Really, 9 out of 10 FSeconomy airports in South Korea are like this, with working flashing lighthouse... You hidden them well from us simmers, now we can't invade your country!🤣

A huge issue with the Kitfox in my opinion. Well, two really but one might be a deal-breaker. First, the flaps aren't modeled on the aircraft. They are on the flight model, but not the visual of the plane. For a bush plane that's a big deal as you would look over for visual confirmation while flying all the time. The other glaring issue IMO is that it makes all your scenery look horrible out the glass. Go to an outside view or another plane and its sharp as a tack, but inside the scenery looks all muted and low res. Example here in this review:

I know many of you have been reluctant to buy payware airports, it's understandable, but if you could take a chance or have taken a chance on payware, which are your favorite? I'm leaning toward taking a chance on Sierrasim's SKPS & SKMZ. Both look outstanding. They are also my kind of airports; In the mountains with challenging approaches.

Hi, I wanted to ask the most experienced for advise. I currently own an RTX 2070 but don’t have 4K resolution monitor yet. In the graphics settings of the sim, should I put “High” instead of “Ultra”? “Ultra” should be the resolution for 4K? Not having a suitable monitor, with “Ultra”, I would have a weight load of the sim, correct? The resolution I currently use is 1920x1080. For other settings you have recommendations to set according to the video card and processor (I7-8700K with 32gb ram)? Thanks.

Hey Guys Hoping someone could tell me where i'm going with wrong with this. I understand their is sim issues with the AP but not very familar with the A320 (only 737). I was on a flight KFLL to KORD and all phases of the flight were normal. I commenced the descent maually and set the alt based on the STAR. HOWEVER when getting near the approach i had the ALT set at 2000 and it completely ignored this and kept descening rapidly (not on managed alt). I kept pressing engage selected altitude nothing, pressed engage vertical speed nothing, pressed level off aircraft nothing STILL DESCENDING. I had to disengage the AP and climb drastically as i was only 200…

Is this a “me” issue, or is there something wrong? Please correct me if my thinking is skewed… This is not a rant either - I am quite simply trying to ask where I might be going wrong when trying to add my personal liveries to msfs 2020 aircraft. so… So I set about making a texture with identifying markings. Using the megapack C172 I tried adding [FLTSIM.11] to the aircraft.cfg and adding all the extra lines in the layout.json but that didn't work. so I reloaded the "liveries-c172-as1000" folder to it's original status. What is it? I reduced it to 2x2 and the sim runs alot smoother now. Didn't really notice any difference in visuals.

Hello, I am quite lost in Orbx Libraries. P3D is runing on a dedicaded SSD. i have installed temp/backup/library in a specific folder in the existing P3D SSD. Now i would like to add library for MFS. In the Orbx guide i have read "A library in Central is an additional install location". What does it mean ? Duplication of all the content in differents locations ? For what purpose ? What do you suggest to get the best and cleanest install ? P3D & MFS are running in 2 separate and dedicaced SSD Thanks for answer. Franck

Greetings all, I really am liking MSFS 2020 but for one thing... In my ultra wide 5760x1080 3 monitor set up the lights are just too big. With FSX and P3D there's a .CFG work around to change the scaling of airport lights that helps greatly with this problem. Has anyone found a similar or any work around for this issue for MSFS 2020? Hello, Showcase views use 2 cameras : Fixed cameras (left ctrl + left shift + (1-2-3-4-)) Drone camera (S W F R A D 2 8 9 7 6 4 ...) Right now, I must use the camera popup window and my mouse to switch from drone to fixed mode. How do you switch from drone to fixed mode using your keyboard ? Thanks in advance.

Hello All, My first post and afraid it will be lengthy. Perhaps I am the only person experiencing this weirdness so apologies if this helps nobody but I hope it can, also hopefully a bright spark will suggest a fix if one even exists. My setup: LG Oled with Variable refresh rate baked in. Game mode enabled etc (GSync is fine on all games bar MSFS) 9900k, 2080ti, 32gb, all ssd storage. Microsoft Store version of the game - Game content (the 96gb bit) is not installed in the default location the installer suggests, I chose I:\FS202 as an example but I have also tried the default location too when testing for how to fix this. All working for ages and now - can't see cockpit or the aircraft when external - have i pressed something???

I've been running fine in general since launch day, with some random crashes to desktop while flying and the Marketplace greyed out being my only complaints. So this weekend I launch the app with 1.7.14.0 applied for the first time and see the Marketplace was still grey so I figure I'll try a full reinstall. I uninstall (Steam). I delete all files in the install directory and packages directory. I then install Windows 10 update 2004 since I've been on 1909 for ages and had been meaning to get up to date for months. Hi all, I had to unbind the mouse look settings in control settings and cant remember what axis i had set and where. The menu system isnt the best in the world so can anyone show me the default settings for mouse view in cockpit camera? I would reset all but I really dont want to go through setting up my joystick and throttle quadrant again....... thanks.

Hi All, Just did two flights to YSRN in Tasmania, today and yesterday. Both times just landing on YSRN (Strahan) RWY36, got a CTD, and this time a complete PC lockup. My MSFS is running reasonably well now, and I never get CTDs anywhere else. Anyone else able to replicate this? Is this a scenery/ airport bug maybe? Worth a try as this is a seriously pretty area. Does anyone else have any their screen stuck on the pic of the TBM with a blue bar that has moved approximately 1/4 of the way? It hasn’t moved for 5-10 mins. Restarted installer 5 times now. Sometimes different windows will come up with prompts regarding file location / settings each time I start up, but it always ends up stuck on this blue bar.

Someone made a video showcasing a preview of Flytampa EKCH for msfs 2020. It looks amazing imo but what I want to hear are others opinions on it.

So I'm using OnAir to fly some cargo and pax back & forth in a Caravan and I'm loving it. Currently flying around in Southern Africa, but I've always been tempted to do some bush flying in Alaska. I checked out the Inner Passage last night but wasn't really blown away by it. Any location in Alaska you guys can recommend for a bush flying HQ, with good photogrammetry etc?

I was thinking about this and I think it is something very basic that can be helpful. Of course the first one is the ability to change aircraft without restarting the game and the second one is having window that allow us to plan the next flight via a FlightPlan tool without restarting the game also right after a landing, taxi and parking. What you guys think, or maybe it's already there but I don't know where to find it?

I like the external view, but it would be nice to be able to toggle the hud on and off as I want it.

I have searched and maybe I am using the wrong terms. Thought maybe someone here figured out how to change the default tracking (North Up) on the MFD's in Flight Simulator. I prefer the track to be oriented to my direction of flight so up is out in front of me. Has anyone been able to do this?

I have 4000 keys available for camera, but it appears none to toggle the autopilot on and off. Yes, I can use one yoke button to turn it off, and another to turn it on - but that is not a toggle. And no, the 'disengage' buttons do not work for this. I am in the TBM and I really dont want to have to run a third party joystick program. Sorry, just kinda frustrated today...
