I could not get it t work and I trying a number of internet suggestions, but to no avail. After two weeks I contact the company and got a call back. Well, I had added a couple of programs that I should not have. Jon help me through the process of cleaning the drives our. It took a while and he told me that they had made a patch for the CH Eclipse yoke and sure enough it started working, Jon had me start Microsoft game controller and it found the CH Eclipse. My Alpha just arrived and I have a question for those that already have one. How many times can you mount and unmount the plate using the suction cup? I really like not using the clamps as I can then keep my keyboard in the slide out drawer of my desk. But as I use my desk for way more than flight sims I am going to have to remove it when not flying. Is it going to get to the point I will have to go to the clamps?

Since the release of MSFS2020, it has exploded my interest in GA flying, far more than in other sims. Because of this I am loking at investing in some GA addons and one such addon is the Realsim GNS530. I understand it is in beta for MSFS, but I'm wondering what the overall opinions are for this company and the products they produce. Any information would be appreciated fellas, thanks.

Hi Guys. I need your help. I've had two Saitek X-56 joystics die after doing a calibration and I'd like to know if it's posible to reset them or if they are just bricked. The buttons still work but the main X, Y, and Z axes are totally dead. The Thrustmaster HOTAS is only available from scalpers on eBay right now with starting prices north of a thousand bucks and I'd like to save my money for a Brunner feedback yoke/stick/pedals setup, so I'd like to get this X-56 working again. I can't figure out what would kill a joystick after doing a calibration from either P3D or X-Plane but that's what seems to do it. It seems other people have also had the problem but I'v…

hi! I went thru all the discussion and solution but just couldn't relate one to mine. My problem started with the flight yoke started to get frequently disconnected and suddenly one day it altogether stopped working. I tired: 1. Switching pc and updating drivers 2. Almost all driver related solution Whats working: 1. Only the throttle quadrant with usb port. There is a green light What's not working: 1. The yoke is not being detected in the pc 2. There is intermittent light on the second throttle quadrant with ps/2 connection Hard ware issue: After i opened it, i find the usb connecter chip (SMSC USB2504 <JT) a bit hea…

I just sent an email to Honeycomb about this. The preorder is long sold out, and clearly a great many people just ordered the units to re-sell on eBay - at double and triple the price! https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2380057.m570.l1311&_nkw=honeycomb+bravo&_sacat=0 If this infuriates you as much it does me: [email protected] These people should have their orders yanked and given to someone who actually wants the product, not to rip people off! And it's easy to figure out who they are if Honeycomb wants to. They give their locations in the eBay listing. How many orders do you suppose they have from Colleyville, TX? …

I visited the FS Show at RAF Cosford, England yesterday and came across Fulcrum Simulator Controls - a new company based in Chorley, Lancashire, England. They were demonstrating their new yoke which should be available in Q1 2019. I was very impressed with this yoke even though it was a pre-production model. I recorded a short video which you can see below and the yoke has the following features:- All metal chassis Aviation-quality switches Hall-effect sensors on both axes Ball bearings used on both axes Pitch travel approximately 8" (20cm) Full 180 degree travel on roll axis Elevator and aileron trim switches Hat switc…

I have been involved with flightsim for many years and now on Prepar3D V5 and mostly using PMDG 737NGXu I have the the typical Saitek yoke, pedals, throttles and 2 monitors. My PC: Alienware with i7 8700, 3.7 GHZ, 16GB memory, NVIDIA GTX 1070 (8GB). With NGX, ORBX, typically running 40 FPS in flight and lower to 25FPS when around airport I am now considering purchasing the CDU II from VR Insight as I find there is a lot of input on the CDU and this device seems cool My questions to exiting users: is this CDU user friendly and would you recommend it based on my system, should I expect a big change in frame rate any info on the CDU I…

Hello everyone, I have a saitek throttle quadrant it worked well for at least 5 years. About 10 days ago he started to have a problem that looked like the axes were crazy, the calibration went up and down quickly without touching him. After a while, it stopped working. Not even the buttons at the bottom work anymore. It no longer detects through windows or appears as an undetected device. I plugged it into a laptop and the problem remains the same, even though I never plugged in it, and trying to install the drivers as well. Some considerations: -Windows 10 x 64 -Throttle quadrant connected via PS2 to Yoke via USB on the computer. -I tried to reinstall the dr…

Hi to all, I am working on an enhanced Hall Effect HE upgrade kit (with reverse function solved) for Saitek PS2 or USB TPM (throttle quadrant). I am also curious how many of you would like to upgrade the OEM potentiometers in your throttle quadrant into a Hall Effect sensors. This will benefit those who have suffered from the unstable or defective potentiometers without dumping the Saitek TPM box with a good controller board into the trash can. Per some Simflyers wishes to hold on to their USB Saitek TPM after replacing the bad potentiometers as a good temporary solution with the new honeycomb yoke before purchase the honeycomb TPM uni…

I have been unable to find the answer to this so hopefully someone here will know. I just received my H.O.T.A.S. X52 flight system. https://www.logitechg.com/en-us/products/space/x52-space-flight-simulator-controller.945-000025.html When I load in My MSFS2020 Flight Simulator, the sim finds the system just fine. I load in an aircraft (say the TBM 930) and when it loads in, I am able to use the default settings on the joystick and throttle. The problem begins when I try to customize the buttons and hatswitch. I make any change to the controller at all, and the x52 stops working. The stick and throttle just stop worki…

I have Saitek yoke, throttle and rudder pedals. I am having problems with the rudder pedals. Two days ago the rudder was connected, yesterday it had vanished. I am no expert but I did check on the drivers which the correct ones and are up to date. Yesterday the driver was unable to start. I think that the rudder pedals may have gone missing before. Incidentally the yoke etc. Date from years ago so the drivers are of a similar age. Any help would be appreciated so I can get back to flying.

I've been eyeing the Thrustmaster Airbus series, particularly the throttles with their detents...figure they should be good for airbuses and condition levers on the Majestic Dash 8. I didn't jump quick enough on the Amazon pre-order when it showed up briefly about a month ago. Supposedly the first officer pack was going to be released on September 25. But I can't find any trace they actually were released. I think briefly saw October 22 through Amazon UK. Now when I'm looking, I'm not seeing many dates mentioned, but I found a couple mentions of March 1, 2021. Any idea of the first round has actually been released? Or are they delayed? And if delayed, any…
