Since about a week ago, I have been having this issue when loading up a plane into an airport, and I start panning whether in the cockpit or external, it lags and jumps. It isn't smooth at all. I know my FPS are more than enough because I have an FPS counter which usually shows a consistent 45 fps. I have done the whole cache removal thing, both Nvidia and MSFS cache. I even have a tool called "fps4msfs" from steam which removes all necessary cache to enhance MSFS performance. I have found myself using that each time before I open MSFS to try and help with this problem. It works sometimes. Then if I restart MSFS and load back into an airport, I get this problem again. After installing the new FlyByWire Installer for the A380X download, I still had constantly recurring error messages relating to a timeout. I assumed this was because of server overload. On a whim I decided to switch from my 100mbps fibre connection to a slower wifi router I use mainly when travelling, and it connected, downloaded and installed the A380X on the first attempt. I'm not sure if this was pure chance or not, but perhaps some technically informed member might comment? In any case if you are constantly receiving an error message and can access a different speed router, it might be worth a try?

Greetings! I have a new PC and want to transfer the contents of the previous install on the old machine to the new one. As per some posts in on the www, I copied the Official and Community folders to the new computer into a folder named MSFS 2020 on my D drive. I then installed MSFS into that folder. However, MSFS created a new community folder in the C:\users\name\appdata...that whole long string, and that is where MSFS 2020 wants to install packages to during the update after the install, not the Community folder I copied over from the old computer. I tried to direct it to install packages into the Community folder I copied to D drive, but I get a message that says…

Hi all, I've tried looking throught the forums for an answer but can't find it sorry. All I want to do is assign keyboard button 1 to fail engine number 1 and keyboard button 2 to fail engine 2. How do I do this please? I'm using PMDG 737 and MSFS 2020. Thanks Jon

I have had to reinstall windows 11 and flight sim 2020 just after I had bought Ifly 737 Max8, but now I am trying to install the plane again but when I go to Flight1 where I bought it and click on my downloads I am told, Product data not located We could not locate information on the selected product at this time, or the product may not have been entered in our product search tool yet. I have tried their forums but I cannot get in even having registered and all that so I am trying good ole Avsim. I wonder if some kind person can help me. Thank you Kind regards Richard

Maybe this has been covered, maybe the 'elephant' has been discussed, if there is info on the forum, then I haven't seen it. SO... one of the biggest issues, IMO, with MSFS2020 has been the constant recurrence of the low bandwidth error message that has been reported time and time again. Has this been addressed by Asobo/MS, or will we still have to tolerate this issue?

Anyone ever seen this issue? My PC recently automatically "upgraded" to Win11. I rolled back to Win 10, but a few things aren't working, including MSFS. It won't launch at all. When I go to the app store and try to re-download, I get this (attached). Ugh. https://imgur.com/a/20xskB4

LOW is simple too low and Medium is too harsh. Is there anyway to have something in-between ? Any thoughts about Realturb maybe ?

Have searched high and low but found no solution to this. I create both Simbrief .pln and .gfp files with Simbrief and the Simbrief Downloader. I am easily able to import the .gfp files into the TDS GTN 750 of the BS Analog Baron. I am able to load the .pln file at the MSFS World Screen. But I am not successful getting the flight plan from the world screen into the BS Baron's GNS 430. I assume the GNS 430 is the now-MSFS-default WT GNS. Has anyone else found a solution?

Some time ago, I read about a 'hack', that disables the crashboxes of buildings found in ASOBO's handcrafted MSFS airports, so that one could enter the buildings with the drone cam. This also enables the possibility to let GSX pax walk inside the terminal. It involved editing some lines in files belonging to the scenery. Unfortunately, I can't find the reference anymore. Does anyone know how to achieve this? Thanks!

I downloaded the SBVT airport addon and realized that there was no ATIS! I contacted the developer, but he did not respond. So COM2, MSFS2020 GPS, Little Nav Map, etc. do not recognize it (Freq. 127,575)... Is it possible to add this ATIS? Aloysio Paredes.

Great time for Portugal loving flyers, last week a new top notch version for LPMA, and now a new version of LPPT by MK Studio at a great discount price (25%) for those who own the previous version. All concourses leading to gates are modeled, but that's all as far the inside is concerned. ...Is allow us to provide our own AI voices. I've been messing with both MS' Azure and AWS's Polly, and it seems like a no brainer to simply let us input our AI key and use whatever we choose AND pay for. Or give us the option to use Microsoft's built in voices.

Hello all, I’m just trying to get a bit of advice, I purchased the iFly737MAX last week and completed a flawless flight from Keflavik to Oslo on Sunday. I then attempted to do the return but half-way back to Keflavik my Sim froze and the audio continued. My MSFS 2020 install has been working beautifully and it really got me a bit flustered this happening. I’m not using any AutoSave programmes for the Sim. Is there any that anyone would recommend so that should this happen again I can go back to where I left off. Hi all, I'm sure I'm missing something completely obvious here, but how do you assign keys to activate certain failures? In FSX I assigned keyboard key 1 to instantly fail engine number one and keyboard number 2 to fail engine number 2. This is so I could practice engine failures at V1. Just can't seem to find this functionality in MSFS 2020. I'm using the PMDG 737. Thanks Jon

Hi guys, been working on this all weekend. Got a new PC, installed GSX PRO, couatl is running. However when I select the ingame menu toolbar to make it 'white' and the sub menu opens, it only stays on for a few seconds and the toolbar GSX icon goes back to non-white. Why am I not on their forum? because I can not recall my password. Why don't I request a new password? - I did on Friday night and have not received a response (yes I checked junk mail). Anyone here have any ideas? (used to work on my old pc). I ask here because maybe it is a setting in MSFS? Thanks
