Saitek Throttle Quadrant light on but not working

Featured Replies

Hello everyone,
I have a saitek throttle quadrant it worked well for at least 5 years. About 10 days ago he started to have a problem that looked like the axes were crazy, the calibration went up and down quickly without touching him. After a while, it stopped working. Not even the buttons at the bottom work anymore. It no longer detects through windows or appears as an undetected device. I plugged it into a laptop and the problem remains the same, even though I never plugged in it, and trying to install the drivers as well.

Some considerations:
-Windows 10 x 64
-Throttle quadrant connected via PS2 to Yoke via USB on the computer.
-I tried to reinstall the drivers but it didn't make any difference, even the software in Logitech site.
-The green light stays on whenever it is connected to something.

- I have a USB Powered Hub (for the Saitek Panels) and I tried to bypass and it stayed the same.

-Sometimes when I try to calibrate the axis of the throttle blinks .

- I Instaled Spad.Next 30 days ago, but I removed 20 days ago.

I didn't find anyone who has a similar problem, if anyone can help I would be extremely grateful.

Identify the yoke in Control Panel/Device Manager/Human Interface Devices.  Make sure under Properties that Advanced Power Management is not checked/selected.  There is also a registry patch for Saitek controllers and power management that might need to be applied.  Do a search here on Avism.  I have posted about it many times.

Did you find and apply a registry patch?

I find in other forum some looks like this, I couldn't find your post here (I tried but I didn't, sorry) if you could post again.

It has to do with regedit?

Try finding the patch file reference in this archived post.

Yeah, it was the regedit thing.

All my numbers were "0" in the power management enable.

it still flickering as my gif show it. (gif)

The problem was that everything was working 10 days ago and now it’s not, so I think this power management story is strange with the quadrant (I know with the panels this is the main issue, but with the yoke and quadrant I never ever had a problem)
