it seems a few of the aircraft have a superior flight model - the TBM seems to be a lot less ‘twitchy’ now, also wondering what implications for helicopters.

WARNING! Don't check your app files consistency on Steam. In my case it resulted in removing the entire ca. 100GB install (Packages). I have seen reports of this issue on the official Flight Simulator forums as well. Fortunately I was able to restore the 100GB from backup.

Good day. Nice improvement with the new patch. Airplanes fly much better and now flight controls can be adjusted. If anybody knows, how can I get to the menu and adjust "Aircraft gyroscopic stability can now be set in our SDK toolset" Step by step will help a lot. Thank you!

After the Ramp Connection request the connection is about 10 seconds. After 10 seconds there is a Ramp Disconnection and the truck is returning to it's place. Is there a way to keep the stairs connected until I choose for disconnect ? Why is it disconnecting so very fast.

I have just selected Live Traffic and sat on the ramp at London Gatwick (EGKK). Looking at Flightradar24 there was only one aircraft on the gate I think it was EZ8406 but after a few minutes I saw this aircraft on approach, so my first question - is there a significant time lag between real world and what appears in MSFS. Also I noticed a large number of aircraft at various gates in MSFS, are these just AI generated by MSFS.

I downloaded the new patch and have the latest A320 mod. Today on my first attempt to fly, the PFD, ND, and ECAM screens are blank. I aligned the GPS, powered on with GPU and even started APU but no displays. I tried cranking up the lights but that didn't work either. I was getting power to the cockpit because the lights worked and some of the other signs and buttons were working. Is this a known issue?

Hi, As per title, I cannot find a way to "properly" skip a waypoint using the FMS. For example, on a SID you often takeoff on a vector then instructed to a heading to catch the first waypoint say "A" of the SID. I tried the direct to function (I think the button is called "dir" but I'm not in front of my gaming computer right now) and it works except that it will not sequence to the following waypoints once "A" has been reached. It's like it does not continue the flight plan or something. I have to "direct to" each one manually after. Is there a proper way to do this ? I entered the flight plan manually in the FMS if it matters. I also tried to click on "A" so it wou…

When doing a long flight... What do you use and why/when? I tried the Sim Rate and it does not work with AP. Disengaging AP can have you end up considerably off course or altitude and then ATC will be nagging you and even terminate your IFR. And it’s also not clear what speed multiple you’re at and how to get it back to normal speed. Any tips for using this?

I have been flying every day for the past two weeks and last night the performance of the sim was really improved. My FPS was over 34 with LOD at 200. Everything was just silky smooth and even moving around the UI was snappier. I am thinking there were backend updates yesterday, possibly as part of today’s upcoming update. Anyone else seeing this?

Do we really need about 30+ posts regarding the latest patch (1.9.3.0 that is) like "downloading now" ,"nice background picture" or of similar importance? Why not download it, fly, and if needed post something substantial? And what is the point in pasting release notes everyone using the sim will see inevitably during the update? Maybe I'm just getting old.....

I'm having a hard time putting my finger on what about the A320 handling is causing me to dislike the bird. I've tried googling flight dynamics reviews for the A320, but not much comes up. I was hoping starting a discussion could help me understand what is unappealing, and maybe even fix the aircraft. I fly almost exclusively airliners, but have toyed with the GA aircraft some in MSFS. These haven't struck me as so far off. I have little RW flight time and my background is mostly P3D PMDG NGXu and FSLabs A3xx. Hello, In MSFS my mouse scroll is jumping units, it's going from 10 to 10. I can't set a speed with mouse scroll, unless I use LMB to select the desired value. Anyone knows a solution for that?

Firstly a little bit of background. UK2000/Gray's work was falling below other developers work. It was getting very off putting. I wanted Bristol for P3D v5 and went for "orbx" version it was the first time I load up a "orbx" airport and thought..."are you kidding me" the weathering textures on the main building looked like a stencil right out of photoshop, crud and terrible looking. Really poor on so many levels. Then I saw it was it really was not made by them. Never will I buy from that developer again. But the last Ireland airport I bought from UK2000 was poor also. !!!! What can we expect in terms of performance when there is DX12 support in FS2020? I have been flying in Xplane 11 Beta with Vulkan support for some time now and the difference is impressive. Can we expect the same improvements with DX12. Anyone?

Seems like my first 2 or 3 flights are very smooth with high FPS. Then I'll start a 3rd or 4th flight and the FPS drops significantly and going back into the menu even takes a while. I've been rebooting MSFS when this occurs anyone else notice this and is there a fix?

I never have been able to login to the official forums, I can read but still get an "oops" page when trying to log in. I know I asked before and some people said they were seeing the same. Just wondering if others have since been able to access?
