Just submitted the following bugs to the Zendesk team: When flying, once you change from a center frequency to another (airport) frequency, you can't go back to center. The radio freezes on the airport frequency. If you do a touch and go somewhere, you do not get handed back off to center after takeoff for flight following. I did a touch and go at one airport, continued to another, and they gave me the ground frequency for the first airport. (Landed at TUPJ/Beef Island, took off again, landed at TUPW/Virgin Gorda nearby, and it gave me "contact Beef Island ground on XXX"). Couldn't exit the flight at the end. ESC key did not work, had to Ctrl+Alt+Del and qu…

Hi, I am missing the chart of the FSX in the new simulator where you can move your airplane around quickly by drag+drop or find out the ILS frequencies of some airport or such things. Importantly: in flight, not in the overview map in the menu from which you start the flight. Does anyone know how to achieve this? And: how do I find out the GPS position where I am? In FSX I could press Shift-Z and got that information on top of the screen. Missing that feature as well, any help appreciated :)

Just wondering if something might have changed with the latest patch. I have it disabled since it contributed to stutters.

I'm enjoying the CJ4 but can't figure out a couple of things. I'm not sure if they're not implemented or simply user error because I don't know the aircraft, but I'm hoping someone here can tell me or point me at a reference.. 1) Can I manually enter Nav1 and Nav2 frequencies and courses and navigate? If so... How? 2) Can I enter an ILS frequency (and course if req'd)? Will AP Approach mode work? Is there a GS indicator to manually the approach? 3) Does this aircraft have an Auto Throttle and does it work? I can set the speed, but I can't figure out how to engage auto throttle. Any guidance appreciated!

For me it's tied to the Flight model. Legacy - Terrible no matter what settings. Modern - almost rock steady. Tested with the C172 and the TBM, several A/D's.

I need to head off to work, so no time to analyze this in detail. Maybe some other german simmer can step in and do the work 😄 Its an interview an Jörg and hes speaking about the future. Mostly stuff we already know, but he teases a few project he cant speak about in detail. one is a possibility for freeware creators, to make small adjustments in the world and share them instant with other player (he speaks about "building the world together"). The other is something they are doing with the Microsoft china team. I really didnt get that, because wifey was speaking to me. Something about voice simulation/recognition? Jazz

When i plan my IFR flight plan, is it normal that my plan is already automatically added in the MCDU. I can't even enter my flight plan myself. Is there a setting to deactivate in the game? Also, do you use the flight plans provided by the game?

I can use ALT+Click to select any "glass" gauge/instrument or device such as a radio or GPS to make that a windowed item, which can be moved to a 2nd monitor or to my iPad. I cannot make any of the older analogue gauges (VOR, Vertical Speed, ASI, Artificial Horizon) turn into a windowed device. I do not see the + sign over the instrument when I ALT+Click on the steam or analogue gauges. What am I missing? Is there a way to move my VSI, ASI, Artificial Horizon to the iPad so I can always see them, even with my head down working on a different instrument?

Well for all it's faults every time I fly in the c172 it reminds me so much of my real flying I can't wait to go and hire a c172, if only I wasn't working so much. Can't wait for this to mature. I just love the scenery and the live weather when it works. Dam I'm off to work again

Hi all Just purchased X52 Pro and I have most of it configured as I'd like but I can't get MSFS to recognise any of the mouse functions on the throttle, nor the buttons with E and I on them. Does anyone know if these should work OK and if so, how I get them to work. Many thanks Mike

All I'm looking to purchase the Premium Deluxe version, but not for all of the extra aircraft, but for the extra 'handcrafted' airports. My question is this - during the installation, do I get the opportunity to select which aircraft are installed, or is it all of them by default ? To be honest, although the list is long, I know that I will actually end up flying very few of them... Regards

Been flying in Chile for a while now and with the high altitude airports the taxiways are very bumpy with noticeable ups and downs every few meters. It's very annoying to taxi when it feels like a rollercoaster.... I haven't noticed this phenomenon with airports closer to the sea level.

Hello, got a big problem, just bought and installed the sim from Microsoft Store. The installation went well, it crashed once, I restarted it and it went all right. Fired up the sim and created a short flight with the Cessna 152. Hit the FLY button and nothing happens. My specs are: couple of days ago bought new MSI Mag computer with Ryzen 7 3700x processor and RTX 2060 Super video card. Any help would appreciated... Oh, and I put sim run as administrator

Hello all, Downloaded and installed yesterday using the excellent £1 subscription Xbox Game Pass to see if it will run, and so far so good! I am fiddling about with controls and at the moment I think I'm getting there with the Sidewinder Precision 2 stick, I managed to find the Throttle Axis so it's not like an on/off switch anymore, but the ailerons and pitch is still rather ropy. Using the Cessna 172 or even the Robin R22, when going down the runway, I need to fight with the rudder to keep it straight (which I understand is right) but once it comes to rotate I go off like a kangaroo! I've just worked out I think it seems to be ultra sensitive for some re…

Hey guys, I made a post on Microsoft Flight Simulator forums about this but I will also post here. I spent the last couple of days not flying so I could get a proper offline mode where I could fly around in VFR with detailed photoreal scenery. The manual cache feature is the key to flying with stored Bing data, except the whole process didn’t go smoothly at all. My top priority was to store Toronto-area scenery so that I could avoid stutters and have the ability to fly offline. However, along the way I discovered the following major issues that many others have reported: 1. Continuously drawing a larger and larger high quality area will progressively drop …

Hello, I was flying earlier this day and everything was working as intended. Coming home from work I fired up Msfs to have a little after work flight it seems that I lost live weather depiction. Clear skies, 29.92 and wind... 225/3 while that little weather infobox in the planning screen shows winds of 257/20. I never had this problem before and was expecting it to only occur in the US. Quick question, is there a workaround for that or might this be a temporary problem? Anyone having the same issue? Best regards

Hello all, I have these rudder pedals that have been sitting in my garage for a couple of years and I dragged them out when I bought fs2020 just recently. These pedals would be lucky to have 2 hours working time on theme from new and I sort of drifted away from simming for a while. Anyway I have installed them obviously and set them up and left rudder and right rudder according to Squirrels video and my somewhat limited knowledge and I have one big problem. Firstly I must say that the brakes work. But when I depress either the left or right rudder there is zero activity until the very end of the pedal travel and then it feels like aircraft has been violenty…
