...up what little time I have for MSFS 2020, so I'm looking for a good up to date video guide, or a youtube channel that keeps up with the frequent additions. Planning to get more into this addon.

Seems to be a recent issue for me. Have seen others report something similar. The MSFS startup sequence seems to stall at the screen before 'Checking for Updates' (city, with red bring spanning river/inlet). It just sits beach balling perpetually. An internet speed test suggests this is not a connectivity issue. It doesn't have often – perhaps 1 in 6/7 starts – but when it does happen I cannot get MSFS to load without a protracted struggle. Curiously, I've only experienced this when North America is asleep. 😑

Ever since the World Update VIII certain airports are failing to load in MSFS. To name a few from Orbx are: Leeds, Skiathos & Santa Barbara. Upon clicking on the airport from world map and clicking 'fly now', the loading bar only gets to less than half way across the screen while the screen remains semi dark as if it was just loading into the loading screen and just hangs there. The weird thing is that if I click anywhere around these airports and click 'fly now' I can fly around the airport and land there etc. Then when I go back to the main menu and click 'fly now' from say Santa Barbara the airport loads up fine. I cant get my head around what is going on…

Hello all. I've been having an issue with my AIG Traffic injected by the Traffic Controller program that's related to cockpit and external view audio. In the cockpit, I'm getting what sounds like engine startup and other ambient sound effects. The issue, is that's it's too loud to the point that I've got to turn the Other Aircraft volume slider down to 10%. It's the only way to make it tolerable. Some workarounds I've seen on the forms and elsewhere is to turn on Headphone Simulation. For exterior sounds – when switching from cockpit to outside – I'll get a sudden jump in volume and then no sound from aircraft taxiing or at the gates around me. Haven't seen a fix for that…

Hi, I purchased the DC designs Concorde. I cannot get rid of the Captain/Pilot Avatar. When I am in the captains seat I am looking through the captains sunglasses and microphone. If I look down at the centre console the captains shoulder is in the way. How can I remove the avatars please? This is really annoying, any help appreciated. Many thanks Ian

I was always flying tubeliners but since MSFS is so tailored to VFR flying, I am trying to get into GA aircraft. Engine management is still like arcane magic for me... 3 levers, why, oh why so much complexity? But I digress... I have some questions with Just Flight´s Piper Arrow. I could not find good answers anywhere, including the manual. When taking off, I am supposed to apply full throttle, with propeller lever full forward and rich mixture. But this takes my RPM well above the red line (red line is about 2500 RPM) which is... not good, I guess. Is this Ok? Can I go full throttle independently of the max RPM? Or shall I stop the throttle when l I reach max RPM? H…

Happened twice now, start a flight just before it loads in "Your bandwidth is too low, you have been switched to offline mode". I'm on a wired 200GB connection and my speeds are just fine... Is this a bug? Thanks

Hi, Is there someone of you who knows how to configure spad.next for MSFS or can provide a valid configuration for MSFS? I am testing the software (I have not purchased the license yet). I'm trying it because my Logitech Multi Panel often disconnects from MFSF (not from USB. I've chequed it!). That happens quite often, but it happens always if there is a CTD. After experiencing a CTD there is no way the Logitech Multi Panel will work again. I have to shut down the PC or even disconnect and reconnect the USB connectors... Spad.next works fine, it seems that there are no disconnections with the MFSF, but I see that it keeps the settings by default and I would…

As you can see in the video, every now and then when panning, out of nowhere, these artifacts will start appearing on the top part of my screen. I am not sure why it does it but it'll do it out of nowhere, randomly and doesn't go away until I restart the sim. All my temps are fine, GPU around 65.

Are there any planned improvements or actual improvements to the weather/clouds in SU9 for those that are on the beta?

As far I remember it was the AH project, rumors from PMDG and months ago someone claimed another one from other company. I know there is an unofficial conversion of Manfred Jahn's C 47. But following his desire, I'll stay away from that version. Anyone has tried to make a conversion from default FSX version? I miss so much this plane (and the A2A C182... and a classic supercub... )

Though this is not a new problem across platforms I have noticed it worsen with MSFS Live Weather. Today Live Weather Metar gave 080/13knots at Bristol (Vatsim also showed the same Metar though I was offline). AIG traffic (which is brilliant I hasten to add) chose 27 when obviously it was a clear 09 departure. I have noted this behaviour a few times (not always) and wondered if there any settings that might help eradicate it.

I've started getting more into MSFS2020. One of the things I noticed and is driving me crazy is photogrammetry cities and scenery seems render slowly. You have to be right on top of them for it too fully render. I also see building rendering/morphing into shape as I fly directly over them. I'm on the USA East Server, ping 29. I get 998 mps download on speed test. This video and this video are close to what I see, not as bad as this users but still annoying. My performance is smooth and my system handles the sim fine, it's just the photogrammetry. Is there a fix or is this a known issue?

I am not really one for following Twitch streamers but this stream is pretty professional and to be honest exercises 99% of what most of are looking to do with this bird.

I do not know if this has been reported previously but if so I apologise but an official update has been released for the Fokker F.VII. I bought it yesterday. I find it is prone to overspeed very easily despite reduced throttle but maybe that is just me. 🙂

Ok, so something changed in my sim, and I'm not sure what. Whenever Im in the external camera, the camera will suddenly uncommanded snap back to behind the plane when I'm panning. Anyone know what does this, and how I can turn it off?

I get missing includes...any ideas? Thanks

I am wondering how I can achieve a flyby camera mode for when my airplane is in the air so that I can see it passing by...this is very cool for like seeng a fighter jet pass by. Is this possible in fs2020?
