  1. Started by yvesamuel,

Hi, I would like to configure the "enginecuoiff" on the Honeycomb bravo, but I don't find the command to use in FS2024 command list. Any isea to help me. Thank's a lot Yves

  2. So, I fired up MSFS2024 last night. It took quite a bit of time to get to the main menu. I attempted a quick flight in the stock A320 out of KJFK and it took multiple shutdowns and restarts and it still didn't work right. Engine covers not showing but also not removable, missing nav data, and inability to enter into managed modes. I then realized that MSFS2024 had automatically updated itself (it's an MS Store install, streaming rather than completely downloaded) to 1.6.34.0 (SU4). I've seen some recommendations to move community folder content before updating. How do I do that if I don't know if an update is going to occur until I run MSFS2024? Only things I…

  3. Started by xraythree,

Hi everybody! I live in Glendale CA which makes the Burbank Glendale Pasadena airport my home airport in MSFS 2024. I’ve been in 2024 since launch. Every time I enter the world map to spawn in for takeoff on runway 15, I’m placed instead, on runway 26. Is this happening for anyone else? It doesn’t matter the aircraft. Thanks for any feedback. Sam

  4. PMDG has released my only 737 purchased for FS 2020. I also own their 777 for FS 2020, not the freighter, and the DC-6. The L-1011 is my iconic airliner - that aircraft means a LOT to me after the 747-200/300 which were my first kits (Airfix and Revell) back in the late 70s of last Century 🙂 Then there's the FSS 727-200 and the 727 was yet another very symbolic airliner for me, and one of the airliners I preferred to stare at at the old Lisbon Airport spectators balcony (mid to late 70s of the 20th Century), until the terrible TAP flight 425 (727-828B) which made me "hate" 727s for a long while ... So, comming to my request, I would like to get your s…

  5. Started by Bob Scott,

PMDG has released their B737-700 add-on for MSFS 2024. $74.99 or $30 for those who previously purchased the MSFS2020 version.

  6. Started by Ricardo Andrada,

The Fenix EFB is not loading the nav charts from the MSFS database. Is anyone else experiencing this?

  7. This update brings the MSFS2024 version to 1.6.34.0.

  8. TL;DR by me: Biggest BeyondATC update yet, major refinements, VFR stage 1 for supporters. 'BeyondATC Toolbar V2.0.0 Changelog on Discord: NEW: Added D-ATIS toolbar tab to view the ATIS of your arrival and departure airports NEW: Added CPDLC logon code under frequencies tab NEW: Added ability to queue messages in the toolbar when traffic is speaking NEW: Added version footer in the toolbar``` The toolbar is a way to have the core BeyondATC UI features directly within MSFS. Useful for VR or any user who wants direct access to BeyondATC from within MSFS. Download from the Toolbar link at https://www.beyondatc.net/download …

  9. Well, it's probably due to completely different reasons among the two simulators I use, but the end effects are similar. In MSFS not all prop aircraft are afected which makes me tghink the problem I see with the default Beech Kingair 350i may be related to some wrong parameter in the "flight_model.cfg" or other CFG file, but since we do not have access to these files, I am unable to check it myself. The problem manifests as a completely unrealistic tendency of the aircraft to bank right, against all odds, at a wide range of power and AoA setings. Takeoff in the Kingair 350i and even at high power during teh initial climb you will have to fight it's te…

  11. Hi guys, So i am using the well known AB preset and i like them very much. However they give me quite a bit too much haze and i'd like to reduce that a little. Could someone point me to which slider are controlling that? I can't seem to find them. Any tipps appreciated. Best regards

  12. Howdy everyone, Have been chipping away at this since the Crescent City project. KACV has airline service and I used to do cross-country practice flights to there long ago. Have seen this one mentioned as a need on other forums, so will try to have a go at it. A little tough to get good photo resources, but making some progress. Thankfully Humboldt County has a lot of documents available, so I may be able to fill some gaps.

See the blog post here. If you had it in MSFS 2020, you get it for $2.

  14. With the Caravan release and its ability to land in remote airstrips I thought I would start a topic for users to share remote or back country airstrips they have visited. Today I flew the short flight from Big Creek Idaho (U60) to Elk city Idaho (S90). Elk City is challenging because it has a curved runway. Elk City Airport-S90 - Google Maps Mike

  15. I seem to be having a problem capturing the glideslope with the ILS 04 approach at IniBuilds EGSS London Stansted. The VOR/LOC signal is captured, but it never connects with the G/S. I have tried pressing the APP button before turning onto final approach, and also after I have turned onto final approach, but it does not make any difference. Is anyone else suffering from this problem, or is it exclusive to my installation? This is when flying the PMDG 737 in MSFS 2024.

  18. Source: iniBuilds 'v1.2.3 for the iniBuilds A350 Airliner is now available. This update focuses on a broad range of systems stability, navigation logic, and usability refinements across the aircraft. Numerous fixes have been implemented within the FMGS, flight planning, TCAS behaviour, performance calculations, and display formatting, alongside improvements to flight director behaviour, thrust logic, and waypoint management. Additional refinements have also been made to the ECAM, HUD behaviour, and various pages across the flight deck displays, improving accuracy and consistency during normal operations. The update is rounded out with art and sound improvements,…

Hopefully someone can put me out of my miser and tell me what the heck I'm doing wrong. I create flight plan(s) using simbrief and import it into the MCDU. I set NAV and Vnav etc and off I go. Everything goes well for a time then suddenly the aircraft has a mind of its own, doesn't follow the route and goes completely off course. It's driving me mad. I've had a look at some of the youtube tutorials and I can't see what I'm doing wrong. I don't fly the large airliners but I do love the ATR but I'm getting fed up. I've been hoping to get through a full AP approach and landing but I can't get 10 minutes into a flight before everything goes pearshaped

Hi, Since updating Plan-G (latest 282) my airport icons no longer show and that's after redoing the databse, how do I get them back pleas. JM

  21. This should be reason enough to throw MSFS 2020 into the trash can!

  22. RELEASE NOTES Sim Update 5 Beta - 1.7.17.0

  23. The option to save during a flight was incredibly useful in MSFS 2020. I hope it makes a comeback or gets restored in MSFS 2024.

  24. The official Aerosoft-Toliss A340 trailer has just been released: This video is unavailable. This video is unavailable. Also, there are 2 livestreams of it running right now, one from XP72 and the other one from British Avgeek: This video is unavailable. This video is unavailable.

  25. **Version 0.10.36 (public experimental) available** ------------------------ 'Hi, The dev team and beta team have been busy over the past few weeks, and we’re excited to share the next experimental version of the E-Jets with you. New features include holdings and temperature compensation for RNAV approaches. You can find more details in our [documentation](https://docs.flightsim-studio.com/e-jet-series). The last major milestone left is the autopilot. It works in general, but it’s still not as accurate as we want and doesn’t meet our expectations yet. Right now, it’s still based on the default MSFS autopilot with a custom layer on top. In the future, t…
