Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020/2024)

I have installed the add-on "Aerosoft tool simple traffic" for ai traffic in FS 2020 simulator. Ai traffic works fine at airports and in the air. However, I can't get ai planes to appear on the cockpit screen of FBW's Airbus 32 nx. The white text "TFC" does not appear at the bottom of the ND screen?

I have the BS Caravan pro and I continue to get at startup 0 engine condition. I repair it through the EFB and no help. The engine ITT pegs out at red flag and stays pegged. And the throttle response is none, no movement of the torque gauge. I've tried everything from reinstalling to checking all bindings in the controller section of msfs2020. I have the analog caravan and everything works great. So far disappointed with the pro. because of the amount of time trying to figure this out. I'm hoping to avoid a reinstall of my msfs2020 platform for this singular problem.

I'm stuck in a cycle...when I start AIG Manager I get a dialog box that tells me it will be automatically updated. Click ok, I get a windows system box appear, it seems to do something but then I'm back to the AIG menu telling me to update, again. I've been through this four or five times

In my case , i can't see any traffic navlight during night when i am at cruise altitude, but when i am at airport i can see the navlights of the traffic aircrafts Anyone knows if there Is there a mod to increase the intensity of traffic navlight to see it during cruise altitude? I am using AIG models thanks

Recently upgraded to 2024 from 2020 with the help of the community here; had some experiences on the weekend I wanted to share, get some feedback. Enjoying the upgrade so far, a mix of free flights and up to level 16 in career mode, there's certainly more to do without jumping right to 3rd party mods and add-ons. Quirks - I did encounter the ATC Taxi bug on the PPL mission, so that was a fun wasted hour of trying things before googling the issue and learning that this has been like that since the start. I was wondering whether there were any hints what might be next for Ini in terms of airports? I could imagine them taking on Madrid and Chicago O'Hare, which are the two major airports I'm missing the most in MSFS 2024.

Hi guys I'm struggling a bit here I cant figure out how to config my Warthog so I get a nice 3 stage burner. I get 0-100% dry but no matter what I do I cant get the last bit of travel on the throttles to engage reheat.

This is a very interesting article. It's always been a concern with MSFS being so server dependant and if Ubisoft and Asobo/MS are of the same mindset then no, we don't own MSFS. This is more concerning with MSFS due to add-ons though. I just got fshud and first flight having a problem. Set up a short hop from KJQF to KHKY. I generated flight in simbrief and imported. I then started fshud and imported from simbrief and got the mess in picture. Am I doing something wrong ? Do I need to manually edit something ? Thanks for any help

Coming back to FS20 after a 4 month break. Doing all the updates and tidying up. After updating I noticed I can no longer enter Windowed Mode. ALT + ENTER now simply minimizes the sim. I tried selecting Windowed from the menu but that does not work either. Is anyone else seeing this? Did they remove it? If not then something strange is going on with my system. ALT + ENTER works for my other games. Thanks for any advice

I've currently got MSFS 2024 (SU4) installed and it is like the "land of the not quite right." Sometimes the parking locations are slightly off so jetways don't necessarily align with a door. The pushback tug always wants to automatically turn the aircraft tail to the left even if it would make sense to go to the right. Oftentimes I have to restart from the main menu because navdata isn't fully there. Likewise, I've had to restart because there was no engine cover available to actually remove on the stock A320 so it was installed but not shown as such so it was not able to be removed. Is it me of the Wake turbulence is fancy in term of visual rendering but not realistic and "little to no effect". can someone help me change the jetway connection from L2 back to L1.. I have tried everything humanly possible but unable to do it.. I know it is realistic to connect to L2 but msfs jetways are so broken most of them can't stretch that far and they break apart with a gaping hole.. Ideally we should have dual jetways for widebodies.. Until then I prefer L1 even if it's a 380.. I downloaded gsx profiles, played around with gsx aircraft profile, and all sorts of things.. I saw one of the A330driver videos where he had the jetway to L1.. Also saw some flightsim.to profile that had L1 active.. But that same profile didn't work on machine.. Perhaps outdated..

This works with the 2020 Reno P51 or the native 2024 default P-51. This mod received a significant update recently, with a from-scratch flight model. And a lot more... I really enjoy flying it now (2024). It's got the required gentle rudder pedal dance on takeoff but is very controllable and agile, and the landing behavior is VASTLY improved. Hey All, I am setting up the A346 for CPDLC (V 1.02 of the aircraft). All connections seem fine. I logon to the ATC station. I get my pre-departure clearance. However, it only goes to text in the MCDU. The DCDU panel doesn't get updated at all. It just constantly displays which ATC I am logged on to. I have tried many things, but there is no way I can get ATC messages to the DCDU - Again, they all appear fine in the received msgs area of the ATSU on the MCDU. My departure clearance pops up just fine in the MCDU, but the DCDU remains blank, apart from displaying the station (EGCC) that I am logged onto. Well, I did the dirty deed at the weekend and Installed Win 11 and MSFS 2024. So for the past three days I've spent reinstalling dozens of apps and addons, still loads more to install! As I literally, wanted a full, clean install. Yesterday I started a quick flight in the PMDG 738, all with default scenery, from Rio De Janeiro. Pardon me but I remain so impressed by 2024 and had to share this. Not a hint of a stutter anywhere for this 2h+ flight from departure involving taxi/TO in the Fenix 320 at LIPZ to EGLL involving landing and taxi to the gate w/ ample FSLTL traffic, just pure perfection! As I've always maintained when you have flawless frame time variance this correlates very well with subjective perception of super smooth animation. This was from the landing at EGLL. Yes, it's a modest 60FPS-fg but no significant rate-related visual aberration that can happen in certain types of lighting and textures in which case I will bump the native rate up to 45/90FPS-fg.
