I've only been using STKP for a month or so now since coming back to simming. Mostly use it for tracking landings and for providing streaming data for Twitch streaming. Have noticed something odd recently and don't know if it's an issue with the app, some weird compatibility problem with MSFS, or just plain user error. Many times if I land at an airport with parallel runways it thinks I was supposed to land on the opposite one that I actually landed on so I get a massive centerline deviation in the landing report. Last night was the TBM into LFMN landed on the Left rwy (don't remember the exact number) and it thought I was supposed to land on Right. Same thing happen…

I'm trying to figure out the logic of the G1000. If I pull up a landing procedure and select load, I expect it to load only. Instead the plane veers off toward a transition point that wasn't intended. If I select activate then it should go directly to the IAF, correct? Any advice is appreciated.

Hi , I am having some issues with the AP . Forinstance selecting and hitting the ALT - the altitude jumbs to a random high value (like from actually 1200 feet to 10362 feet) I was under the impression it would hold the actually altitude doing so ?. Also when a selected ALT value is selected and using V/S it overshoots the Altitude selected. Thanks Michael Moe

The wonderful Ultra File Search took about 4 seconds to find all the flight_model.cfg files, but I could not associate any filename with the Aerobat C152. The arrow points to the file that does alter the normal C152 when you edit it. But editing that file is not changing anything for the Aerobat C152. How does MSFS decide which flight_model.cfg to use for a given plane? There has to be a pointer somewhere that points to a particular folder for each plane. Anyway, I am trying to modify the Aeorobat but can't find which flight_model.cfg that it uses.

It's only been I think this one day out of 80+ hours w/ no issues, but early this morning no live weather in the UK, nor later in the day in the USA. I rebooted of course but didn't improve the situation. Just wondering if there is something on the user end that can reset or what have you.

Hi my dad used to play FSX original but stopped, now in the summer he heard about FSX2020 and instead of having to spend several hundreds of pounds upgrading to a decent gaming PC thought it would be cheaper to buy an Xbox One X for £250 as it was gunna be availablle on that too... but it isnt and there is no timeline even through one is considered as being "in the works" it sounds like its not going to happen.. I suggested at least 16GB RAM (24Gb-32Gb recommended) at least an 8-Core CPU and 1TB SSD (for installs) + 2TB HDD for temp storage - this gae supposedly has 40,000 HD Discs worth of data to stream and would imagine it being tough system wide so no bottl…

After installing Airworthy Designs great version of TNCM I found the island in general to be lackluster without extra attention. Coming in for a landing the mountains have sparce trees sticking out of them and they seem to be not as defined as I remember in real life or our other sims. Another thing is outside of the well defined Bing areas in the sim generic default scenery can be quite the eye sore in more familiar locations (The French Riviera comes to mind). The island of St. Maarten needs allot of help with proper road and building positioning. There’s somewhat of a high rise building over on Kim Sha beach which is totally wrong to name one of the glaring issues..…

Ok, this is the first time for over 52hrs never had any CTD on startup just few seconds before the Asobo logo it CTD, and I figured out that Windows security is blocking the sim for some unknown reasons. when I turned off "Realtime protection" the sim will just run fine. any suggestions how to sort this out?

With Airworthy Design TNCM scenery for MSFS, I am having some pink textures on the airport that I cannot figure out why. I have the same effect at some freeware sceneries as well (KJAC and NZMF). Does anyone have an idea of what can be the cause ? The Airworthy Design forum link at Simmarket is not working for me, so unable to go to that site (cannot load site on my browser, Chrome).

The person that started it all flight simming. This was my very 1st experience into the world of flight simming was Sublogic's Flight Simulator! Does anyone know any news about the father of FS and whether or not he still flight sims? Would love to see and hear his thoughts and opinion on the upcoming MFS. I did find this on YouTube though. Today's Xbox app update makes MSFS crash when starting up. Impossible to use it. I went ahead and updated it just to check if that was the problem some guys were reporting on the official forums and now my MSFS doesn't start. Folks are reporting the problem to the Zendesk but I don't know how long until they fix it, so don't update the app yet. You've been warned.

For some strange reason, when I use the VS and click the wheel to go up or down nose, after just two clicks, in either direction, the wheel speeds off uncontrollably making the aircraft totally unstable. This occurs in all planes. Is this a bug in MSFS2020 or on my end? If it's on my end, what would be the fix ? Thanks in advance.
