  1. So the question i have are: 1. How long does it take after you get to the gate and shut down the plane before you can make your way home or to the place you are staying? Is there much to do after shutdown? 2. Given multiple people use the same flight-deck, who actually cleans all the touch surfaces after use? Up to each pilot or are there cleaners that do this? Cheers and thanks for any insights!
  2. Been using PSXT for a while now and love it... using the FSLTL models.. gives me the satisfaction of knowing where i am that the traffic is actually live at that very moment... if that sort of thing doesn't worry you then historic data is all good..
  3. Wow! Thanks for those answers guys! Makes perfect sense...
  4. I guess a question for the RW pilots here... in watching countless YT videos and real life videos, on takeoff in the A320 the pilot flying (at the start of the take off roll when advancing throttles to FLX) says something like MAN FLEX AUTOTHRUST SRS RUNWAY BLUE... and the pilot not flying responds with "check"... and off they go.. My question is, does it ever happen when the PNF does not say "check" (what does he say?) and what is the procedure after that? Ive not seen it in any video.. perhaps its a very rare occurrence? Thanks guys!
  5. Is this a paid version of FSUIPC (which i dont have)?
  6. This has always been a bug bare for me as well... if you change your time in the sim to real time then you get pinged for being late or early.. Apparently, you'll see in your generated schedule, that your weekly assignments are either earlies or lates or day time... so the program is expecting you to follow that logic... For me though, i like to fly in the daytime to see my scenery that i bought! LOL... so as no solution that i could see, i switched back to APL2 for a bit... ill probably return to FTL but not until they make it easier to change the time (theres a good to fair chance there is a way but haven't discovered it yet!)
  7. Apologies for asking.... sigh
  8. How do i do that out of curiosity please? Cheers
  9. vonduck started following Sound system to get
  10. Hey guys, now i have my sim pit up and running, what sound system is the preferred go to for simming now? Just using the TV at the moment and lacks some immersion to be honest... Cheers!
  11. I use CP and adjusted my view to .47000 zoom which for my setup (65inch TV at 93cm to eye) gives me a realistic view point... so much easier to do in CP...
  12. I have this and use it and APLv2 as i want... both are good and rate performance in many areas.... Im sure you'll enjoy it!
  13. Ah i see... i use chaseplane perhaps that is why... if you dont use chaseplane for views, you will need to make a custom view using the default key bindings and save that as the main view when you start....what ever system you use, it will only be because the panel isnt showing, thats why it wont trigger the popout...
  14. Let us know how you get on Hans... also, you cant do popouts if you are in any other view other than what i mentioned above... 🙂
  15. Not sure if this is the issue - your first saved view that loads should be one where you can see the entire MIP...all the panels clearly... POM requires the screen to show them all initially... if you have your normal view and the lower ECAM is not showing or partially showing, it will not work... try the above and you should be able to get the lower ECAM pop out no problems... Once you have the popouts done, then go back to your prefered pilot view...
