How the h**l do I get 2024 to stop pausing a couple of times just as I'm touching down? Kinda kills the immersion, ya know?

Are there any VA's out there dedicated to business jets? I fly for other general VA's but looking for a side Hussle for private jets which is slightly regimented. Thanks.

This morning when I started MSFS 2024 and tried to start a flight in the FSL NEO I was prompted for a Contro Center update, which I did. Now when I load the aircraft in FS 2024 it is invisible? Did a "Repair" the various models in the Control Center but samething happens when I try to load them? Is this for VRAM optimization 🤣

Just overnight, nothing changed. I have lost the ability to have the VOR or ILS freq's move or do anything to the CDI's in all planes. All payware and all default planes. The TDS GTN 750 will only allow the CDI's to work in GPS mode but the CDI indicator ignores it when I'm in VLOC, I just have flags everywhere like there's a power loss, all planes. Just using the simplest planes with no GPS whatsoever and tuning the radios does absolutely nothing, off flags on the CDI. This is a new install of 2024, like two weeks maybe and everything was fine. Short message: MSFS SU5 beta crashes for me with dev mode on and FG on at the same time. ------ In the latest SU5 beta, I could not figure out why turning on FG was suddenly crashing msfs24. I had been using the beta in VR without issues (because FG isn't used in VR). So when I tried 2D mode today the sim instantly crashed when I turned on FG. And then msfs24 would no longer load up, it would hang at about 54% loading. A google search finally showed me that Dev Mode was the issue. When MSFS (2020) came out there were a list of which (enhanced) Airports there were in the Standard, Deluxe and Premium versions of the game. Is there a similar list for MS2024, or is it the same enhanced airports from MSFS that has been converted to MS2024? Or are there additional airports ie the so called "hand crafted" airports?

Is there any plan to make the VORs in MSFS 2024 more realistic as far as distance when you can tune and get radials to/from? They are currently dismally inadequate and I am hoping there is an update planned or 3rd party available….? The DMEs are better but tuning in the VOR and getting positional information is woefully inadequate. Ta- C

How is the default flight model in your opinion? Horizon sim causes stutters for me so cant use it. I have read that 787 pilots have approved the flight model, but it seems kind of different after being used to pmdg737-800. I have no idea how 787-10 should feel, is it accurate? MSFS2020

Hi Everybody, Downloading MS2024 onto my hard drive with SU5 beta, eliminating as much streaming as I can. I was never part of the beta prior to today, it looks like it will take a day to download close to 500 GB of data. I have a 2TB NVME so I'm not worried about space nor the additional load time. I'm wondering if this will help with photogrammetry (I have a fast internet connection via fiber optic) showing half melted buildings as well as objects popping in while cruising the friendly skies. After two months of flying in 2024, the biggest issue I've encountered is the VRAM issue, and until the VRAM issue is addressed, 2024 will not be a viable simulator. I just had to scrap a DTW to RSKI run because the VRAM issue brought the sim to a crawl and the IniBuilds A340 instruments stopped responding (other issue?) after wasting an hour of planning and prep. The problem with the VRAM exhaustion issue can rear its head at any time. You go from the never-before-encountered bliss of 100fps at JFK to 1 fps or less (yess LESS than 1 fps) while doing nothing but sitting at the gate. No discount for the previous version unfortunately. Having said that, it looks great and I'll probably pick it up anyway. Such a fun aircraft, especially around the Scottish islands.

Hello everyone, has anybody found a way to convert into MSFS2024 repaints done for MSFS2020 default aircraft such as the iniBuilds A310 or the Asobo 747-8? Reason: I've just had a lovely flight in MSFS2020 with the A310 (and a repaint from Flightsim.to). Unfortunately, it doesn't work in 2024, and I'm getting a bit short of storage now (211 GB of 1 TB left).

The time has come for me to finally part ways from MSFS2020. I was holding out for the SU4 update, TFDI MD-11 and the PMDG 737. Now that they have been updated for 2024, I see no need to run both sims. I was hardly using 2020 as it was over the last several months. It was a good run but now I am moving everything over. I look forward to 2024 getting better and better.

Is there a parking spot fix that works at this airport in MSFS 2024? I have a mod that removes the static aircraft models, but it does not add the three missing AI parking spots.

Flightbeam's 2020, non-native or X-CODR's native one?

Hi all. I recently installed the newest version of the lights for the Bravo. All of the lights seem to be working pretty well, with one exception: The Low Oil Pressure and Low Fuel Pressure lights never go out no matter what I do. I have tried with the Bonanza G36 Mod and with the Asobo C172. Any of you who have a Bravo have any advice for me? Those are the only two lights on the unit giving me trouble. Thanks .........
