Hey all, Was hoping to get some input on Double T's RCTP. It's currently on sale at Simmarket. I have repeatedly looked at it, wondering whether to buy it, but every time looking at the screenshots I found really serious issues with accuracy, to the point where it seems to represent RCTP really only in the shape of the terminal and perhaps not much else. For instance, the textured windows on the terminal are often both the wrong color and dimensions. There are apparent jetways that are twice as tall as the buildings they connect to. And on and on. However, I don't know if these screenshots are entirely accurate - maybe updates already fixed the worst of issues. What …

Please some help... Notice...this is about steering the airplane on the ground. I have been literally struggling with this issue for days: First of the bat...i am not in the posession of any kind of rudder pedals at the moment (maybe in the future) I am using a Saitek yoke and throttle system so for rudder steering left and right i use the flight yoke and also at times the keyboard (the 0 and enter keys on the numeric pad) The problem is that on both the keyboard and the yoke when i steer to the left strangely enaugh also my Cesna throttle increases!...and i am like what the hell?...that should not be happening! If you have installed the boxed version are the updates still a pain in the posterior. I'm curious if I bought the boxed version would it be updated? I tried everything the Zen desk suggested, but cannot get the store version to download the update. And I do mean I did everything. Bill W

I spend more time reading posts on the various forums than actually flying in the sim. One thing that mystifies me is that a lot of really good stuff is over on the flightsim.to website to download but very few people post on the flightsim.to forums. Anyone know why?

I have a lot of flytampa products, and they are top notch. I posted A question about a glitch on the Flytampa forum, but did not get a reply yet. please have look at this pic and look at the arrows, they are "double". This is KLAS version 1.6 and I am in the latest beta from MSFS. Could someone be s kind to have a look at KLAS and see if he has the some problems with these arrows. It's on all the runways.

Hi Fellow MSFS Simmers, Since the last sound update allowing for input from one source and separate communications output from another source. I have separate SoundBlaster card for all aircraft an other sounds internal and external sounds, other than Communications (ATC). Being my communications and speech (ATC) is handled by my USB Logitech Headphones and Microphone. There is my problem, every time I start MSFS, I have to go into my sound settings in MSFS and save the sound settings for both, if I don't, all sounds including ATC, come through my main speakers and not through the Headphones. Although I remapped both slew and drone control to my Warthog on day 1, this is actually a better solution (using an Xbox controller). The drone panning (and slew yaw and elevation tilt) is on a continuous type of hat instead of a 4 way hat. You move in any way, instead of just in 1 of 4 ways. And you can move fast or slow. Really slow if you like. Not in the video: I would map the two drone speeds and the drone reset button onto the xbox controller too. (These are the MSFS option control commands that are identical to moving the speed sliders and the drone position reset button that you see in the overhead handlebar under cameras). Trying to figure out why I am getting an update - last MSFS session included a normal shutdown, but when i started it today it asked to confirm assistance settingS, and offered a mandatory 7 GB+ update. Unfortunately it includes a huge update for LSZH which I had uninstalled, and all the Aviator club liveries which I had uninstalled. Can't wait to see the mess it has left for me after this update. Well, the mess is that ALL my settings seem to have magically disappeared and had to be reset - however my pilot log is still there. I know there are a lot of posts going around about SU5, but I'm wondering if what I'm experiencing is a little different since I am seeing a lot of posts from people happy with the update. As I fly, the terrain pops into view in obvious tiles that have a different overall color/hue and detail level. What is most noticeable is that higher resolution city textures are grayish and blurred tiles are greenish. So as I fly into a city I see very obvious tiles of gray vs. green. This is not due to panning and looking out the side window. The picture attached is while approaching KFLL and you can see how half the airport is rendered and the other half is the blurry green. …

I'm not the only one with this issue right? You can have to reset controller sensitivity curves each time you start the sim now. This has happened before and it's silly that the SAME issues keep showing up every other SU or so. For me this is important because my CH throttle is ancient and has sticky top and bottom of its range. Hi. I have the msfs installed ( I think so...) In two differents pc's (houses). Months ago I was be able to run msfs in my second location but only once. I try several times to do It but It is impossible. The last error show me is 0×8007001f. When I try to run It show me the following dialog: can not open this application. storage device may be missing or disconnected. I am going to try to upload a image. I'm thinking of acquiring some form of virtual first officer/co-pilot software to enhance my experience with airliners like the FBW A32NX and to reduce my workload as two pilots would really be flying the aircraft. I wanted to know if anyone has used any of the above mentioned software and their opinions on them. Hi everyone, I have a Mad Catz Pro Flight Cessna Yoke, and since update 8, I have been having problems saving the profile for any aircraft. Because the Mad Catz Pro Flight Cessna Yoke has a short moment (4cm forward and 4cm aft) I use Extremity Dead Zone to control the amount of yoke/stick movement in the sim. After the update, I can set it to what I need and save it. However, if I close the sim and restart it, I always have to reset Extremity Dead Zone. When I look at the profile, and compare it to an old one, Extremity Dead Zone is missing. In the old profile it is referred to as AxisOutDeadZone. Here follows what I mean:- Old profile; <Axis…

Hi folks. Well I have gotten able to take off and fly straight. That's a beginning. OK so I am looking at my altimeter (Cessna 152) on the ground and it says like something 2040 feet. When I am in the air I will be just over the houses and it will say like 4000 feet. I pressed 'b' to set the altimeter while on the ground but it still says 2040 feet while idling on the runway. Can someone please explain what I am doing wrong and if I am not doing anything wrong, how am I misinterpreting the data? UPDATE: OK I see that Las Vegas is actually roughly 2000' above sea level so obviously that's what the altimeter in the plane is showing me. Bu…

Hello; Some help please: I dont understand why my Saitek throttle quadrant is not showing up in the controls set up...the only thing showing up as you can see is the flight yoke itself, that i find strange because the throttle is supposed to show up this i know for a fact because it shows up in x plane and also all the other simulators. And i need it to show up in order to bind its buttons and map them etc. What is it that i am missing here?... This is my Throttle quadrant...but its not showing in the controls set up.
