Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020/2024)

I just got BATC and have downloaded the Fly by wire files into my community folder. When I start Beyond ATC it tells me NO Liverys found. They are installed in user/xxx/appdata/packages/comunity 24 Thanks for any help. Hope I didn't waste 30.00

Hey guys, For those that use this unit... Just got this unit today and performs stellar - only grip is, that the terrain on ND only toggles the FO side not the capt side! In simapppro there is no option from what i can see to change that... Is there a work around or is this a WinCRTL issue to fix?

Hello, I generally use BATC for all of my flights, but wanted to try using default ATC for a VFR flight only to find that I couldn’t get the ATC window to open. The keybinds I’ve always used for it do nothing and I don’t have an ATC / Communications icon on the ribbon at the top of the screen. Any thoughts? AFAIK there’s no setting I may have turned on that completely disables ATC? Not one I could find anyway. Thanks

Im using the same Internet that my flight sim uses to make this post. Yet I'm looking at my monitor and it says connection to network lost. This happened during a long haul flight. Normally it would reconnect, but this time it obviously didn't. Anyone else ever seen this? Edit: it can't even "quit to desktop", had to kill it with task manager.

I had this aircraft since 2020...and I migrated it over to 2024...suddenly about a month ago, I could not find it in my aircraft...it had been in my 2024 Community file...a couple of days ago I noticed that MS was selling it in the 2024 marketplace ...it was also for rent...curious, I rented it and it worked... I really like the plane...now I am faced with having to pay 2x for it...my community folder for 2024 still has it installed but it doesn't work...does anyone know what's going on?...

Is this a bug? Has anyone encountered this before? I tried the ATR for the first time, and even after the condition levers were put to cutoff, the engines were still running. I'm I not doing something right?

I'm running the Carenado C182 with the PMS50 Garmin 530 gps unit. But for whatever reason, while the Nav #1 is slaved to the unit, the Nav #2 isn't. And Nav #1 only gives lateral guidance, no glidepath. So while the autopilot can fly a full approach, it cannot be manually done, since there's no vertical guidance. The Garmin indicates GPS on the CDI and LPV as a mode, but the Nav #1 glideslope indicator remains inoperative.

Has anyone seen this in their sim before?

Last night i was setting up my first flight using Fly The Line - Short Haul Edition, and everything was running perfect. I had my flight plan loaded but decided, since i am using the Fenix for this let me try GSX Pro one more time. For reference, I was using FB KDEN which i use all the time in MSFS 2024. I load up after installing GSX and when i pan i get stutters. Unflyable stutters. I immediately unlink GSX but the stutters remain. Then i uninstall GSX. I still have stutters. I spend two hours changing graphics settings, clearing cache, uninstalling KDEN, uninstalling FTL, etc. So i load up KORD and no stutters. I go back to KDEN and stutters. I decide to disable Photo…

I have googled how to find Take off speeds and it says in EFB go to performance, set runway and weather which I do then it says to press Calculate button BUT there is no Calculate button that I see so no speeds are shown. Am I doing something wrong ?? Thanks for any help

Just fired up Aerosofts CRJ V2 for a flight I've done many times in RL, KCLT to KLIT. I've pretty much had this on the backburner for years but I finally just needed a break from endless Fenix / iFly MAX flights. For those who don't have this one installed, I really suggest you grab it. It was the first commercial jet released for FS2020 but after that, Aerosoft pretty much just ignored it. That changed a year ago when they released V2. It's a game changer. An EFB that IMO is the equal of Fenix, systems updates, GSX integration, etc. It's a brand-new jet.
