As in 2025, curious to know what other apps people are still running alongside MSFS 2020. Personally, I use: AutoFPS – AutoLod mode FSTL Injection – mostly middle values except GA MSI Fan (Extreme Mode) LSGG – X2 RTSS – Capped 25 to get solid 50 FlyInside The Bell OpenTrack Map Enhancement – Free Version Anything you swear by to enhance the experience?

I just watched the video of the soon to be released PMDG 737 It struck me how far simming has progressed in the last 5-6 years. We're jaded. We're spoiled. But, coming from P3D and FSX, you have to pinch yourself (sometimes) to make sure it's all real.

I am curious to know what percentage of AVSIM members prefer to fly with photogrammetry disabled in MSFS 2024. Feel free to state your reasons why you use one option or the other.

According to L1011 CBT: "The fuel supply for the APU is taken by a taping in the #2 Engine Feed Pipe downstream of the Engine #2 Tank Valve. Because of this, if the Engine #2 tank valve is closed, the APU will be inoperative" Hope this helps with your TriStar Start Ups Cheers, Joshua757

Seeing the real Air France 747-100 (F-BPVJ) cockpit at Le Bourget's Musée de l'Air et de l'Espace IRL totally reignited that fire for me which I drowned out for so long. Those steam gauges, flight engineer station, fuel management, classic AFCS... pure analog magic that'll make PMDG's classics in MSFS 2024 hit different. Who’s with me on this?? Who else is ABSOLUTELY LOSING IT waiting for PMDG to unleash those 747 Classics in MSFS :) What are your favourite memories with the Queen of the Skies ? Oh, and for the record, the first 747 I ever went in is now a 747-100 !!!

Loving the caravan and have just started flying the amphibious variant. Have bound different buttons to 'toggle water rudder' and I cannot get the binding to work. I can use my mouse within the cockpit to move the lever which lower and raises the water rudder - cannot understand as to why I cannot bind them to a button. Any thoughts?

Hello, I was looking at some videos of the IniBuilds L1011-500. It looks great!!! But I saw one video and something look odd. Those who have it, on the rear right side of the fuselage, after the right wing but before the cargo door it seems awkward looking. It seems like the panel is inward, not streamline. Has anyone notice it while doing a walk around?? Wonder why is like that?? Other than that it Looks Great!! Just hoping IniBuilds make the other variants especially the -1.

I posted something on the developers Discord Channel, but he is away for the Holidays so thought I would drop a quick post here.... I have a career and have flown maybe 16 flights. Scores aren't great 70%-80% but I am making money. HOWEVER, I have yet to get ONE skill point. Should I have and if so, any idea why I wouldn't be? Thanks, Dave

I recently watched a video on YouTube about Lock vs Legacy cockpit interaction mode. It seemed to me that Legacy mode would be better for me, so I switched the mode. However, I am finding that certain things I saw in the video aren't working for me. Here is an example: The Range knob on the G1000. I don't have any problem using mouse scroll wheel to turn the knob clockwise and counterclockwise. However, I cannot figure out how to move the knob in different directions to move the cursor on the map around. In Lock mode I don't have a problem. There is a quite nice update on the PMDG 773; they fixed a few items pretty well on the FBW systems. Quite late, almost 10 months after release, if I remember correctly. Anyhow, the airplane feels much better than the previous release, from what I noticed doing 5 touch-and-goes with engine outs and max demonstrated x-winds.

So I have jumped to try "fly the line" and I'm stuck on creating aircraft profile. I want to choose Cessna Caravan. I select template for a small prop. I can't type anything in "your aircraft name" (the box in inaccessible) I can only type in "aircraft icao". If I type C208 or C208 and try to press "continue" I'm getting error "Aircraft name can only contain letters, numbers, spaces and hyphens. So can't create template even default, and because of that I can't start the flight. Ay help is appreciated. P.S. I'm using MSFS 2024

Hi Everybody, I will pay someone to make a video showing me how to select a livery for the pmdg 738 aircraft from within MS2024. I've now spent three days trying to find them. All I get from support is they are in the content manager. I have been in every menu I can find in 2024 and I have not been able to find these liveries.

I noticed that MSFS is acquiring a lot of "good" airliners quickly. By "good," I mean at least medium fidelity and above, so at least the fidelity of some iniBuilds airliners. Obviously, the iniBuilds Tristar was just released. But also recently, the Aerosoft-Toliss A340 was released too. If there are no more delays this year, the Bluebird 757 and the Vector 787 could also be added to this list (although we have to wait and see the fidelity of these two airliners when it's finally released). Assuming the Bluebird 757 and Vector 787 are released this year, I think for modern airliners that are Boeing + Airbus, there aren't that many left for MSFS that haven't been…

I went to do some gliding yesterday and I no longer have a wingman and can not get the tow plane to move by wig wagging my rudder. Any thoughts? I have assistance on for airport vehicles.

Hello, is anyone else having this problem with the in-game options in MSFS 2024? The chase plane isn't working anymore, and the entire menu bar is just a gray bar. Last night, I couldn't even log into the sim because it got stuck during authentication. I tried again now, and the sim starts, but now this problem is happening. Everything is OK in MSFS 2020 .
