As the title suggests, looking for a Heathrow so I can fly in for Silverstone F1 this weekend. Looking around it seems ini is the only player in town outside of the Asobo handcrafted. Are there any other Heathrow renditions? How is performance/graphics on the ini version? I thought I had read about performance issues on approach with EGLL but happy to be told I'm wrong. It used to be that simobject items in the Community folder would overwrite other simobjects in the sim.. but now it seems possible to provide a "Hint" that impacts the loading order. I discovered the hard way that the new Carenado C210 is designated as a "CUSTOM SIMOBJECT", at a higher priority than the Community folder objects, which makes it hard to fix things... Then I found that editing my Manifest file and adding a line "package_order_hint": "SIMOBJECTS_PATCH" puts my mod at a higher level, but is there a list in the SDK that tells me what the actual levels are? Anyone else have an issue having FS24 load your planes from the community folder after exiting from safe mode?I have loaded the SIM in normal mode 3 times after being in safe mode and my addon planes are now now showing up, just the stock default planes. Any advice?

Hey everyone, What do you think about the idea of majestic Software collaborating with iniBuilds to bring the flight sim community a Q400 that combines the best of both worlds majestic’s top-tier systems and iniBuilds’ outstanding models and textures? From what I understand, majestic might be planning more of a direct port from P3d model to MSFS rather than a full rework. Hi folks, I'm just wondering if anyone else has started getting this - suddenly, I'm getting a massive hang (not even stutters) on touchdown; so far this is in the FSL321 NEO and the Fenix A320. I have perfect FPS the rest of the time. This has only just started very recently. Could it be GSX? Has anyone else noticed it?

I hadn't seen this posted yet in the forum. Looks like the release date has slid out to 2025 for the B757. A short update from the BBS Team: The expectation is certainly being set very high for this release...I'm really, really hoping they knock this one out of the park when it does finally arrive! (Selfishly, I'd really love to have a quality B767 in the sim before Boeing finally cancels it's production run of the freighter!)

Hello again, I was installing and exploring the PNG scenery from Orbx today and somehow I goofed up the full screen settings. Now it will not cover the taskbar and will not go into full screen using the V key. All of the taskbar settings are toggled to Off. I'm using Windows 10 because my PC won't let me run 11. Any help will be really appreciated. Thanks. Jack

I downloaded and installed the latest version for 2020 a few weeks ago (v0.6.3) because I read somewhere that one of the things they fixed was the trim step. I.e. there was no more "runaway" elevator trim if you used the control for more than a second or two. But as far as I can tell, that's still not working right on the Arrow or Turbo Arrow. Has anyone got that working, or did I misread what the latest changes were? I say "fixed" because I understood that the issue was originally native to all kinds of planes in MSFS, until Asobo corrected that. But it was still a factor in some GA planes like the Arrow.

Hi. I tried to buy an upgrade in the marketplace. First time I have ever tried to use the marketplace to buy something. I answered a prompt or two about paying, then, just spinning and spinning and never finishes. I can't quit out of it or anything. I have to force down the sim and boot again. When I boot again, I get a message that my purchase failed but with no explanation as to why. Can anyone help me with this? I don't have any idea what to be checking. I am on the SU3 Beta, running the Steam version, in Windows 11. Thanks.

What in the world is going on with MSFS 2024. Every time I run MSFS 2024 performance seems to be getting worse. My GPU seems to get locked up at airports and stuck very very little FPS and then 10mins later, FPS goes back up.

Hi everyone, Every few years I buy a X-Plane edition (in this case 12) to see how it evolves but history repeats itself: I always end up returning to FSX/P3D/MSFS for a number of reasons. One of them is the excessive yaw in my opinion compared to FS, that is the tendency for single engine prop aircraft to turn left while taxiing or flying, even on top aircrafts such as the Airfoillabs C172 Analog.
