought a new comp. I've been using AIG traffic for quite a while now but I haven't run the AI Manager for several months. I ran it a couple of days ago and was pleasantly surprised to see that it had a slick new interface after it auto updated itself. I ran all of the flight plan updates, and then used the new North America preset on the Quick Install tab of the main page to let it add any North American airlines that I hadn't installed yet. I’m trying to create a Weight and Balance profile in ForeFlight for the Black Square C208B Analog Caravan. I have created one using a C208B Analog Grand Caravan POH I found on the internet but the results don’t seem to match the results when I compare to the weight and balance page in MSFS 2020. It’s probably because I don’t have the actual figures Asobo has used for Empty CG weight and arm. The figures I got from the POH for all the pilot/passenger stations, cargo, and Cargo Pod stations may not match either. Have any of you successfully created a weight and balance profile for this aircraft or know where I can get this information?

When I look at my plane in the spot view, it always looks like it's too bright and the colors are washed out. What settings can I use to chsange this? Gnacino

I've been enjoying the MSFS Scenery Enhancement Tool with the updated Bing graphics. I elected to enable Photogrammetry again...even if it does hurt performance a tad. My question is, would there be any benefit to running with rolling cache enabled (in the sim, *not the tool*), while using the Enhancement tool. Since the Photogrammetry still comes from ASOBO/Blackshark, would that be the only data stored? I'd imagine it'd be a bit quicker to load, and maybe since the PG wouldn't be streaming, it may lead to slightly better performance. Not sure if anyone has tried this.

Its been a few years since I did flight sim. I was using FSX. I stopped quite awhile back and now things have changed quite a bit and I am starting over. I used to fly PMDG 737, 777 and FSLabs airbus, q400 etc. I was running fs2crew, gsx, topcat, tons of addon airports, orbx, like a dozen payware airports, rex weather, activesky and even some other weather engine etc. My god the money I spent now that I think about it. I just got a new computer and am thinking about starting over with MSFS. What are the top add ons to get? With MSFS is payware scenery really even necessary for flying airliners? I couldn't fit Randazzo into the title because I ran out of space, but it was PMDG's Randazzo who said the market is 1000 times larger than P3D because of MSFS, and maybe even larger than 1000 times than P3D in his latest interview with Sky Blue. Maybe Randazzo is exaggerating a bit, but even if MSFS were 100x the size of the P3D market, that is a huge increase in the size of the flight simulation market. With XBox though, I wouldn't be surprised though, if MSFS is over 100x the size of the original P3D market before MSFS was released. I was holding out on purchasing the Early Access FSS E175 while they continued dev and worked out some bugs. I heard recently that it was a frame hog so I continued putting the purchase off. Im getting very itchy for a RJ in the fleet. Does anyone have current experience on how its performing and would you recommend getting now or wait for further dev? Is it still buggy and a frame hog? Do we have an official changelog I can view? I'm having a hard time locating it. Thanks!

My Airbus joystick has been producing spurious inputs for some time now and has been getting quite annoying. It's also been getting more and more over sensitive to the point where I've had to turn the X and Y axis down to minus 95%. So has anyone stripped one of these down to repair and is it worth the effort? Alternatively with black friday deals and Christmas on the way, mybe I could get a new stick, but then, it's a case of which stick is going to be reliable at a reasonable price and have the features I need such as a twist ridder, hat switch and a few programmable buttons. I know I'm prone to the odd rookie user error but this one seems to have cropped up all by itself as I've been doing normal ops with this aircraft and now it seems to having some sort of tantrum that has me completely stumped. I've not changed any settings or done anything with hardware that may have brought this on. One flight it was working perfectly the next this was happening. I said I would check here first to see if it looks familiar before taking the PMDG forum plunge. I can't move the trim wheel. I normally start with engines running on the runway, but decided to do a cold and dark start but when I select a parking spot, the airplane is powered up w/o the engines running. Doesn't matter what airplane I try it's always the same thing. So I took out all of my community folders, restarted FS and still the same thing. No airplane will start cold and dark. I'm beginning to think the unthinkable. Maybe I'm going to have to do a reinstall. Anyone have any ideas other than a reinstall? Also anytime I try to turn a battery or generator off it's like they are loaded in the spring position. They will not turn off. I dread doing a total reinstall....

This is happening a fair amount and I'm not sure what is causing it. I try to make a flightplan using the a320 fenix setting and it keeps giving me flight plans with the following message: "The amount of passengers might need to be reduced in order to respect the aircraft's MTOW, MLW, or MZFW." It does this when I set it to auto. It even does this when I edit the plan to remove all cargo and I lower my passenger count to like 130. I don't think I am overweight but I am still getting the warning. Is it ok to load the plan into the plane or is there a problem? Below is a listing of the numbers in my flight plan. Hello, I tried posting in the Fly Tampa Forums but was having an issue with their website. So I'll post here on Avsim. Last week Fly Tampa released update 1.9 for KLAS. Now, the airline parking assignment which was fixed in update 1.7 is not working after updating to 1.9. Does anyone know how to make it so that Airlines park at the correct gate? Was working before installed update 1.9. Thanks

yesterday: Since the last MSFS 2020 /Windows 11 updates, I notice the sound dropping out every 10-30 seconds, for just a split second. Kind of like a stutter. I also updated the latest NVIDIA drivers. My FPS is about 50. Any ideas? Thanks!

I there a problem trying to click on low, medium or max to select the autobrakes. Cannot seem to do it. Do you need engines running to select it? Aircraft is powered up

Things were working fine, so i did the recent update, copied the files over into the existing directory. Now it seems like some of the applications i have set to launch when the sim starts, arent launching, a few are however. I've tried removing them and re-adding them. Anyone know what might be the cause here? EDIT: i reverted to the old version folder, but seems to still be an issue, at least with batch files not appearing. I have the new FB MSP and every time I try to start a flight from there, I get a CTD when loading. I have flown into there successfully once, but I can't start at the gates (E gates), I get a CTD. I am on the latest version. Anyone else have this and is there a fix?

Hello, Is there a way to adjust the camera's movement range within the cockpit? I prefer a closely zoomed-in view and would like to position my camera farther back. I've observed that in the Baron, I can achieve a significantly greater backward camera movement compared to the PMDG 789 Thank you!

Evening all. Ok, I bought the FSR500. A fine and fascinating aircraft so far but with 2 major issues as far as this old simmer is concerned. 1, It's a turboprop and despite doing this simming thing since pretty much the start of it I have never bothered with turboprops. No matter, it was part of the appeal of buying it and I think I'm getting to grips with the fundamentals and it's fun.
