I really want to enjoy this game, but I can't get through more than 5 mins of flying before the throttle completely cuts out. I'm using an X-56, drives installed and all functions working appropriately in Windows game controllers. Within the game I have tried default and my own profile. In that, I have the throttle mapped to "Joystick L-Axis Y" and mixture mapped to "Joystick L-Axis X". The controller is decoupled so the two levers work independently. After flying for a short period of time, the throttle drops to 0 without any input command the throttle axis is unresponsive. Hello guys, having a bit of a hard time to move the thr lever from right to left (on eng start) and viceversa (for eng cutoff) with the new mouse controls. Any clues? Right click / left click....?

My second flight since SU5 did not cause any problems although I have the washed out colours. For me, a big plus is the ability to switch on the taxi guide lines (them blue things) via the assistant. My problem is with the NXi where I have not been able to activate a procedure (and not set minimums) in the D62 and D62X. Is there anywhere a discussion/forum about using the NXi on MSFS?

All of a sudden I am having a problem with my NAV mode. Have a flight plan selected and when I go to Auto Pilot mode select NAV1 or GPS Mode the plane does not follow the flight plan. Even though I have NAV1 or GPS selected, it still does not follow it. Plane will not move to the Magenta flight plan. Never had this problem before so it's not as if I'm doing something wrong. at least (I think.) Any ideas what is going on? Thanks Walt

less defined clouds + no ai traffic = more performance. Please asobo, could we have the option to return to last update?

Testament to how rubbish sim downgrade 5 is, they say the A32NX has been removed with immediate effect until Asobo and MS can clean up the mess that they have made.

Just climbling out of Edinburgh enroute to Heathrow in the WTCJ4 12.6 Passing FL240, RAT 37 celcius, SAT 19 Celcius and ISA +51 celcius. Oh dear, temp spikes not fixed. Mouse is still disappearing and toggle spoilers is non functional. Spoiler issue maybe the CJ4 but I see the other issues in default aircraft. Also, although clouds are set to ultra, they look really pixelated. Not very pretty at all. I'm not liking SU5 as much as SU4. Looks like a few more fixes need to come down the pipe. Stu

Has anyone been getting the same problem that I am experiencing with drastic speed changes and large fuel consumption in the FBW a320 since the SU5. I created a flight from Gatwick to Aberdeen but as I left Gatwick at about 24000 feet I had a sudden drop in speed and a large increase in fuel consumption. It snapped out of it and returned to normal climb speed and fuel consumption. It repeated through out the journey until I ran out of fuel. I had deleted FBW from the community folder and re-installed a fresh. The aircraft is set as modern (not legacy) and I have taken the mouse out of lock mode. I can't seem to get past my stuck/frozen while loading a flight so I am going to uninstall, reinstall. Given this is my first time doing it with MSFS, how would it work in terms of reinstalling purchases such as planes and scenery, particularly on things from the marketplace? Would i just go to the marketplace and update everything that I've purchased? And for things I've put in the community folder, could I simply put the items in a different folder then copy them back into the community folder when the sim is reinstalled?

I have up to now been happy with most aspects of the MSFS upgrades both the sim and world updates. With SU5 I however have started experiencing more frequent and unexpected CTDs. I have also noticed some visual degradation but could not put my finger on it or what was different for me. My FPS was however up by some 10% so I was happy with the smooth flying experience. This morning I fired up MSFS after installing the hotfix. It’s hard to imagine how this release is so broken, for so many, after a beta test period. Is the beta cycle just lip-service? Did they actually change or fix anything discovered in the beta? Did they break more things in the GA build vs what people tested in beta?

Hello, the new update has caused a new problem. before the update, i could raise the eye height in the cockpit camera very high in the cockpit. since the update, the cockpit camera will barely raise. i can not see over the top of the panel. any idea as why i am limited in raising my cockpit camera? thanks

I have two main issues with the Baron. 1) I cannot rotate the fuel control, stuck on off. Anyone else? 2) I cannot change the range on the GPS. I have downloaded the Working title GPS and the GPS from the marketplace. Maybe these are the same.

Hello Gang! After the SU5 hotfix I noticed the obvious performance gains but I've also noticed that when I pan my view around, there a little bit of screen lag or tearing (don't know what to call it) that occurrs. Any idea how to alleviate that? Maybe some setting you recommend I look at?? Thanks a bunch

Hi, Sorry if its a banal thing that might have been found , but i have always found it strange i cant find the METAR on the world map or in flight for that matter. When using real weather (or static i guess) how do you fellow simmers do it 😃 ? A Workaround perhaps ? If its not implemented its rather strange isnt it ? Michael Moe

For some reason lately my taxi arrows (to direct you to runway) disappear about half way to the runway. It doesn't happen every time but most of the time. When it happens it cancels the ATC taxi. I have to request IFR again to get the arrows back. It also does not happen on taxi to gate. Anyone know the cause/fix? As noted above this started pre-SU5 and has continued post SU5.

Since SU5 & Hotfix Innsbruck has gone missing. I checked my content manager and found it istalled there, but when I went ther today there were just grey stock default buildings. I'm starting to wonder what other airports have gone now. Anyone mind having a quick flight there to check?

On Tuesday, when the update came, Performance was through the roof/ Then we had the patch on Friday. the Performance was Just 10%. Yes its there, but the CPU load was different. Am I the only one noticing this.

Hello all. Maybe I've found something. I have been trying to do a short hop between EBOS and LFAT in the DC-6 but I have had rather annoying CTDs (ntdll.dll) three times on roughly the same spot. While browsing the aircraft within the sim I noticed I had a FBW A320 installed. Thinking this was odd, as I've removed said aircraft from the community folder, I suddenly remembered installing the aircraft from the Marketplace. After uninstalling the aircraft I figured I'd try the route again. No issues at all this time. Here's to hoping this might have been it.
